ClearGreen Lawn & Landscaping in Louisville

This company did so well when I found them in the spring, they have never left my yard looking bad and they have always done a very well job when coming to mow. They quoted me for a landscaping job in the summer and after having a quote from other companies they still had the best price and were able to get me in that same week. I will be using their services again along with the yard treatments they have to offer. Nothing makes it easier then one company able to do it all!

I had some issues with this company. They did an acceptable job but these three issues gave me headaches: I’m a pet owner and have 4 dogs. I’m also a disabled veteran with severe knee arthritis. Some days I’m in a lot of pain. I have fibromyalgia. It’s hard for me to get up at 0830 AM because I’m very stiff in the AM. But I had to because they showed up way before 10 AM on quite a few visits. And I tried my best to pick up the dogs poop and all yard toys prior to the service visit. 1. I never knew what time to expect them. I asked for early afternoon but it could be anywhere from 0845 to 3 pm. I asked for at least a text 15-30 minutes out. Sometimes I only got 5-10 minutes. If that. Lately they were pulling this stunt of driving past at 0845 to 0900 and if my car wasn’t moved out of the driveway or my gate wasn’t open they kept going. I have this on my front cameras. They didn’t come back. Without texting me. They played this game 2-3 times. One time my internet was down but they didn’t call me either on several occasions. Once I was in the shower because I didn’t hear from them. It was noon. No text, nothing. The car was out of the driveway all morning. 2. They showed up once in the spring and without texting my dog was let out of the yard. We finally got her but I can’t walk that fast. It never happened again thankfully 3. The billing issues initially. We got it straightened out but I refused to keep a credit card on file as their website isn’t very secure. As an identity theft victim, my browser rejected it so I had to use my phone on VPN to process it. Was also billed for 2 drive by no service visits. 4. My neighbor stated that they weren’t doing a thorough job on the strip of grass near their driveway. It was hardly mowed even after reminders. My neighbor had to do it. I also asked them to trim the bushes out front and they never responded. I have hired a tree service. 5. I felt insulted, gaslighted and taken for granted as a customer and my needs were not met. Despite many texts. As a woman it was insulting. As a pet owner it was unnerving. There seemed to be a serious lack of communication amongst the team. 6. This was my second year with them. It wasn’t bad last year. But they will not be invited back next season. I think they did this on purpose to ditch me as a client. It’s hard enough to find good lawn service contractors but as a homeowner and mobility disabled woman, this is a terrible way to work with a client who paid on time! So it’s back to square one. It’s not that hard to take care of a client with pets! I don’t often write reviews like this but if you are a disabled woman client with dogs, don’t hire them. I won’t recommend them.

These guys came out and did better than what I asked for! Had them come out to just knock down the stuff in the front yard and it looked so good that I have them coming by weekly now. Great prices, best services, friendly people!

I interviewed a few lawn companies to weed/feed my lawn after the previous company's treatments seemed to be ineffective. Taylor was responsive, detailed, and easy to work with, and I saw results from the first treatment in just a couple days. Great company and am looking forward to a better looking lawn this year!

Clear green has always been a great company. Very respectful workers and have always reached out and been responsive quickly when needed. I have always been Leary of using lawn company’s because I’ve been afraid of being scammed or the price not meeting quality work. There prices are more than reasonably and the quality is amazing. My neighbors compliment my yard from the perfect cuts, landscaping, and even clean up job. I have never been more satisfied and will continue to use them forever!

My experience with ClearGreen has been seamless and I am happy to use them for lawn services during my second year living here! They reached out to me to ask if I wanted to resume services as Spring was right around the corner and I appreciated this as it was one less thing I had to worry about. They are responsive to questions, very reasonably and competitively priced, plus my yard looks great!!!
