October 28th the day after they installed our lights we told them we have 15-20 lights out. They came out finally after multiple messages to fix some of them. Still have 5 lights out and some came unclipped when they fixed the ones that were out. November 12th I asked when someone was coming to fix them as they said they’ll have someone out here when it’s dark and “the guys swore they all came on”. On the 22nd I asked again and they said “We have been absolutely slammed with the rain and snow not giving us a break. Someone will be out this week. Aiming for Tuesday or Wednesday. I am sorry for the delay.” Here it is on the 30th one full month after paying $600 and we still have lights falling off the gutter and lights completely out. I rarely take to social media but this is ridiculous. I am having another company come and fix them.

Trying to find lawn mowing service for my disabled mother. Called several times, finally received a call back and got a quote. Asked if I could talk with my mom and call back to schedule, now they don't answer or respond to messages. Don't appear reliable.
