My second year with this company. Pro Cut LC&L is the first company I have ever used that has not damaged my property in some way. Their employees seem to be a higher caliber than the competition and I appreciate that. Had a small issue this year and it was resolved right away which means a lot. Great company!!!
The experience was electric from start to finish. I had another company that kept pushing me off for my fall yard leaf cleanup over and over. Finally, about a month after the job was supposed to be done, I contacted Pro Cut and the yard cleanup was completed just a few days later. If you don't want to mess around with amateurs, call the Professionals at Pro Cut. Very pleased!
Our neighborhood association in Ada uses ProCut for snow removal (as for me and my house, we are still old school and like to do our own). After yesterday's heavy snow, as my daughter was nearing the end of some heavy lifting, a ProCut crew member saw her attacking the dreaded large pile at the end of the driveway. With a friendly waive he dropped the back end boom on his truck and quickly pulled the pile away ….. and we're not even customers. Our neighborhood has been very pleased with ProCut and, needless to say, so am I. Great company!
Great company to work with. I have a few spots on my property that are a challenge to cut. Pro Cut took care of them no problem. Brad even sent his guys special to make sure those areas got done right on a pretty rainy week. A+
It's so amazing to have Pro Cut as our service provider! When we ask them for help on a project... It's always the same answer.. "It will be done"! Commercially Pro Cut has been serving us for years without issue. Residential home service for the last 4 years with 100% satisfaction. Pro Cut has been so amazing! I hate anything that entails yard work or clean up. I work a ton so the last thing I want to do is mow, rake leaves or shovel snow. I'm so grateful to have been connected with Pro Cut nearly 2 years ago. They are extremely professional, and most importantly, they are crystal clear in their communication. They listen to my needs and then deliver. It's no longer a headache for me to have to worry about my property looking fantastic. It also has freed up my time away from work to spend with my family and enjoy the things we really love to do. Well worth the investment to have that removed from my plate! I truly can't rave about these guys enough.

With the heavy snowfall that we received in January I was amazed at the response time of ProCut. We had a considerable amount of snow on our long private drive, I called ProCut and they were at my house within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend their services. John Postma, Realtor.

In Spring of 2014 I acquired a large concrete sculpture of a Bald Eagle perched upon a rock from a family member who had passed away (he was quite eccentric). I set it outside of my house by my back patio because I didnt know what to do with it and couldnt bring myself to throw it away. I dont know about you, but when it comes to cold calling landscape companies I am always extremely skeptical. The prices can be all over the place and you never know the level of quality or service you get. Not to mention how well the project will be executed. When I had Pro Cut over to evaluate my landscaping improvements they were extremely professional and I was more than ecstatic with the results. They even found a place to put my Bald Eagle that made it look like it was meant to be in my yard (picture attached)! I now consider it a fine piece of artwork and it looks like it should be something in the Meijer Gardens as opposed to in my backyard. In fact, when my friends and family come over and hang out in my backyard we now call it the Eagles Landing! Itss beautiful and has definitely increased my status level in the community. Okay...enough about this Eagle...Pro Cut does amazing work and I would recommend them hands down. They now cut my lawn and plow my driveway in the winter time as well. Myself, my family, and the eagle couldnt be happier.
We have used Procut for several years for all of our lawn care and snow removal needs. They have always done a great job - weekly lawn care is immaculate, spring/fall clean-up makes everything look so neat and tidy, and the snow removal is always timely. Would highly recommend them for lawn service and/or snow removal.

Amazing service! On their first day they cleaned everything up perfectly! Our office had a ton of weeds and overgrown trees due to a previous company not pulling their weight. Since the switch to ProCut I have been very happy and also plan to hire them to service our other office.
Ive used Pro Cut for years--lawn care, leaf pick-up, snow plowing--and have nothing but good things to say about them. They do what they say they are going to do, and do it when they say they are going to do it. Their prices are fair. When you contact them they get back to you promptly. This is a well run company and I highly recommend them.
I wanted to reach out to you to say how impressed we are with this years snow plow service!!!! The drivers are cognizant of our outside lights, ensuring the piles are not pushing them over. Also, I noticed this morning, someone took the time to move the garbage can, plow that area and move it back!!!! Wow!!! Please let your drivers know we have noticed, AND APPRECIATE, what an amazing job they are doing.
