Paramount Lawn & Landscape has my yard looking green year after year thanks to their great fertilization program. Great work that is on time and professional.

Would not recommend. In response to the owner on my review: you are and have been aware the techs haven t been treating my backyard which is literally 1/8th of an acre for the past year. I was trying to be kind and simply state I wouldn t recommend this company. I m no longer going to continue paying $70 per treatment for half of a service. Best of luck.

This company installed my sprinkler system last year, and Ive had nothing but problems since. They are more expensive than other companies and did a worse job. They charged me $12,500 for 12 zones, while other companies quoted me $8,000. I chose this company based on their reviews. They failed to follow both city and manufacturer codes when installing the backflow. Instead of digging, they used a pipe puller to install the cables and pipe, which were not even 2 inches deep. This caused the pipes or cables to burst twice in just 8 months when I aerated the lawn. Now, I cant aerate my lawn without risking further damage. They installed the sprinkler shutoff valve inside my house, close to the main shutoff valve. This means that closing one valve also blocks the other. Initially, they used class 200 PVC pipe at the backflow and did not install pipe hangers. After I gave them a 1-star rating, they returned and installed a copper pipe, but still without pipe hangers, so I had to install them myself. When transitioning from copper to PVC pipe, they incorrectly placed the PVC fitting on top of the copper. This is wrong because PVC will eventually expand and cause leaks. The correct method is for PVC to go inside the copper during transition. On a positive note, every person who works for this company is friendly, they cleaned up after the job, provided daily updates until the work was completed, and even reseeded a few spots.

I wanted to thank the 3 man crew who came out to fix the main water line and valve on our irrigation system. They were very professional and demonstrated outstanding customer interface skills. They did everything to troubleshoot control and mechanical issues. You have installed several irrigation systems for us in the past and we will contact you for our next system.

Ben did an excellent job on fertilizing and spraying our lawn for weed control. He was informative, professional, and very thorough. We always have a great experience with Paramount. Highly recommend them.

Ben called ahead and told me that he was 5 minutes out which really gives me a heads up that someone is going to be on our property. Ben took the time to talk with me about our service but then I asked him about a pine tree that is struggling on our land. He took the time to look at it and gave me suggestions to take care of the pine. I really appreciated his time and I would recommend home owners to have Ben take care of your lawn service needs.

Brad came out today for lawn fertilization. Brad took his time and assured all aspects of our lawn was treated as if he was treating his own home. You can send Brad every time of you like.

We went through four lawn care companies before we started with Paramount. Our lot was fully wooded before we built eight years ago and we struggled with weed control and good coverage. Ben has done a great job treating our yard this year and it is looking fantastic. They are not the cheapest company but they have been the best. We are extremely satisfied the results.

A company is only as good as the people they employ. Paramount s employees - Charles, Dani, Jerimiah and Malik, installed lighting accents and a complete irrigation system that covers our entire yard. Both systems work flawlessly. Chris Greene worked with me to plan an effective design and then coordinated installation of the sod with Maddox Lanscaping. Dani (Forman) made sure I was completely satisfied before he finished the installations. Malik gave me a tutorial of the controller and help me set up the app. I m very satisfied with the outcome of the installation and highly recommend the outstanding team from Paramount. They are hard-working and craftsman of their jobs.

Chris and his crew installed landscape lighting on our property. They did a fantastic job. They were very nice and easy to work with. They were also respectful of not damaging my garden beds which was very important to me. I highly recommend Paramount for landscape lighting.

Hired Paramount to install our irrigation system for our one acre that included irrigating the lawn and landscape beds. I would not use them again. It was not a pleasant experience. We stayed with Paramount until the warranty period ran out and during that time it felt like we were at their mercy. Comparing Paramount to the other irrigation companies for our prior two home builds, I would say we really didnt need much after the install at the the other two homes from those other irrigation companies, and the few times we did, the experience from those other irrigation companies was a more friendly sense of urgency. When you have new sod and grass seed, you have to decide what is reasonable and urgent during hot summer months. You pay for an irrigation system to make things easier. My neighbors have irrigation systems that were installed in a better, smarter manner and their systems are from a different company.

We have had Paramount Lawn Service for many years now and have always been happy with their service. Their techs pay great attention to our yard area and always keep up informed on what they are currently doing and whats next and when. They do a good job of cleaning up any treatment that happens to get on to our sidewalks before they leave. Update: Our backyard is wooded and the dropped leaves are very heavy. Last year (2022) instead of clearing this ourselves, which took several days, we hired Paramount to clear the entire yard. They just finished (2023) this year and the yard is spotless. They had 5 crew members here and took 4 truck loads of leaves from the property. This year it had just rained so the leaves were wet and very heavy. Everyone worked hard and it took them 6 hours to complete the job. Well worth the cost as we are not getting any younger. Thanks guys for a job well done !!

