I live in Loveland and been have using Grizzly Bear to flush my sprinkler system in the Fall. They found a leak last Fall and returned to fix it yesterday. Today I became confused because a nonworking zone came on (which means they were diligent in making sure the system come on for me). However, it was a zone I dont need to use and I was confused thinking it was a different zone. They came by to check it for me but didnt charge me, which I think a lot of companies may have because it way my mistake, not theirs. Thank you Grizzly Bear!

I ve used Grizzly for a couple years. However, there is an issue with our sprinkler system this year. Leaking into the box. Grizzly fixed it. Now, my lawn is getting zero water and the box is full of water again. Did they fix it the first time?? Probably not. I did attempt to contact Grizzly last week and was told they would call me back. So far ..nothing. I realize everyone is trying to get their sprinklers up and running for summer. But this is a leak. Anyway, would not recommend.

I have used Grizzly Bear Sprinklers 2 times now. The first time was last year when I was turning my sprinklers on and they didnt work. I called and Bobby was they were out the next day. It was a miserable day, when they showed up and they working in the rain and repaired the vacuum breaker and the valves. (they were 16 years+) I was so impressed. Today I went to turn the sprinklers on and noticed I didnt have good pressure with my drip system. Water was leaking up from the gravel. I called Bobby this morning and he had his helper over promptly this afternoon and fixed the break in about 1/2 hour. I highly recommend Bobby and his staff. I have always winterized my own system, but after today I plan on using Grizzly Bear to winterized my system.

This was the only service in town who could repair my sprinklers without booking an appointment a month in advance. They replaced a solenoid on a bad valve and installed a new controller box as I requested. They set the watering times for every zone and cleared a few sprinkler heads that had clogged while testing the system.

Speedy service/repair, great communication, reasonable pricing, the system hasnt worked better or more efficiently in three seasons. Thank you!

Had a leaking issue due to 2 bad valves. The repair happened same day we called. The two gentlemen that repaired it were here for less than 40 minuets and fixed it perfectly! They showed us the fix and how the sprinklers were working. The price for replacing 2 valves was $190 and compared to other companies in the area, it was money well spent!

I realized a little late that my friends compressor was not strong enough to winterize my sprinklers myself so I started calling around. I tried 5 places and got nowhere(3 voicemails, 1 infinite ring, 1 answered but no openings for weeks). When I called Grizzly Bear, Bobby answered on the second ring.. EDIT: While my initial experience was great, after trying to get some additional work done, some things came to light. If the job isn t exactly what Bobby wants, he will just tell you he doesn t want the work. Taking care of a customer only seems to be a priority if he can make a profit how he wants. Never mind actually solving the problem a customer is having. Was never against paying him fairly for the work involved, but he wouldn t even try to understand or work with me to come to a solution. Poor attitude. I guess he doesn t realize there are 20 other companies in this area that do the same work. Took one phone call to find a landscaper that came out and quoted the exact same job for $2200 less. I m dodging bullets left and right after I talk to others.

While Bobby was very responsive to a last-minute call and knew over the phone what our issue was, the repair was incorrect which we did not realize until we tried to run it a day later. The next day, after an hour and a half, we installed the valve assembly ourselves and it works correctly now.

I needed some emergency sprinkler repairs and started calling several well rated companies near or in Loveland. Either they let calls go to machines or said it would take days or weeks to get someone out to repair and adjust the sprinkler heads. When youre are trying to grow newly reseeded large portions of lawn due to your tenants lack of care this wasnt acceptable. Grizzly Bear answered first time. He wasnt sure he could make it but he had a guy that was about to be free from a job but he wasnt very fluid in the English language. I was willing to give it a try anyway. The worker arrived when expected an hour later and replaced the bad head with an identical unit and adjusted several others as needed by my directions. We communicated fine by some English and gestures. I didnt get a bill till after the weekend via a phone app and the amount was very reasonable considering it was a rush job. About two weeks later I called again needing repair to drip lines as I was finally replacing 4 dead bushes in the landscaping. Just like the first time he had two guys come out same day soon after they finished another job. They planted all four bushes made sure drip lines were working and connected! Very reasonable price! Idk if they will always be able to accommodate me this quickly on future needs, but I do know they will always be my first call and prefered vendor for yard sprinkler repair work and upgrades!

They not only found our buried valve box, they repaired it and raised it up for us. They went the extra mile, and were very professional. We highly recommend them!

