I called this company today, because I wanted to put some turf on my roof deck. Although, for the job I was doing, it was just not cost effective. However, not only we re they very knowledgeable, they we re also VERY kind. They offered to give me some scraps (like remnants of carpets) that would help me complete my project. It seems hard these days to find people in business that care, unless they will be receiving something ($) in return. This is not the case with US Golf Turf in Culver City. US Family Turf did an amazing job installing state-of-the-art turf and beautiful stepping stones onto a patio area that was covered with tile. They exceeded expectations with their professionalism, responsiveness, craftsmanship, and just how quickly they were able to complete the project. Because the patio ground was not perfectly level, there would have been an issue with the depth for certain sections of the turf. Fortunately, the team came up with a creative solution to resolve the issue, and I was not charged extra for the additional material that they had to purchase. I could not be happier with the finished product and am so glad that they were my first call.

I did my homework before meeting with four companies. All were good, but US Family Turf stood out. Paul walked me through the process, took measurements, asked questions, and provided a rendering. As I live in a condo, there is no direct access to my backyard where the turf was to be installed except through my house. The two owners made a follow-up visit to insure the job would be done properly and discuss logistics. On the day of the installation, the crew showed up on time and worked far beyond quitting time to complete the job. They were professional and courteous. I am pleased with the job and even received a follow-up call from the owner to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. These guys are GREAT! I had four turf companies come out to quote the project. While US Family Turf wasnt the lowest, their price was very competitive but thats not what sold me... I was after quality and not really looking for the lowest bidder. Paul, who arrived on time and was very polite, took a few minutes to measure the yard and then did a presentation via iPad that literally showed their process. The visuals, explanations, helped answer all of my questions and then some. Compared to the other companies who quoted, he was the only one to sit down and visually show and describe the whole process. From there, he got me in the schedule just a few days after my initial down payment. So literally in one week, from start to finish, I have over 800 sq ft of new turf. The installation crew came on time, did a very thorough job over 2.5 days, and were all very friendly and hard workers. In fact, these guys worked a really long day the second day to be sure it was all buttoned-up for final review the following morning. And after it was done, the project manager, Javier, walked me through the three areas multiple times to be sure I couldnt find any issues - and of course if there were, they would have been fixed on the spot. From start to finish, this company made the project EASY. The communication, quality of service and product, were all top-class and thats something you dont often see, especially in the outdoor/construction space (this is speaking from experience). I am highly recommending any of my friends and family to this company - youll be very happy with a competitive price, great service and an epic finished product. Thanks guys!

US family turf was very quick and professional with the installation. Everything was American made. Pre-Sale/Prep: I was super nervous about spending money on the turf and installation. Unfortunately I had to turn my upper backyards future around. Every year I have to fight weeds, chest high foliage or get a $1500.00 fine from the fire department due to my sloping backyard. It also looked terrible. When I first met with their rep Paul it was pouring rain and he stayed in my backyard for 20-30 minutes doing the measurements and casting his awesome spell or something...in the rain! He gave me a quote that wasnt the cheapest but definitely wasnt the most expensive. I loved the fact that he didnt create any high sales pressure (although he did make me a same day offer that was good but not so drastically reduced that it made you wonder) and was super realistic about what I could do in the backyard. He sounded like he knew what he was doing and mentioned to me that their company has only been around less than 5 years. I decided to pull the trigger. Here is why: (1) Pauls Grit. The dude seriously stayed out in the rain. Did I say POURING rain? Lol Even after I gave him the measurements someone had just left me the day before he insisted on doing his own. His measurements were even less. jeez. Honest and tenacious. (2) price was just about right. I go by the creed when you hire a contractor never go with the most or the least. (3) The turf(s) presented were presented to me in simple laymen terms and I wasnt overwhelmed with technical goodgly goo that a desk jockey like myself wouldnt truly understand and he summarized that the turf was high quality and could easily handle my dogs presents. [Rottweiler, Lab and their Mini Dachshund boss...Gus Gus]. I was ready to go and I signed my John Hancock. So the first thing I want to mention that impressed me was that the owner, Peter, actually drove out to my site to introduce himself and I believe he and American Turf are on the westside (can you say 1.5 hour morning traffic laden drive to Whittier). Just to introduce himself to me. Within a week these guys were at my house (about 5-6 came) and totally wore matching t-shirts and worked their butts off. They got it all done in 3 days. 3 Days! Quite honestly I wasnt sure with all the rain but b/c they worked their butts off and they were able to time the work just right (I like the organization) I dont think they even hit a drop of rain. Btw. while they worked they were super courteous and respectful about noise and my neighbors. Results: Once it was done. Forget about it!!! Completely changed the decor and feeling of my backyard. I actually want to be back there now. I was out there yesterday in the pouring rain throwing the ball around and I had to scold my princess Rottweiler and she decided to go hang out and do her time on the new turf! lol (see pic) Obviously the dogs love it and im sure my neighbors love it! Best backyard move ever. Im super proud of it. Btw. I literally got these guys off Facebook! I have no relation or affiliation with them. Since I have a business myself I really appreciate a good, honest and hard working company! I make it a point to give praise where it is deserved. Definitely deserved here! If you are on the fence about turf dont be. Go with American Turf!!

