George, my lawnStarter, partner and his crew ,did the most brilliantly beautiful job restoring my backyard today. Now my mom, who id 89 years old, can go out and take care of the flowers that she loves so much. I can never thank them enough for their professionalism. They were highly efficient and very respectful of my property. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Thank you for giving me back my back yard

Some of the workers are not as good as others. You have to let the company know when a worker does not follow through with the job. Now I have a new guy and he seems to be very capable. We'll see how it goes.

I was denied service because my address has “1/2” with the unit. After requesting why because that did not make sense that’s all they could give me. My address is a single house with a fenced in yard that is visible from the street that they checked out for the quote. Afterwards as the conversation continued I am somehow approved but they were requiring that all of the yards with this address would have to be charged and cut as well. Unable to provide real answers or problem solve the issue at hand.

Used this company once and it was pretty poor business. Not really sure of what i paid for as everything was done in evenly and some areas weren’t mowed at all

Had to make several new appointments myself after nobody showed up or even contacted me multiple times. Yes, I got a high grass cut discount!!! However this is only worth so much if someone actually shows up!! In the meantime my crass continued to grow and became a mess. Super disappointed in Lawn starter

Wow i clicked on every bad option available theres no familiarity to this service they always send a random worker and sometimes its good sometimes most times its bad. Customer service is unresposive ive been trying to cancel for months now. Do not use their call back service they do not call back.

On time, professional, awesome job. I have never seen my yard look so good. The price is better than anyone else's. This whole experience has been positive. I would recommend LawnStarter to anyone.

Called LawnStarter recently because we weren’t able to keep up with the mowing. They sent someone within a few days and he did an awesome job. Pricing is very reasonable. Love the app to manage scheduling and communications. Definitely give LawnStarter a try!