Paramount did an amazing job with our project this spring. They gave us a finished product beyond what we expected. While I was impressed with their work what really impressed me was there quality of the employees. These guys were fun and pleasant to work with and be around. I did not have any services done, but I called anyway looking for some help with miscellaneous yard work (stump removal, drainage failure, mulch blowing) and was kindly pointed toward resources that could help me.

Josh and his crew were outstanding! His transparency of what was going to happen and how it was happening was fantastic. They laid a 10x12 hardscape patio with pavers along with a walk way. They were very clean and did an overall awesome job. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use Paramount for all our lawn and landscaping needs.

We contracted with them to put in a sprinkler system. Perfect recommendation on system and expertly installed. Charles, Mark, and Chris were superb. So much better install than the people who did the last system at our old house. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Used Paramount to install a new irrigation system in my half acre property. I did not know what to expect as this was new to me, but they took the time to answer all my questions along the way. System has worked great in the first couple months of use!

Ive been with Paramount now for about 13 years and have had a very good experience with them. In 08 they installed a full yard irrigation system and it has been operating like clockwork ever since. They maintain it for me still today. We have had them do our mulch beds many years and that turns out good too. They just did ours today and it looks great. It had been about 3 years since we did mulch in the beds and they cleaned up all of the weeds, old leaves, and trimmed the bushes great. They also did the edging as expected and then mulched. Everything looks brand new. We also had them pull out some old bushes and put in new. Planted some sod as well. Paramount has also planted some trees for us that worked out well. We also depend on them to do our fertilization and weed control and that has been great.

Paramounts team came out in mid-January to install my new lawn sprinkler system and did a fantastic job. The were always punctual, diligent and very professional and polite. Even under less than ideal conditions (low-mid 30s) they completed the job in three days . They also did a great job with cleanup.

Paramount is our go to for our fertilizer and irrigation needs. Derek Brown delivers incredible service and is always willing to stop and share some pointers. Dereks engaging personality and professionalism is 5 stars and a significant reason why we love Paramount. When my office building was desperately in need of a salt & plow, I called around to every local company I could find. These were the only guys who took my call with a friendly and helpful attitude. Within minutes I had a proposal, and they were out at our lot right away. They treated us with respect and gave us perfect and prompt service despite the fact that it was the first crazy winter day we had, and Im sure they had lots of other clients to service. We have used them many times since then, and dont plan on switching.

Paramount installed new LED deck lights on our privacy fence. I have 2 big compliments here... the light tech, Chris was not only very experienced and timely in his work but he was SUPER tidy. My second compliments to the job done, is the product Alliance Lighting. Our lights look elegant and they re well made. You can control your lights using the IT Alliance app, which was the easiest setup I ve ever done when using such technology! Overall, I m extremely satisfied. The job was seamless and in return we have beautiful outdoor fence lighting to go with our landscape lighting. Highly recommend Paramount and the entire team there!

Paramount takes care of our sprinkler system. Chris is always on time or early and finishes in 30 minutes. I am very pleased with the service I received. Oh and he always takes off his boots when he turns on the water!!!

We added a pool to our home and worked with Paramount to design the necessary landscaping, final grade for the yard, sod and an irrigation system. They were flexible in regard to working the timing with that of the pool company. The items planted, the final grade, the sod and planting all exceeded our expectations. They did a great job!

I hired Paramount to do the fertilizing and feeding of my yard at my old house back in 2016 and havent turned back since. Their employees both in the field and in the office are always friendly, professional and knowledgable. My yard which was 1.3 acres was amazing looking and when I recently moved to west chester ohio I called them to do my yard here. As with my old property the yard/lawn was not cared for properly in years. It is coming around and looking healthier already. I know by the end of next year I will have the best looking yard in our culdasac. I highly reccoment them for all your yard and lawn care needs. We love our new landscaping! We had a huge flower bed in the backyard that just wasnt manageable. Drew came out, designed a much more attractive layout, and we are thrilled with the results. His team tore out the old bed, laid sod, put in several new plants, edged, and lined all our beds with river rock. They finished in a day! Everyone we worked with was incredibly helpful. It was refreshing to work with a company who was so thorough, did great work in a reasonable amount of time, and communicated openly with us!