I was losing my lawn no matter how many times I was watering by hand in these high temps. My valve boxes were leaking and flooding so had to stop using my system. Called Bobby with Grizzly Bear and he was here the very next evening replacing the valves in box and Vacuum Breaker/Backflow Preventer. He also added a spigot so I may hook up a hose when I need one in my side yard since we live on a big corner lot. He also made sure all zones worked and all sprinklers in the zones were adjusted properly. My lawn is already coming back! We found us a new sprinkler guy! Woohoo!

Needed sprinkler adjustment and replacement. One zone had very low pressure. Bobby quickly diagnosed the problem (tree roots squeezing the sprinkler line in multiple places) and found the problem areas. He had it fixed on no time. We will definitely be using Grizzly Bear again.

Our water bill was incredibly high because our sprinkler system was not running at its correct times. I called, they FaceTimed me right away and walked me through the process of how to reset my system. I was blown away, with the willingness to help me right away. I was out shoveling snow trying to dig out my wifes car from the recent storm and as he drove by he asked if he could help by doing a few passes with his plow. He saved me a couple hours work in minutes. He then went to my neighbors and helped him get access to his driveway. I saw him driving up and down the street just offering to help people. I dont know his name or his position with the company but he either could have been taking a day off or making money plowing lots, but instead he was helping random people in the neighborhood. If I ever need sprinkler work done I know who Im calling!

He replaced the overflow prevention ball valve -- very efficient, courteous and professional! Super nice guy and does excellent work! Ive used this guy for 3 years and this is going to be my last year. The number on the website is always full and has the same I promise were only 3 days out message from 3 years ago. I have to email multiple times in order to get a response. The guy is pretty nice and I felt their pricing was fair originally although it does seem to have increased the last 2 years. they definitely need to hire someone to manage appointments. hopefully they can get it together.

Bobby and his assistant were very quick to respond to our call for service on our timer and irrigation valves. They came right at the designated time and did the work quickly and accurately. I thought that the price was fair and it included a new timer that was coordinated with my smartphone. I would call them again for sprinkler service.

Great service at a fair price! Bobby and crew fixed my sprinklers mainline from the town, which then uncovered 3 additional problems further downstream throughout the yard. He then fixed those new issues at less than the cost of the parts and no new labor costs despite an additional days return visit. On time, great work, honest, and more than fair.

They came out to fix my sprinkler system after three calls. I paid them almost $600 to fix two leaks. The leaks were not fixed. I was able to get in touch with them one time and they promise to call me back and get out and fix it but, I never heard back from them. Voicemail always full. Have called multiple times.

This morning I used Grizzley (Bobby Reese and partner) for the first time, although my neighbor had used them before and was quite satisfied. I was impressed by their 44 reviews with four stars or more, and am now adding my five-star rating. Together, Bobby and partner have about 30 years experience and it shows! They made short work out of a project that would have taken me a long, long time. And they did even more than I asked...some very smart stuff I hadnt thought of, but that in retrospect I see as clearly needed. Showed good knowledge of how I could convert spray riser to drip for a tree. My tree guy said this is exactly what was needed. The price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend and will use again. By the way, Bobby and partner are both covid-19 smart: both well masked and followed the 6-ft. plus distance rule. As a person in the so-called high-risk category, I much appreciated this.

Awesome company! Bobby and his team are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! I I couldnt figure out how to get my new homes sprinkler system up and running properly so I had Grizzly Bear Sprinkler Repair come out for a quick diagnostic check up. Bobby was right on time for the appointment we set up at which point he did a thorough analysis of what system I had in place, thoroughly explained what was going on with the system and even showed me why it was giving me such troubles (ancient leaky valves, no proper backflow mechanism, and 2 damaged sprinkler heads). He showed me how to manually start up the system so I could avoid the problematic timer that wasnt working while still being able to water all my zones without much hassel. He also gave me advice on proper fertilization products/techniques to cure my grass brown spots and even recommended an effectice watering schedule for my lawns grass type! He was then able to give me a fair and reasonable quote on what he recommended would need to be done to update and fully repair the system. Highly recommend this company for any and all sprinkler/landscape needs!

I find Bobby and his crew and company EXTREMELY professional, responsive, a pleasure to deal with. I had some lawn sprinkler damage and leaking issues that needed their attention at my father s house in Loveland and I live in Denver. They were able to be on-site that day to deduce the problems and all the work was completed the following day with an over the top installation. Neat, tidy, new boxes and valves, re-programmed the Rainbird system, tested all zones, discovered and replaced 2 fussy heads. STAY AWAY!!!!!This guy is joke, I have him couple chances to make it right but he is full of tiki know what. We used him couple times and he was ok. Never answers his phone and I think Google should remove him from online and should post as closed. He doesn t have a location, there are plenty relaiabke company that do are on time and provide better customer service. We made an appointment for him to turn on or sprinkler system the day of the appointment never showed up or call and never followed up and apologized. I called him after several days of trying to reach him and he finally answered and mentioned to call back on 10 minutes. Guess what? He never called.

