Took several months before they got around to doing work even though we agreed to do work earlier and after I paid a deposit. Half of plants died within a year. Matting that was put down way to thick to allow water to get to plants.

We have been using their services for 7 years. They are always responsive to our needs.

The crew did an awesome job cleaning up our mulch beds. The end result is fantastic!

I get compliments on my yard all the time. I had tried other services, but they all had excuses for why there was chickweed, or crabgrass, or dandelions, or violets. When I have had a question, or concern, it was handled immediately to my satisfaction. Jeopardy is the service lady handling my yard. She is polite, professional, experienced and ever so helpful. My yard cutter even took pictures of my yard for his Facebook page! Yes, I recommend WLS very highly.

They do a wonderful job of keeping our beds in front of our business looking sharp.

Waynes has been my lawn care service for many years and I have always been happy with their work. The guys work very hard and always do an excellent job!

We have used them for several years for our grass and landscaping and they have always been so responsive and helpful! During the recent storms, they quickly came out to our property to remove a small tree that had fallen. They really make you feel valuable and spend the time getting it right!

Initial consult and follow-up with Kyle was great, however after that it went downhill. Work was to remove several shrubs and grind up roots across the front of the house and in our front yard. We asked Kyle that we be notified the day before work would be completed. I work from home and needed to make accommodations for the noise. Instead I got a call and text day of, that work would be completed after lunch. This did not leave me time to make accommodations, but gave I them benefit of the doubt as things happen, it s a busy season. Crew arrived and spent about 45 minutes working in our yard, then left. I was thinking fast and efficient, but when I went to look in our yard they had left 3 huge shrubs in yard, sidewalk was covered in debris, debris was left in the yard and the tree in our front yard had over 10 branches cut off without our permission. Over an hour later 1 crew member did come back and remove the shrubs, but no other work was done. I called and was informed by Katie that the stump grinding would be done tomorrow morning as they contract this out. This information was not listed on the contract and per the text I received that morning, the work was supposed to be completed today. I also told Katie about the redbud tree that had been significantly trimmed down because I was very upset about it. It ruined the look we were going for in our yard. She asked me to send pictures because she said was going to talk to the crew about the work that was not approved and find out why it happened. I sent the pictures and later I get a text from her saying this was a no cost customer service they provide to make landscaping visible from the street. There is no landscaping being done by WLS, all we had was shrubs being removed, so now instead of our beautiful tree people just see the dirt piles. Also it is not a customer service when the customer did not ask for the service and did not approve it. She apologized for my negative feelings, with no ownership or apology for the actual issue of cutting our redbud tree without permission. The next day there was more miscommunication, but the work finally got done. Overall if we are paying almost $1400 for a total of 2.5 hours of work, we expect better communication, professionalism and for the work in the contract to be completed as stated. It ended up being a huge headache and costing us more. We now have to hire another landscaper to redo our plans to account that the tree is no longer providing shade where needed and it no longer matches the aesthetic we were going for. 4.24 To follow-up, the redbud tree that they pruned without our permission is dying due to fungus. Each of the limbs they pruned back, is now dead. The arborist we had inspect the tree said it had likely been infected because their pruning equipment was not properly sanitized.

So pleased with all that the Volz family has done to improve the look of our yard. Highly recommended for their professionalism, knowledge in landscapes, and superior service

I contacted Waynes Lawn Service for some much needed clean up in the backyard of the house I am renting. They were very prompt and accommodating to schedule a consult and after some back and forth I received a quote for services which I immediately accepted. Unfortunately, I got ghosted after that and even after I initiated follow up to get a time frame, did not hear back from the person who quoted the service. Very disappointing. I think engaged another local service who quoted half of the cost of Waynes and advised me that my business much not have been wanted by the service that overquoted me and priced it so high. I wish companies would just be honest from the get go that your project is not in scope for them. Would not recommend.

Contacted WLS and heard back in a timely fashion. They were easy to work with and very efficient with their time. Great quality and great people.

The guys were very professional from the initial call. Arrived on time for my appointment, scheduled my installation and completed my project beautifully as promised. I definitely recommend their services. Kyle and Katie are who I had most interaction with and they were awesome.

This company is absolutely awesome! They respond quickly when I have texted or called! My yard is looking better and better thanks the WLS! I would recommend them highly!!

