Big & Small Yard Clean Up And Landscaping Services in Los Lunas

I hired Big and Small ladscaping this last summer. My yard was a real pain the last few years. It was correctly diagnosed as a Jungle.So, I decided to hire them to correct that. They laid down new weed fabric and added additional gravel. I had a few weeds pop up but, they came out right away to correct that. Another major plus is that I have a new gardner!

Luis is not a good landscaper. I called him a few times and he never returned my calls. Then out of the blue he shows up at my house one day and says he is scheduled to give an estimate. I am the only living at my house and he didn't schedule a time with me. Anyway he gave me an estimate and said he needed to run credit card for a "pre-visit hold" I thought it was weird but I said ok because he said it would be 5% of the total job ($45) I saw a charge come through in the amount of $945. I immediately called him which he never called me back so I called the bank and filed a dispute. I am still fighting to get my money back. I may have to go to small claims court. This man is a fraud.
