I was walking my dog and letting him do his business on a patch of grass at my apartment complex when we heard a hissing sound and saw a man wearing an orange vest sitting on a curb nearby. My puppy is 6.5lbs. Suddenly we were taken completely by surprise when ALL of the sprinklers in the immediate area sprang up and soaked me and my puppy. It was a short blast of water, but enough to soak the front of my shirt, and completely soak my little dogs feet and his entire belly. Doesn't sound like much, but the surprise of the situation scared my dog enough for him to freeze in position and pin his ears back. I looked at the worker and said "you could have said something.." and he laughed and continued his conversation on his phone, while sitting on the curb. Absolutely could have been avoided if he would have warned us. Completely unprofessional behavior and even more unprofessional response. I would hate to kmavibe the damage that would have done to my dogs eyes if it hit them directly. Happened this morning at about 10am in Fort Collins. Edit: in response - I walked doubled back to the work truck I saw at the front of the community and read the name on tje side of the truck so that I could reach out. By the time I got back to type this I had assumed orange vest, however, if you look at the picture of the worker I attached to the review, yes, it is in fact yellow. Trying to discredit my review is no way to get me to contact anybody. I will leave my review up. Have a nice day.
