Update: The company reached out to remedy all my problems, and I am being issued a refund. This place is an actual scam. I signed up for service, the "professional" showed up without warning, didn't communicate he was there and then proceeded to send me a message saying "there's no way I can get to the back yard" and left without a word. My service was then provided by someone else, since I couldn't get ahold of customer service or the person originally signed to my yard, and still they charged me $35! For nothing! Ignore this place and move on, even their claims of a $19 mow is false. By far the worst experience I've EVER had with a company.

Do not hire the company lawn starter for servicing your yard. I had a weekly service set up and they skipped service without explanation. My lawn is overgrown and I called their customer service yesterday to rectify the situation, they moved up my scheduled service and promised me it would be completed by the end of the day today. I checked their app today but instead of seeing the service had been completed I saw that they rescheduled me for a date next week. I complained about my yard not being serviced in 11 days and their solution was to move my service even later. Customer service has been no help at all do not recommend this company.

I asked them to cut my grass and trim bushes every two weeks at my soon to be rental property. Since I don't live at the house I didn't go by there every time to check on the job they were doing. I initially agreed to 10 bushes to be trimmed biweekly. When I went by to check the property, the grass was cut front and back. Bushes cut in the front. My side yard and back bushes were left untouched the whole time. (Over a month!) I called customer service to ask why they continued to just cut the front bushes and never the back yard bushes. The rep apologized but said that because it was over 5 days since my last service I couldn't lodge a complaint! I specifically contacted the "crew" and asked them to cut the back bushes. They agreed and I was charged $141. FOR CUTTING THE SAME BUSHES EVERY 2WKS AND GRASS!!?!? I canceled my service with them! The photos are after a couple months service!

Ceo and his team provide the best lawn service I’ve ever received. Their work is meticulous and they help to make my property the best looking lawn in my neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Travis and his team are a life saver! My husband is extremely busy during this time of year and barely has time to do any yard work. Travis has stepped right in and made it extremely difficult for me to ever allow my husband to do the lawn ever again! Lol! Ijk, but they are great!

Kept rescheduling my service then just quit had to get new contractor who wanted 3 times more than I was quoted. Most of the contractors have their own business and this is a side job to them. So if something comes up they take care of their clients and forget about me. Would not recommend anyone to use this service

Thank you Gabriel for another outstanding job today! My front and back yard look amazing! I can actually rest easy knowing that my family are coming in this weekend for the holidays because I do not need to worry about my yard :-)

Larry did an amazing job on my yard!!! The services I get from lawn starter are always on point. From removal of leaves and branches to the actual manicured lawn. Its seriously one of the best services to have.
