Reasonably priced and answered all my questions. Jon and Phillip, who did the tree trimming and removal, were effective and quick! They also took care to ensure everything was cleaned up well, could hardly tell they were here. Downside was they took over four months to get to us and originally had said it would be just a few weeks.

This company was referred to me a few years ago to spray my ash tree. No matter what I call them out for help on, they are reasonably priced, communicative, kind, and always go the extra mile. This time they cut down a broken tree and even stacked it all up out of the way! It is nice to be treated like a valued customer from the office call, to the estimate, all the way through to the employees doing the actual work. I am never disappointed.

Schra Tree Care took out 4 Ash trees for me in a tight space between my fence and deck and an irrigation canal. They had to take out a section of the fence. But they put everything back together better than they found it and did a great job cleaning up all of the debris. They also took out a decent sized dead Aspen close to the house among other plants. None of the surrounding plants were harmed. They were also very polite and friendly. It a great day when you get good work and friendly service and a low price! We had to wait a while for them to fit us in, but I felt like that was part of the compromise of getting a lower bid. I highly recommend them.

I called Schra on Monday, they had Christian come out the next day to give me an estimate to remove a dead/dying tree in our backyard. I had a crew here today (Wednesday [extraordinarily lucky]) and they removed the tree from a pretty precarious place in our yard (fence on one side, hot tub on one side and a deck on the other). Joe and Nate expertly removed the tree with not even a scratch or a piece of bark or twig left behind. I highly recommend Schra Tree Care!!!!

I hired this company to remove a dead tree near my propane tank in 2022. They were professional, efficient, polite, on time, and did an amazing job complete with full clean up of the area. That is why I didnt hesitate to contact them again for some fire mitigation work on my property this March 2023. Once again I could not be more pleased with the work that was done. I needed to have 3 cottonwoods cut down. The office was very responsive, and Kurt quickly came over and gave me a reasonable estimate. The 3 man crew that did the job worked very quickly and professionally and left the job site very tidy.

Schra took down a large spruce tree in our front yard today. I fully expected some damage to our landscaping due to the size of the tree. But Joe, Jake, and Keegan were so efficient and professional that they left no trace of them having been here except a minimal stump. Thanks guys, great job!

We have relied on Schra Tree Care for about 20 years now to care for our three ash trees. They have occasionally trimmed the trees and now they provide ash borer prevention treatments. The trees are now huge and branches were about to damage our roof. Chris came the day after we called and had a crew to our house the same day. They did a great job as always and provided tree care advice. Plus, everyone in this company is so professional and easy to work with. Im happy to recommend them to anyone!

The Schra team pruned numerous dead branches from two large honey locusts in our front yard. Very efficient, great job, complete cleanup of our yard, and left us with a large amount of firewood, all cut up and ready to burn. Highly recommend.

Schra Tree Care did an awesome job removing two very old and very large Cottonwood trees from my property. They gave us the best bid and started the job on the scheduled date, finishing it in the first day as promised. They did a very good job cleaning up all the debris in the yard and the adjacent street. All this was handled very professionally by Amanda via a couple of phone calls to their office. This is the second time I have used Chris and his team of experience arborers . I had an old cotton wood taken down and a slew of elm trees trimmed. All the work looks/was fantastic and they cleaned up so well you never knew they were there! Great pricing as well.

Kurt (sorry if it was actually Chris... Im the worst with names) was really wonderful to talk to! He came out and took a look at our (very dead) trees and gave advice on proper tree care. Im not from Colorado so I didnt really know how different it was to take care of things. He was very kind and understanding and recommended us a phenomenal stump grinder to come out and remove the stumps. While he didnt actually do any work for us, I will definitely be calling him in the future when we put in new shade trees in our yard because he was so incredibly prompt and professional.

Their process was painless, and they did a great job treating our ash tree, and trimming the other trees on our property.

Our mature Honey Locust at our newly purchased home needed some serious clean-up and shaping due to years of neglect. Schra Tree Care- Superb service and professional arborists. Talk about precision! They have mastered precision with which limbs to cut and where so that they fall safely and without any obstruction! AND! They carefully removed out a couple of fence panels and posts and replaced them perfectly. They removed all limbs and debris and left the yard clean! If you need to cut down a tree, call these guys. They know what theyre doing.

Following the snowstorms we experienced in March and April, I contacted several tree services in the area, but none could provide workers for weeks. Finally, I had the good fortune of calling Schra and requested a bid for limb removal and maintenance of various trees on my property. Schra also had a backlog, and I didnt expect to see them for weeks like everyone else had told me. However, Chris (a co-owner) stopped by that day to visit and assess the damage and we discussed remedial action. What impressed me even more, was his honesty and integrity regarding tree health. (He talked me out of applying unnecessary treatments.) Also, limb removal and other maintenance costs were considerably less expensive than any other tree service in the area. The following week, Curt, a co-owner, showed up with a worker, Dade, and took care of the work. By this time in the day the weather had turned for the worse (wind, sleet, snow, cold), but they still did the job, and they did it exceptionally well. I cant say enough good about Schra, their owners, and workers. Impressed is an understatement.
