We needed lawn and property clean-up done this Spring, which included many different types of work. Everything from leaf clean-up to trimming bushes to removing fallen branches/trees, and several brush piles. In addition to all of these services, Jordan even helped us with some plantings, which was really appreciated! Jordan and the team have been taking care of our yard for a few years now. Spring and fall clean up, weekly mowing and a big project involving large overgrown bush removal and landscaping. They are great guys that do great work. I highly recommend.

Last year the people didn t show up when they said and I never got a call that they weren t coming. They d still charge me for a mow even if it didn t happen. They pester you about money all the time. Even in the middle of the night. It was disrespectful of the owner to be that way. He says I owe him money and with all the missed appointments how would you even know if what he says is true. I am at work sometimes during the day but I would come home and notice the grass wasn t cut. I d have to ask my son to check with me and he agreed that the grass had not been cut.

Fili Property Maintenance Co. did a wonderful job with our landscape. They worked hard and were very professional. The end result was beautiful and they left everything in perfect order. We highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

Jordan done are lawn for about 4 years so we have been loyal to him also referred people to him who ended up having same problems , waiting for lawn to be cut, billing errors and not handling situations in a business manner. We asked for a quote for additional landscaping and he gave us a very high one and when we decided not to do it because of price , he handled it, in his non-business like way, and canceled us and my elderly moms lawn without notice in a late night email. We are actually relieved and can now move on to a professional lawn care service who cares and appreciates their loyal customers!

Jordan and his landscaping team did an awesome job landscaping our front and back yard.They arrived early and worked hard all day. They edged and mulched our entire property. The edging Is meticulously straight! They cleaned up the entire property when they were done. It looks so good! We will definitely use them again.

I contacted 4 separate landscaping co., 2 said it wasn t worth the time and effort, ones estimate was done by e-mail never came to our residence, just did a computer image.( it was also double the price) Owner of Fili came out in person and talked over our ideas and wants with my Wife and myself. We all came up with one good idea, on what would look best and give our house the best curb appeal. They came out, on the agreed date and time and started right away when they arrived. The Wife changed a few things, on the order of the plants and also asked Jordan to replant 3 other shrubs, which they did with no attitude or price increase. ( which is really unheard of now a days). They never stopped for anything, worked the whole day through till done with the job at hand. It s amazing the transformation they did of our flower beds. They also took care of where I had to two tree stumps ground out. Put top soil and seeded and laid down straw too. The 3 of them, Bob, Cameron, Jordan the owner, are the nicest young men I ve run into or used for home projects.I would highly recommend them to everyone.I can t thank them enough. Dale Detwiler

We hired Jordan to come out and finish removing a flower bed that was filled with rocks and weeds and to plant grass in its place. He was friendly, professional and did a great job in one afternoon. Highly recommend and will work with him in the future.

Poor service. Actually, no service at all! Jordan mislead me and made several excuses as to why he couldnt come out to maintain the property. Received a written estimate in April of 2020 for sod installation that never came to fruition. Lots of excuses that a professional shouldnt have made (broken truck, an employee left, etc.). Jordan never came out to complete that work (twice) even though he told me that he would. Im not certain that he actually services Canton, Ohio (???). Gave him a second chance and reached out to him to later to see if he could trim a Japanese Maple tree. He told me that he would check it out, but he never showed up. Last message from Jordan in June of 2020 was that he would come out and trim the tree. He said that he would trim it for free to make amends. I said No, I will pay you. There were no obscenities, threats, or demands from either you or me. Its just yard work! I wanted some yard work done, but you preferred to send long text messages -but- never do any said yard work. I would have been better off hiring a couple of ex-felons driving around in a beat up, old pick-up truck -and- willing to work rather than trust anything that Jordan told me. Jordan likes acting like a victim rather than doing the right thing and establishing relationships with new customers in my opinion. Wanted the happy ending where Jordan mows and takes care of leaves in the fall. In the end, I was lied to (three times) and Jordan knows it. Never again...

Started using Jordan in spring of 2019 to maintain the yards of several homes that we manage. This included mowing, raking leaves and other landscape work.
