The fellows who came were prompt, and professional, and I felt very comfortable with their assessment of the work that was needed. I was also grateful that they were able to leave a bird s nest that I hadn t seen earlier. The crew cleaned everything up and the charge was in line with other tree trimming experiences.

I highly recommend Gabriels Tree Service! They removed an overgrown street tree that had roots breaking through the sidewalk and my driveway. They did a great job handling the city permits and the removal of both the tree and stump. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Gabriels Tree Service was able to remove a very large Giant Bird of Paradise from my backyard that had been hanging over both my house and a power line like a Sword of Damocles for a long time. The crew was efficient and professional, and even when the job took a day longer than expected since their stump grinder wasnt able to fit in the walkway to the back, there was no extra up-charge. These guys did a fantastic job at a reasonable price! We had a very large dead Catalpa tree in our parkway and a deadline for tree and stump removal. The hold up was the City of LA, which is backed up months in terms of clearing permits. Gabriels excellent office crew worked with us to make everything happen, even sending their bee guy out at 8pm last minute to deal with a hive we didnt know we had so that work could begin the next morning. We highly recommend Gabriel and his crew. We loved that tree and were sorry to see it go but having a professional team deal with its send off helped a great deal.

I never write reviews but really had to for John and the team at Gabriels Tree Service. We had a large tree on our property that had been neglected for years and was a massive eyesore. John gave us a great price for removal, finished the job in less than a day amd texted progress pictures while I was at work. When they were done you couldnt even tell there was a tree there before - and without asking they dug up enough of the stump that we can plant over where the tree was. 10/10 would use them again!

The team performed some work for me at Kenneth Hahn Soccer field (Region of Champions). The team Juan and Nick was very professional. Nick explained my current field issues and what was needed to fix them. They also finished the job ahead of schedule.

Gabriel\s crew was fantastic for my major pine tree trimming. They got right to work, discussed project as it evolved and kept me and the neighbor\s happy. It was a tight work space and were careful with the existing landscaping and did an excellent job of cleaning up.

Overall I had a great experience with this company. They took my 80 foot palm tree down with ease and did a great job of cleaning after all the debris had fallen. Just some feedback for the company, I recommend that every client you get, you mentioned to them that you have an insurance policy and bond where you can add the new client as a current certificate holder so that it may ease their mind when you are working on their property. I did an initial deposit through Zelle without seeing anyone in person before they started the job(was a bit scared). Grabiels Tree service showed up on time as promised ! They are legit.! I wish they wouldve placed root killer on the tree that was removed since there was still some roots present that remained a couple inches below the dirt.(not Gabriels Tree services fault). After I requested root killer, the worker advised me that the tree wouldnt grow anymore since it was removed to the stump and a couple inches below. However, to ease my mind I wish they wouldve still placed root killer as I requested since they are the expert and would have already had access to the liquid within their company materials. I will now have to buy liquid through amazon. Overall, I would hire them again! FAST and Easy to deal with.

Once they started they worked quickly and efficiently but took the time and care to get the project done right. After they finished they came back the next day and repaired my fence, landscaping and electrical box and cleaned the area up very nicely as if they were never there. I plan to use them again in the future and will be recommending them to my family and friends. Great value and great to work with.

Florentino is a true artist....after cleaning the bark from my 150ft + palm tree he crafted a beautiful silhouette with the crown. Along with Juan, they seemed to love their job, kept the area clean (even with so much debris) and were pleasantly communicative. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this expertise.

We had a tree emergency and John at Gabriels tree service acted quickly to help us. I sent him pictures and he gave us a quote within minutes, and had a crew out the next morning. They were an hour late, but other than that they got the job done the same day, which was no easy feat as it was a huge tree, and they didnt do any damage to our other trees or property. They really worked hard and knew what they were doing and their prices were reasonable, especially given the amount of work that needed to be done.

Ive used Gabriels tree service many times. They are prompt and responsive, willing to answer my questions, and do a great job. They can provide estimates with just a photograph and will ask about any suggested additional work before starting in. They can usually be there the same day for emergency work, and in about a week for less critical issues. Payment is Zelle or Venmo, so make sure those are set up before the work starts.

I contacted Gabriels Tree Service on a Friday about 3 tall palm trees that needed some serious TLC - I received a call back within 30 minutes of leaving a message, and they had me an estimate and a team onsite on Monday. I really appreciated the quick service, their communication & they did a great job getting the palm trees trimmed and all the orange berries removed. Gabriels Tree Service came and transformed our entire neighborhood in one day by removing tons of dead palm fronds from the two three story high palm trees next door to my house. The fronds were falling everywhere and were a danger. Found this service on google and so glad I used them. They were fast, efficient, and reasonable. They showed up on time and were so quick and clean. They cut down a very tall bird of paradise tree before I had even finished my morning coffee! They also did a great job trimming and removing all the dead and overgrown leaves on the other bird of paradise trees. All trash and debris was picked up and removed immediately. I got 1 palm tree removed and 4 other palm trees trimmed with Gabriels tree service on June 2020. I initially dealt with John and negotiated a price, then John sent a me a quote that detailed everything, which I signed and sent back the same day. Two days later, three of Johns men came at 8 am and began working on the trees. These men were professional, timely, did a clean and great job removing and trimming the palm trees!!! They worked hard from 8 am to 5pm!!! When they finished they even used the leaf blower and left my front and back yard cleaner than it was before!!! I am impressed by the complete service provided by Gabriels tree service!!! Big shout out to the hard working men at Gabriels!!! I am one satisfied customer and I would use them again!!!

Cut the tree down in a timely manner and cleaned up the area. Had a few plants that had minimal damage but will regrow. The area they worked in was difficult to reach especially when having to use the stump remover. Pleased and would recommend and use again Was $1000 cheaper than another service. Got my reference from a person who had used them over the last 20 years and was always pleased with the work.

Gabriels Tree Service did an excellent job with tree trimming and removal services in our new home. Top-notch work, very fast and thorough! Gabriel was able to help us with phase 1 of our landscaping remodel when we moved into our house. We plan on redoing all of the landscaping on our small property, but in order to do so we essentially needed to get the property back to a blank canvas, which required removing lots of extra vegetation, gravel, etc. Our first priority was to make the existing trees (which we are keeping) look presentable, and to remove a HUGE ficus that was both causing issues with our plumbing and taking precious water that could be used elsewhere in the yard. Gabriel came out for a consultation within 2 days. He walked around the property with me, and was able to quickly assess how many guys he would need for the job, and to suggest ways to make the next phase of our plan easier. He knew every species of plant and tree on the property, and he was very accommodating with all of my requests. I had an estimate by the end of the day, and we were able to schedule the job for that same weekend. We had a substantial job to do, including trimming of: two giant palm trees, one large walnut tree, and a large bird of paradise. We also needed to completely remove the ficus tree, as well as a variety of old bushes and vegetation. Finally, we needed to large amounts of bark chips and gravel from planters. Gabriels crew arrived on time and were able to start working immediately. The job was completely finished in 2.5 days, and the crew never stopped working. Each day, either Gabriel or John checked in with me and their crew to make sure everyones needs were being met and that the work was being completed as expected. Had I needed to change the plans, they would have been there to help with that (but we never had to). The guys made sure to clean up everything after each days work was finished, and they left the property in great shape for us to start the next phase of our landscaping (the fun part - planting and beautifying). I was very impressed with Gabriels during every step of the process - from inquiry, to consultation, and all the way through execution and completion. These guys know what theyre doing, they definitely dont mess around, and they take pride in doing their work well. I would recommend Gabriels company to anyone looking for tree trimming and removal services.
