Shawn was a joy to speak and work with today. He lives in town and has dogs, so hes aware of thr challenges I have in keeping a lawn. He gave me some pointers and I plan to use them.

He truly listens AND remembers what I tell him from one application to the next regarding location of weeds, property lines, and areas of concern. That is remarkable. I micromanage the poor guy, and he takes it so well--and he seems to care about the results of his care almost as much as I do. I watch him from every window as he goes around, and believe me, his coverage and attention to detail are just what I sign up for when I prepay in December. I just want to say thank you!

Our specialist, Justin C. went above and beyond for us today for our service! Tuesdays are our trash days and Justin saw that they had been emptied. So he took it upon his self to bring them to the side of the house, back where they belong! He also found some weeds in our flower bed and picked them out for us. He even put a little extra into the note for us (pic attached). To do that little extra (especially in this heat) is just amazing! Keep it up Justin!

We have only had TruGreen coming for a few months, but we are very happy with their service. I get a text the day before, the morning of, and right when they arrive. The person who is here to do the service tells me what they re here to do and answers any questions I might have. When they re done, I get another text. Definitely recommend TruGreen.

They will harass you with phone calls offering for additional services at all hours of the day. No matter how many times you tell them to stop calling, and regardless if you are on the Do Not Call registry, they will continue. Their product is awful and only targets clovers. Go with LawnCure instead. They are friendlier, have a better product, and more importantly, arent harassing me weekly.

We scheduled grub control in March and paid up front. We were not told that they didnt start grub control treatments until June. I called 2 or 3 times about scheduling treatment and never was able to schedule an appointment. Finally they showed up at our door without an appointment. They applied the grub treatment and afterwords I was told it needed to be watered in within a week. I was not aware of this in advance. We cannot very well do this as our lot is over 2/3 of an acre. The man who applied the treatment seemed nice.

They spray your plants too, not just your weeds. Guess they dont know the difference. Also, Im getting tired of pulling their little signs out of my yard and throwing them away.

While treating the. lawn James noticed that my keys were in the front door! He called to let me know. I really appreciate him looking out for me!

My service was not completed on 6/27. The technician Adam didnt atempt to service the back yard. It has a lock that truegreen has the code for. I called to complain they apologize, We will reschedule for another day. They come back, This time Jaden. He enters the back yard but only complete half the backyard on 7/3. Call back in to complain, so sorry, reschedule for free service and next service free. Same tech, Jaden comes on 7/10 gets out of his truck, walks up to the door hangs the receipt gets in his truck and drives away. Call in to complain. So so sorry we will reschedule next service fee and future discounts. Naww in good.

It works! And I dont have to do anything anymore! After years of frustration, wasting money and time, trying to do it myself, its a pleasure to finally see the yard starting to look like a well- cared for lawn. Brian, the service tech, has years of experience in lawn care and maintenance. The treatments are truly very effective as well.

A good way to waste your money. I had a rough lawn when I moved in last year and I have a rough lawn this year after all their treatments. Several times the guy after a service who came out to do a different service would comment how bad the last guy did and to call them back out which I would to have them say the same thing. My goal was to pay for a nicer lawn not to call them multiple times just to get what I already had. Avoid this company their scheduling for lawn services makes no sense ether

Louis S is a perfect gentleman. He knocked on my door and introduced himself. He then asked if I would enough to open the gate to the backyard so he could service it. He then proceeded to the front yards and did the same thing. Mr Louis asked all of my questions and even info me that I can let my dog outside in 30 minutes. Mr Louis S is a professional and if I had my way, I d like him to care for lawn from now on.

Terrible customer service you cannot get your local store. The call center is rude and dies nothing to help resolve a problem. It s takes 24 hours to get a call from a supervisor at best. Not worth the $$$

Do not trust this company!! When you sign up for insect control of the entire yard. They don t do the entire yard. They just do bushes. What they tell you when you sign up for service and what they actually do for the price is a ripoff. The insecticide used is less than a dollar a lb, they say they apply 8 lbs and charge $108 for 2 minutes of work.

Visible difference. My service tech Brian S is top notch and has brought my yard from brown patches and spiney grass you wouldn t walk barefoot in to a lush soft green grass that flows with the wind.

Need to fix a problem they created last year, other than that, they are great.

Process: Paid $500 for 1st year in full and opted NO auto renew. after 8 treatments my yard looks the exact same. With zero notification they charged my card the following year & made it a pain to get refunded. beware of scandalous practices

I did mulch most of my yard on Monday with my riding mower but there are some walnuts in one section that I need to get up before I mulch and I have been sick with Covid so I wasn t able to do that. I will soon as soon as I am well. Thank you for the added service. The service today was on time, but there was another time were they didn t show up when they said they would.

Like that during the year the use of granular products and sometimes sprayed product is used for the various conditions to help maintain the lawn.

I have used TruGreen for the last 3 years. What a nightmare!! My lawn has been different colors of green from improper fertilizing to weeds taking over my lawn. I was promised that a lawn Expert would come out this fall to get a game plan on weed control if I signed for another year with them. I signed and never heard back from them. This company DONT have a clue about how to properly maintain a lawn!! They are a spread fertilizer and go company!! If you want a good looking yard, call someone else that has the knowledge and experience to do it right!!

I canceled because they didn t keep weeds out of my yard, not even clover. They also didn t show up for over 2 months during the summer. I received many pushy phone calls trying to get me to sign up for more services. Even after I cancelled I got a harassing phone call from a rude man who pushed for me to talk to him about why I cancelled. I told him I already talked to someone but that wasn t good enough for him and so he got mad and hung up on me. This reinforces my choice not to use their services.