Josh and Adam showed up today to re-grade my front beds and it was not an easy job because of the flatness of the front yard and the current grade. They did a fantastic job of re-grading. They were professional, gave honest feedback and suggestions and cleaned up everything at the end. There was another group that also helped a few weeks ago (Derek, Antonio, Logan, and Drew) who did a good job with the re-grading of my other beds. Thank you, Paramount, for doing such a good job.

We had Paramount Lawn for the entire 4 years we live in the house. The reason we picked them was how the lawn looked when we purchased the house. The previous owners had contracted with them. They installed our sprinkler system and for 10 years now it has run pretty much hassle free. When it had issues they were here quickly and fixed it fast. Employees are all knowledgeable and friendly. We have been Paramount customers for years. They installed our sprinkler system and do annual maintenance on it for us. In addition, they have fertilized and aerated our yard for the last several years. We contracted with them to do some work on our daughters home too. They have always done great work and we highly recommend them.

They are responsive and do a great job every time. If there ever are questions or additional jobs, they are always able to give a quick quote and direct me to other vendors if it is not something they do. I had a tree fall, and they were able to give a reasonable quote that same day.

Paramount turned our lawn around! It was filled with clover and looked dry and drab. It is now lush and green and there are rarely any weeds. The weeds that come back are always taken care of quickly. They are by far the best lawn care company we have worked with.

Paramount did an excellent job on our landscape lighting. We have had several companies come out and work on our exterior lighting in the past and we were not happy with it. The lights were dull and they would burn out. Paramount staff was professional, on time and exceeded my expectations. They gave us some extra design ideas that added extra accent to the flower beds and trees that I recently planted. I would highly recommend Paramount to anyone looking for landscaping or any exterior work on their home.

Paramount transformed our backyard into an amazing living space for our family. They built a beautifully-crafted 400-sq. ft. paver patio that gives us ample room for BBQs and campfires. By erecting a retaining wall and backfilling a hill, they doubled the size of our lawn. And they coordinated well with our fencing company to complete the project fairly quickly. I found them very reasonably priced, especially considering their artistry and attention to detail.

When I was looking for a replacement lawn care service, they handled the process very professionally and was priced very competitive for the services recommended. I installed 15 watt systems from the big box guys twice over the last 10-15 years, and spent much time replacing bulbs, replacing timers etc. When I heard about the long lasting LEDs from Paramount, we pulled the trigger and had the guys from Paramount out to quote and later install their system. With the perpetual timer they use we never have to worry about changing to or from DST and the timer knows when the nights are getting longer. We love our lights and the folks at Paramount have been terrific to work with. Several of my friends have also hired Paramount which is testament to their service and professionalism.

3 years ago we had a paved patio with walls built by Paramount. It turned out just beautiful and the workmanship they put into it was the best. So it made sense to me to call them again this year to build 2 retaining walls with drainage and to level the top tier in our backyard . We wanted everything covered with sod. Once again Paramount did a professional job in a timely fashion and what was built was impressive and designed to what we wanted in our backyard. I would highly recommend them for any landscape or hardscape project.

We hired Paramount Lawn and Landscape to regrade a sizeable hill in our side yard. Drew described the work that was necessary and was completed professionally with the end result as expected. I would hire Paramount again for landscaping and design work again!!

They did a good job for several years, but starting late last year the quality of the service has dropped significantly. They didnt do the final application last year until the week before Christmas when a guy came out with a hand spreader and did a cursory walk through the yard (about 15 minutes for several acres), which of course by that time was already dormant and the ground already frozen, and of course for which I was charged full price. This year they have been very erratic. I had no treatments from late May to late August, and the yard has suffered. They say they are coming out but nobody shows up. Im not sure what happened, but it may be time to look for another service.

I called Paramount Lawn and Landscape on a Thursday morning, got a call back from Dennis at Paramount Thursday afternoon. Dennis came to our home Friday morning at 9am and created a beautiful landscape design using a computer program that showed pictures of our back yard with his new design by 2pm on Friday. Dennis and his crew came out the following week on Wednesday and completed the design on Thursday. They did a beautiful job, were very professional and very courteous. I would highly recommend them! Their pricing was also very reasonable.

Sprinkler system Dec 14, 2014 by Monte and Gail Wheeler Before installing a Rain Bird sprinkler system from Paramount Lawn + Landscape...we had to move sprinkler around the yard to keep lawn looking beautiful. What a hassle! Now...it is easy and problem-free to having a nice looking lawn. Paramount did an outstanding job installing and laying out sprinkler heads...so all the lawn receives a good drink. We have had many compliments how beautifully lush green our yard looks. And their maintenance of the system is excellent. Worth every penny!!!