Wayne s does an amazing job on our lawn! Our grass is so thick and lush and there are no dandelions. They are so attentive to my landscaping and there is never any overspray on my plants. I would highly recommend this company.

Cant say enough good things about WLS. Not only do they do an excellent job cutting the grass, but I had them remove a large overgrown bush and replace it with some smaller ones. They were quick, cleaned up afterwards and everything looks great! Very much recommend them.

My husband wanted the yard aerated and could not do it himself. Waynes lawn service was prompt, courteous and very reasonable with their price. I am glad that we found Waynes lawn service.

They showed up when others didn t! I had and overgrown flowerbed that needed to be cleaned out and redone. They did and EXCELLENT job! It s BEAUTIFUL! Wayne and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called during quarantine and did everything by phone, wonderful. Yard guys social distanced while talking to me when the arrived. Did the lawn aeration quick and professional.

My back patio at my townhome needed a MAJOR overhaul. I didnt even realize how bad it had gotten until after they were done. The crew was kind and courteous upon arrival, they were prompt and efficient in completing the job, and I will definitely continue to use Waynes Lawn Service for my landscaping needs in the future!

For years I had a really hard time getting grass to grow in my backyard every season I would put down grass and only a little bit would grow so this spring I decided to call Wayne s, Joey and his team came out and did their power seeding magic I now have grass growing in places I never thought it whatever grow it s thick and green and exactly what I ve always wanted

These guys are the best in the business. You will not find a better landscaping outfit. Just like their trucks say, they show up. They do excellent work and are very professional. If you call them, they get out to take care of you asap. They always return a call or text immediately. I can not say enough good things about this company. My yard was in shambles and after treatments and seeding, I get nothing but compliments on it. They have also done my landscaping around the house and I always get compliments on how good it looks. If you want it done right and at a fair honest price, call these guys. You wont be disappointed.

Excellent work and excellent customer service! I had to be away for work last year for several months, leaving my wife and small kids to fend for themselves. After having to cancel with a couple other local services for lack of contact/unreliability, I signed up with Wayne s Lawn Service and have never looked back! They show up when they re supposed too, are very professional, and always happy to walk me through any questions I have regarding my lawn! I signed us up again for another season, I highly recommend this group!

Unfortunately I cant give a review of service provided because I called to get an estimate and never heard back from them. Called a few days later and stated that its only been a few days so hell get back to me when he can!? I decided to find another service but wanted others to be aware of my experience.

Very personable and friendly staff. My yard looked awesome after just one year of having them spray. That is saying alot seeing as how it was covered in weeds the year before. Also anytime I needed to talk to someone, I got a call back within minutes. Great place to do business. I highly recommend them.

They were very quick to respond, and got me on the schedule for aeration and overseeding the same week. Very friendly and willing to answer my questions. Decided to start the fertilizer and weed control program as well.

I really enjoy the work Waynes Lawn Service does for my yard. They are reasonably priced and do a nice job each time they take care of my yard. I only use them for weed and lawn control but my yard stays green and weed free throughout the season.

I have a small patio attached to my town home that I called in to have a landscape installed. Waynes Lawn Services crew was timely, efficient, and friendly during the installation. It looks GREAT and I cannot wait to enjoy my patio during the summer and fall now that I have a beautiful landscape to enjoy.

Waynes Lawn Service = quality work. Wayne is a very professional gentleman with a quality company. Kyle is very knowledgable and helpful. Kyle helped me design my landscaping and I couldnt be more pleased. If I ever have work done again, it will definitely be done by them. I recommend them to all my friends and family!

Reliably Overpriced. Waynes promises to show up--and they do. They show up relentlessly to overcharge you by mowing your lawn whether it needs it or not. They include this in their contract--that they get to charge you weekly all the way through October, plus by the hour for leaf removal. My neighborhood provides a leaf pickup, so I raked the leaves to the curb, and Waynes still came by and picked it up, even though it was obvious that the whole neighborhood was expecting a free pick up. Moreover, Waynes only does a so-so job. Gates are left open, detail work is skipped, and an enclosed area where my dogs play routinely gets ignored. I made sure that my contract included keeping the fenceline clear, but no one did so. When I pointed it out, halfway through the summer, four guys came over and cleared it. I then got a bill for $100 for clearing the fenceline (which I refused to pay). They promise to show up, and they do so--but why would you want them to?
