Greenway Landscape Services, Inc in Louisville

9.25.2024 Follow up to earlier posts. On Saturday the Greenway owner came to my house. As promised he created and send estimates for my yards needs for this fall as well as a projected schedule with rates for next year. Also as promised he reduced this falls work estimate to reflect scheduling issues I experienced last week. Obviously they care about their reputation and worked to make things right. My post drew some attention. The owner of Greenway called to apologize. He is coming over tomorrow. We will see. ---------------- I have nothing good to say about them. I made an appointment for my yard to be inspected for the purpose of hiring them to handle weed spraying, fertilizing, aeriation as needed... i was stood up. No answer of my call or text but he answered when his office person called him and he had her to apologize for him. Eventually called - left message - so apologetic due to customer emergency.. I was a sucker and called back - explained that I am paid by the hour and his standing me up was an expensive waste of my time. We reset for today. Again, he was a no show - did not answer my call or text. Absolutely shpuld have known not to use them as their weed control where I work completely ignores the woody stem weeds like wild violet.

I couldn’t say enough good things about this company. They freshened up our landscaping as well as a few other items and did an amazing job. They were punctual and very professional. I highly recommend this company!

I would like to know if this company treats the elderly and disable this way all the time. I do not have anything good to say about this company they have rent my privacy fence with the weed eater my gutters downspouts with the weed eaters and recently ran into my air conditioner and damaged it pretty good. They hit it so hard that it knocked the screws into the line and punctured the line I had to call the HOA to let them know about it but I have a lot of medical issues and I have to have oxygen and Air all the time so I had to have it repaired which cost me $875 but this company does not want to pay me back for the repairs and last week they almost hit it again I had to put some things around it and they hit the stuff I had around it there's nothing on that side of the house the only thing that can get on there that side is a lawn mower. They wrote a letter to HOA regarding this issue stating they don't claim responsibility because they weren't notified and to come out and inspect the damage were there a lawn service not an AC person the AC person came out took pictures of all the damage and repairs . I'm on a set income it's not like I have thousands of dollars laying around for repairs of other people's damage to my property and I was not aware or anybody in this townhomes are aware that when the lawn service does damage we go through the lawn service and not our HOA they're the ones that hired this company to do the groundwork they're always leaving grass all over the driveways and sidewalks they don't do a very good job whatsoever and I'm not the only one that has damage they have cut a line with the weed eater on another lady's air conditioner. And yes I did call the lawn service to let them know of the damage but I called my HOA first just like then when they damaged my my fence it's a privacy fence and it's not cheap it looks like somebody chewed it up nothing was ever done about it either or my downspouts but apparently this company either doesn't have liability insurance or something for damages that they cause something needs to be done about this issue. This is townhomes and most of us here are retired disabled elderly we don't have that kind of money laying around to fix air conditioners fences and so forth from this lawn Service it's not fair as an elderly person now I know what people go through in life when they get old. And how companies like yours take advantage of the elderly and disabled. And I don't have much to say about our HOA because they don't have our backs either but we pay our dues every month for services.

I had 2 companies no call / no show to mow my yard while I was away for work. When I called Greenway and explained my situation and how my grass had grown to knee high, they didn't hesitate to come right out. All my dealings with them were great! The receptionist I spoke with on the phone (Melissa), the crew who came to mow were very courteous, not to mention they made my jungle of a yard look great! There are a million lawn care companies in Louisville but no one will match the professionalism of Greenway.

We recently hired Greenway to take care of multiple things on our property. They are only beginning to start the jobs but I must say that I am already 100% satisfied thus far. They are quick in response to any questions or needs I have and the work itself. Not to mention the customer service has been incredible. I would highly recommend them to anyone for landscaping needs. Fast, friendly and efficient.

I've used Greenway the last 2 years for leaf removal, just to mulch. Never gave me an appointment. I felt it was more of "we will be there when we want" then bill you. Other than that they were great. But this year (2019 btw) I wanted leaf removal (a $200 removal). I called in November 2019, confirmed with the receptionist that they would remove my leaves. She said that they would come by and pick up my leaves (no appointment mind you) and depending on weather, which I understand on the weather part. Here we are February 2020, I still have leaves. I've called in January 2020 twice and left messages. Still no return call. Guess it's time to find someone else.

Aaron has been great to work with! We had a very unique situation in our backyard and his crew handled it with ease precision. Both he and his team always make sure exactly what needs to be done, going over it together and then his team will go over plans with you. The team is always very punctual and polite..... again making sure exactly what needs or wants to be done. The work is always done correctly and professionally ..... I would highly recommend Aaron and his team for any of your outside needs!

Greenway has been an excellent lawn care group. Aaron is so easy to work with. An email with a question or request gets answered quickly and just what we want to hear. Greenway cuts our grass; mulches; takes care of leaf removal; and has also removed a large shrub and sodded the area. We have been pleased with everything they've done in terms of quality work and reasonable pricing. We plan to continue to use their services in 2015.