We have been looking to turn our yard into a great place for our dog. We were sick and tired of having mud tracked into the house. We met with multiple artificial turf companies. However, they were either ridiculously priced or not professional at all. US family turf was professional from the start with many before and after photos to see for ourselves. They helped us pick a design we liked and was perfect for our space. It was important that it was safe for our dogs as well. They used a special infill to fight against bacteria and stay a little bit cooler in the summer months. The installation of the turf was smooth, and it now looks amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting fake grass for dogs in their backyard.

It took me years to finally install artificial turf because I can never find turf I liked that felt natural and looked good. I went through many turf company and decided to go with US Family Turf for the following reasons: 1. Professional - prompt response 2. Clear expectations - estimation and workers were on time. 3. Final walk through to ensure quality control My only wish was I should of done this sooner! Now I ensure that all the square footage I pay for is being used! The turf was american made and that was really important to us they also installed correct recommended way. I looked online with all the reviews and checked on YouTube and they have a whole bunch of videos on how to install turf and I knew these guys Would Actually stand by what they said. The installation was lightning fast only went for a couple of days.. We had a very small issue with a tree needing to get water and they even installed a irrigation line for free. On the final walk through I wanted a small change with one of the edges and they happily came back and completely changed it. I definitely recommend these guys.

From start to finish, this company has been responsive, professional, and super easy to work with. We have a relatively small side/backyard that was all gravel, but our growing family needed some safer alternatives for our daughter to enjoy. It only took 2 visits for the workers to clean up the dirt and debris and install a beautiful roll of turf. We even had a few paving stones re-used in our new yardscape and I couldnt be happier. There was some grading concerns that were addressed, and were hoping that it doesnt become an issue during the rainy season. Its been a couple weeks since install and needless to say, weve already had outdoor dinners and weekend chillouts on the turf.

Very happy with the outcome. Photos below of during and almost complete project (had to clear out dead real grass and install artificial turf). Took less than one day with three people working. We met with a sales representative for about an hour, who answered our questions and gave much needed information about the process and product. Two weeks later we had them scheduled for the installation. Price wise, their quote was similar to three others wed received, including a charge for difficult entrance to our small backyard. We liked the quality of the turf as well as the warranty coverage. So far the artificial turf hasnt gotten too hot and feels great on bare feet. What was very impressive was their follow up process of conducting a final walk through to make sure we were satisfied with our job before making our final payment. Peter and Javier our installation manager came back out to walk the property and job site and remedy some of the parts that needed attention. We are thrilled with the transformation of our dog run! This particular area of our yard was always patchy with lots of dirt and very little grass. In the rainy season we were left with puddles of mud. US Family Turf leveled the whole area and were able to install one long, continuous piece of beautiful turf. Our dogs love running on it and now were not dreading the rainy season. Definitely would recommend working with Paul. He was very responsive and thoroughly explained all of our options.

The way he showed the pricing and quote was very transparent. After we scheduled the day for installation, their workers were speedy!! And clean!! Javier, who is supervising/project manager, was very engaging, and helpful!! He listens and is easy to work with. My husband and I are pleased and very proud of what we ve done (and they did for us). Its all dog friendly, and our children love it too. it was a fast install, and they did everything they promised. I highly recommend them!!

I had a phenomenal experience with the team at US family turf. It was my first time trying artificial turf and at first I was a bit skeptical about it. I was worried that it would smell and be hard to maintain especially with a dog but the team at US family turf thoroughly answered all my questions and calmed my fears. Ive had my turf now for a couple of months and my family and I love it. Its always clean and super easy to maintain. Ive saved so much on water, not needing to use an irrigation system.
