Very friendly and Dustin was listening to what we needed done and went beyond to do an awesome job...and was making sure that it was what we wanted...he was always cleaning up making sure that there was no trash left behind and making our lawn look so nice and green...I highly recommend them ...

This company beat the hell out of everybody else's prices and in addition they worked from Sunup to sundown to get it done in a timely manner. Excellent customer service....his wife was even down on her hands and knees trimming the sod with scissors to make it perfect! Thank you Dustin!
Worst experience. They were to do a complete sprinkler system install build a pond and hydro mulch fescue. They outsourced the sprinkler install went 4 weeks past install date. Pond leaks, grass never fully came in and they completely forgot to do a section of yard. Dustin nor Jake will not call me back or fix the system. Do not use these guys if you expect quality or warranty work.
These guys are great, leafs, grass, weeds it doesn't matter they handle it all. Responsive, professional, and accurate. Quick and to the point everytime I see them. Clean edging, they don't leave grass everywhere afterwards like our last lawn care service. Happy with our services and will be recommending to literally everyone that needs lawncare in lubbock
These guys are great! They are prompt, courteous and really know their stuff. They take the time to listen to what you want and offer up some options of how to get you there. I have used this company many times and have always been happy with the service and value.

Great place to shop around and prompt service and clean
Do not trust this company (at least not the Lubbock branch). Upon the recommendation of my landlord, I called E and L to request a quote for eradicating the weeds that were taking over my postage stamp sized condo backyard. They asked me to send pictures so they could give an initial quote in addition to the $30 every two weeks it would cost for regular service, so I sent 3 pictures an hour later, waited 3 days, sent another email, they reiterated it would be $30 every two weeks but said nothing about the initial visit, I called and left a message asking, and finally got an email response that the $30 quote included the initial visit. I have that in writing, crystal clear. When they showed up to do the initial service, they called and said they made a mistake and it would be $90 - and that does not include bagging up the weeds! In fact, the guys who mislead me and misrepresented their services did not call me, they had Carol, their very nice office manager, call me. I was nice to her but am very upset that they flat out lied and then would not honor what they said. The pictures were real pictures of my real yard, and I even said in the email that the yard was a jungle. Do not trust this company.
