Overall always very satisfied with their services. On time as they can be with weather always changing the timing as one would expect. They provide total yard/landscape and irrigation services for us and have done so for 6 years now! Just added a lot of new landscape added as well. Even hang Christmas lights and wreaths cut specifically for our home! And just today 6/13 - their irrigation crew was right on top of our issues. In fact, came out the same day as I emailed! You can t ask for better than that! Very satisfied and no reason to change. Highly recommend!

Antonio and his team are responsible for keeping my lawn looking great. In addition to cutting and weed control they provided me with a master landscaping design that I have been able to install as time and money allow.

Before I could even finish explaining the situation and what services we needed the salesman cut me off mid scentence and stated, and I quote, yeah, whatever you are paying now you can double it and that will be close to our price. After using Zeppas for 2 years I can say I am happy to not have to use them anymore. The amount of damage my yard and plants have sustained through their tenure of lawn care is inexcusable of a professional company. There were few half-hearted attempts to correct, but they rarely followed through. Steer clear of Zeppas, and opt for a individual or company worth your money.

Workers are top notch, landscape designer (Jeremy) is a genius, but the lack of upper management here leads to poor communication, and work being done without proper review or approval. If you can work with their employees personally, please do, but if you start seeing the owner Antonio too much on a project then cease work immediately and look elsewhere.

I co-hosted my friend s baby shower shower here, and the venue was so cute! The vendors were so easy to work with, and the atmosphere was easy to make your own, so decorating was a breeze. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and we had access to both, making the event versatile.

Speedy service

Talk about a Good Samaritan! I was stuck on the side of the road during our last snow storm and Antonio stopped to help me! Not only did he salt the driveway, his coworker showed up with the snow plow and they helped push the car out! Although I didn t use them for their lawn care services- these are definitely the type of people I would want to work with in the future! Highly recommend!

They always do a wonderful job. We have a lot to be trimmed, and they always make it look great. The mulching makes it look so neat and tidy. I always like who ever comes to do the work. They are polite and always friendly.

We hired Zeppa s to create a fire pit/social area in our back yard. Antonio and his architect came out and had some amazing ideas. What was just going to be a little fire pit area turned into a rustic park like setting oasis for my Family. Large boulders, crushed limestone, pine mulch boarder and evergreen plants for privacy. Everyone that has seen it loves it! All of our neighbors are so I m impressed with what was an unusable area of our property. It required some leveling of the ground and we really didn t want the expense of a retaining wall. So we were thrilled we could use boulders to support the area. We would 100% use them again. I will say, they came out quickly to look at the area and discuss the project, but it did take about 3 weeks to get the quote back. I understand these are busy times. After the quote did come back they got started right away. Thank you Zeppas!!!

I would not recommend Zeppas from my recent experience with this company. Below is a timeline of my interaction thus far: 4/20 - $50 quote for an initial consultation sent to me by email. 4/22 - I paid the initial $50 deposit and scheduled a consultation for Zeppas to review my property and discuss my landscaping needs. 4/24 - I received an email saying Your service visit is complete. Please complete a survey. This was obviously an automated email triggered by the receipt of my $50 for the consult visit which had not actually occurred yet. 4/26 - I received another email saying Would you recommend Zeppas to a friend? Please leave a review. Again -- MY INITIAL CONSULT HAD NOT EVEN HAPPENED YET. 4/28 - My consult visit took place. The two gentlemen were very nice and helpful, and they determined that my needs will necessitate three separate quotes: one for drainage & irrigation work, one for tree removal, and one for landscaping & sod work. Not sure why there has to be three separate quotes, but OK. 5/1 - I received another email: Would you recommend Zeppas to a friend? Please leave a review No work has been done, I dont even have any of my three quotes yet. I had nothing to review at this point. 5/5 - Quote provided by email for irrigation work (1 of 3 quotes needed). 5/6 - I received another email: We still havent gotten your review yet. Will you please complete a survey? Again, I HAVE NOTHING TO REVIEW. NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE. 5/7 - I received a follow-up email about the irrigation quote sent 5/5. I emailed back saying I was still waiting on the quotes for the tree work and landscaping to understand the full cost of the project before I could approve any of the quotes individually. I did not receive any type of response to this. 5/9 - I received another email asking if I had decided to approve their quote yet. It has now been over two weeks since my initial consult and I still do not have quotes for the tree work nor the landscaping work. I was prepared to spend several thousand dollars on this project, but will not be giving my business to Zeppas. However, I was asked on *four* separate occasions to leave a review, so that is exactly what I am doing. I work as a Quality Assurance Software Analyst for a local tech company, and I can clearly tell that there is a flaw with in the process that is triggering Zeppas email reviews and automated follow ups. I would not recommend this company and will be seeking another business to fulfill my landscaping needs.

Zeppa s did a great job landscaping are front entrance. Matt was very knowledgeable about what plants and flowers would work well considering amount of sun , up keep of the plants and an aesthetically pleasing look with green foliage and flowers . He gave us exactly what we asked for an updated, low maintenance entrance way. He even corrected a water pooling problem with some French drains The landscape was completed in the time agreed and the landscapers were efficient and friendly. Matt checked on the work as it was completed and made sure we were happy as it progressed They did a great job!

We are a nice neighborhood off Factory Lane by Grace Church. Zeppas just took over our property on short notice after we terminated our contract with our previous lawn care company. They cut and trimmed for the first time this week and did a great job. I received numerous compliments from our resident on the great job they did.
