GreenScapes Lawn and Landscaping in Louisville

I ve used GreenScapes for years, and have nothing but great things to say. They service my irrigation, landscaping, and all tree work. I recently had 5 trees trimmed, and I came out exactly how I pictured it. I m in Owl Creek, and would highly recommend them for your next project.

They did not want to serve me in this place even though the opening hours were until 10 am and it was only 8 am. They left a line of people because they simply did not want to continue serving. Terrible treatment in this place, they didnt even explain the reasons

Excellent company to deal with, communication on when and how the job would be done was great. Highly recommend and would trust them do any landscape job you have.

In regards to the driver of a work truck with green scapes as a logo on the truck: aggressively honking when I was waiting for oncoming traffic to stop to turn left. I literally could not go due to the cars and did not have enough room between cars to make a turn. Do better

Andrea is very rude to customers.

I have never dealt with such an awful company. They do not honor their work. I have spent over $2,300 and they do not care if you have problems with what they have done or not. Everyone I know is putting the word out not to use them. Awful, awful, awful company. PLEASE beware!!!!!

We had Corey and his team install an irrigation system at our home and couldnt be more happy with the process start to finish. After our install we had a new pool installed and he sent his team back to move a couple sprinkler heads and adjust a couple others to make sure the coverage was corrected. They definitely kept the jobsite clean and had a very respectful team. Recommend using them!!

Experienced, professional, and friendly service technician.

Greenscapes removed about 10 large mulberry trees growing along my fence and did a fantastic job. Removal was fast, careful, and looked professional. There wasnt a stick or branch to be found after they cleaned up. I would highly recommend!

I never get a good service for our lawn and landscaping. They skip our house most of the time. Try to talk to their supervisor to address the issues but no luck.

Re: Irrigation Start up 2021 Wed 11/3/2021 15:08 Forward Andrea, I am writing in response to several calls I received from my mother and wife regarding our technician. They have both called me very upset with the technicians demeanor and attitude toward them for arriving early. I had my mother scheduled to let the technician in from 3-5. The technician was argumentative with my wife and said he would have to contact you and we would need to reschedule. It sounds that he must have done the winterization since my mother arrived early. We did our part to have someone there from 3-5. He did not call or make any attempt to let us know he was running early. This is poor customer service on behalf of Greenscape. I have two family members who are visibly upset as a response to their interactions with the technician. We have been customers for several years and have had two irrigation systems installed. I was provided a window from 3-5.

They tend the lawns at the patio homes where I live. My yard is the only one that isnt flat. Because they fail to use a smaller mower to get a portion near my front door walkway, my lawn looks choppy & only half cut. They dont even always blow off the patio & sidewalk when finished. I think its pure laziness because they seem to have enough personnel & nice equipment.

I wanted 2 trees planted and our HOA uses and recommends Greenscapes. The HOA management sent them the request and copiede on the request but I was never contacted. I know they do good work and have seen what theyve done in person but they never contacted me to get the work done.

Good quality work for the price you pay.

We called them twice once for regular lawn mowing and one for yard work we needed done. both times the person answering the phone took our information and said the relevant people would contact us back and neither time has anyone ever called back.

We live in a cul de sac in our neighborhood. They are paid to mow all the common areas. They miss our island EVERY week (which is a common area). They skip the common area behind my house as well. We just got sod, so our dogs cant go anywhere other than the island. Makes it hard to get the dogs to go when the grass almost covers my 85 lb dog. We call multiple times and they still miss it. They also skip the island in the street. I called twice and asked to speak to a manager. Its been almost a week and still havent received a call back. Edited to add: Call Jeff from the number he gave below within 20 minutes of him posting it. He answered and the crew was out before 8am the next morning. Jeff has promised me we will be taken care of every week. Thank you Jeff!

This is an absolute horror story for buying my first home. I ve fought and fought with the owner, because the work that was contracted by the seller of the home I bought was never completed. The owner of Green Scapes beat around the bush swearing the work was done and when I provided proof that it was definitely not, he was hesitant to come out. (I have pictures of the whole process ) and is now threatening to take out a lean on my a 22 year olds first home because they refuse to do the work they are contracted for. I have tracks and ruts left everywhere by heavy machinery that they tried to cover up by straw. The whole yard is littered by rocks and NONE of the yard was graded which was originally agreed upon to grade the side and front yard. None of which were done. The first time the workers came out, they sat in a truck for 5 hours. The second day they were there, they tried to rush and ended up breaking up my driveway and causing more damage. I have been polite and respectful to Kevin (the owner) this entire time, and he thinks that a threat of a lien will scare me into giving him money for a job he didn t do. This is after the 3rd time they have came out to redo the mess they have made, you can see in the pictures of all the areas they left unfinished and all the rocks and debris that they SCATTERED all over the yard. The proof is in the pictures. This is a terrible, untrustworthy company. Buyer beware.

Apparently you have a disgruntled worker that likes to shred ppls flowers with the leaf blower. This is 2 weeks in a row hes done that to me. He blew over an old ladys potted plants also. I was in my apt as I watched him come onto my patio with the leaf blower aimed directly down right over my plants! I live at the Park apts on Hurstbourne. If I ever catch him doing that again Im calling the main office to complain.

Great service and very friendly

Used to do a good job for our neighborhood, Cherrywood in Lagrange. We paid 1200.00 for flowers, but very few were planted in the very late spring.. They planted pansies a week before Halloween. They were dead when planted. Never trimmed bushes. The homeowners had to trim them 3 times. Pocketing our money.

GreenScapes operation is really impressive. They have top quality machines and pros operating them. Its great to work with a locally owned business!

I called this company because they do the tree work for our city. I first called for an estimate on July 2 but received no response for about a month. I have spoken to their rep once since the initial estimate in early August and I asked for additional services. Calls to the rep and to the owner have gone unanswered and we are now over two months since my initial call. I know they are busy and I have been patient but not to return a call is inexcusable.

I give Greenscapes and the owner, Cory Rudolf FIVE STARS for their great work on my home irrigation system. Cory personally made sure that all details along the way were handled, including what we needed from the city to start and complete the project. His team is helpful and professional. I would highly recommend.

I just called to get a quote on laying sod in my front yard. The lady answered and said they were busy until first of May if I wanted to just call back then, Wow.

I live in a Condominium complex & these guys will start working sometimes @ 7:30AM!! For Gods sake, not everyone works a 9-5 job & I dont need to be awakened that way. Its not the way I like/want/need to start my day! Theres a 9am Noise Ordinance! I have only spoken with a couple of the workers (several times) but they either dont get &/or dont care. I will try to contact this business personally & hopefully I will be able to change my review. Also, they mow even when it rains, which does nothing but mash the grass down & when they DO mow, its not short enough, barely looks like its been touched. Smh....

They have always done a great job for me. Rebuilt my retaining wall and its holding strong 8 years later!

Last year we had landscape work done. The work was good. The winter killed some of our plants which were guaranteed. We contacted the sales man by phone, email and text and as of 4 weeks later still no response. No company salesman is too busy to return a customers calls.