July 2019 Loveland CO I have a mess of a system from the previous owners and just couldn t get enough accomplished to make it right, let alone good. I called Grizzly Bear and he scheduled me in. He Called to see if he could show up early and I m glad they did. They got a quick lay of the land (16 zones!) and went to work. Three solid of hours of two hard working, knowledgeable, great at their job people working together fixing leaks, replacing leaky heads, and making my system right. No paperwork, no BS, just hard efficient quality work. I m having them come back and change a couple zones for efficiency and will use them always.

We needed our sprinklers repaired asap as we were moving. They came up next day first thing in the morning and had everything back up and running in less than an hour! Great servics, great prices and wonderful to work with!

Prompt and great service! I called him to schedule an appointment during this very busy time of year and he mentioned he would be in my area later that same day and could stop by to blow out my sprinklers. No one was home but since I already cut off the water in the basement and drained all that I could he said he can easily blow out the rest without anyone being there. He did it just in time for the storm and I was very relieved. I ll be calling him again in the future years and I highly recommend him!

I called Grizzly and he showed up the same day. This is the second year he has blown out my sprinklers. He is always friendly and fast. I will call him every year and I would also call him if I had needed any sprinkler repairs.

I had a cracked PVC pipe next to my backflow preventer, I tried to start working on it myself and broke the top of the pipe. I am 100% satisfied with Grizzly Bear Sprinkler Repair and Bobby Reese, the owner. I call on a Monday, he was out here Thursday to fix a series of leaks Id been attempting to stop for three weekends and FIVE stops at Home Depot & Lowes. Additionally, he adjusted all of the the sprinkler heads in the front and back yard, replacing a couple and apparently has eliminated about eight nearly dead spots in the front yard. Im sure the advice he gave me and the work he did will save money on my watering bill. I had to overwater with the sprinkler system and hand water to keep the bad spots from dying completely.

We were ghosted by this company !!Grizzly Bear came out last year and worked on our sprinkler system and it was great so we called them back this year to rehire them. We were quoted for approximately 2 hours of work, which we agreed to. We set an appointment, he showed up, worked 1 hour, came to my door and said he had to go, he would be in touch. Well we never heard from him again! I called, no answer (voicemail is always full) and sent a text message and no one ever answered. This company left us high and dry. I wouldnt recommend them.

Outstanding service! Bobby and his team came out to repair some sprinkler lines, a sprinkler water valve for one zone and replaced multiple sprinkler heads. They really needed it. We have used Grizzly Bear for years. The one year we used another company for our blow out, Grizzley Bear had to come replace a bunch of parts because the other company didnt get all the water out of the system. We have had them do repairs, blowout and a new system. They are very busy so allow time for call backs.

Had to reschedule my appointment due to my husband needing to be at an appointment I was not aware of. Called almost every day for about 4 days, but the mailbox is always full, so the voicemail says to email them. I did so and still have not received a response and its been over a week. When I finally got a hold of them, they were back and forth on which day they were coming and hung up on me before I could get the appointment verified. Then they just flat out no call no showed for EITHER dates they provided. Not good customer service if you ask me and I would not recommend them.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Grizzly Bear. They came to our home to repair several leaky fittings and joints in the backflow prevention system just outside the house. Their employee was very knowledgeable and friendly and replaced several parts. The glue he used needed to cure for 24 hours, so he couldnt turn the water back on to test it yet. He said to call him if we still had leaks after turning it on the next day. There were additional leaks so we called Grizzly Bear back. They sent the same gentleman who had worked on it days before. The fittings that were leaking were not the ones he had repaired the first time, but others. Instead of charging us an additional service call fee or labor to repair the new leaks, he acknowledged that he should have checked ALL of the fittings for leaks on his first visit (not just the ones we had pointed out) prior to turning off the water and applying the glue. The new leak was where a PVC pipe connected to the metal assembly, it had no thread tape on it and also had been mis-threaded crookedly when first screwed together upon installation. It was a very simple fix made even easier to disassemble and repair thanks to one of the newer joints the Grizzly repairman had installed the first time. We are really grateful for Grizzly Bears excellent customer service, honesty and quality work and wouldnt hesitate to contact them again in the future if we have any other sprinkler problems!
