Zach and his crew did a great job up until they messed up my sprinkler system. Four years old and it was working up until they added two bubbler heads. Now it doesn't work. Of course they didn't take any responsibility, but rather it was "old" and it just messed up after they messed with it. I realize sometimes coincidences do happen and I was willing to pay part but not $784 to fix the system. Even if it cost me more than $784, I'd rather hire someone else than someone who takes no responsibility, not even partially. I still have the the back yard, two difficult large side yards, and two substantial front areas to do. My guess is the total would probably run between $35,000 to $45,000 to finish those areas. I also need to have plants in three flower beds. Probably another $900. So, because Lubbock's Pro Services refused to take any responsibility and invest $784 in customer service. They lost out on an estimated $45,000 job. Great business sense Lubbock's Pro Services!

The best in Lubbock! They accommodated my request the very next day! They were punctual and efficient and left my lawn( front, side and back) looking the best it's ever looked. They're very affordable, great work for what they charge. I will continue to use them and highly recommend. Thank you Lubbock Pros!!

Jake and his crew are hands down the best artificial turf installers in the state of Texas. When I say SEAMLESS, there were no seams that needed to be sawed off once they were finished. The quality of the turf paired with the professionalism and expertise of the men in that crew make them the best in my book. Keep it up Lubbock’s Pro Services !

Great experiences with these guys. . Have had lawn-care work done through them for a while, year and an half or so, never an issue. Heard they could install Astro-turf for residential housing when speaking to one of the crew members and decided to have the backyard done. The project was completed in reasonable time with no mess left behind. Overall I’m very satisfied and love my new turf!

Jake from Lubbock Pro Services is such a great guy. Very pleasant to deal with. Always with a smile on his face. If I need anything done, they get right on it. Really enjoy working with them.

Super impressed by these guys. Jake and Trey did a great job helping me pick out trees and what works well in my area. Denver did a wonderful job on the install. They showed up exactly when they said they would and took great care of our yard. He even hauled off the leftover rock and items, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for landscaping.

Jake, Jeremy, and their team have been great to work with. They landscaped my home, mulched my beds, removed trees, trimmed trees, and landscaped my office. They are conscientious and do great work. I highly recommend these folks.
