They mow my neighbors yard and they have ran into my fence gate and broke it, ran over my fresh concrete after it was poured (they paid for those repairs) last fall the continued blowing all the grass rocks and wood chips at my house so I had to repaint and replace a window screen. Today they blew everything at my house again and when I spoke with the workers they said "their mechanic will not repair the chutes on the mowers" If you respect your neighbors or care about your house do not hire these folks. My neighbor does not care about the damage mike anderson is causing
The owner Mike is very rude when speaking with my mother on the phone who is an elderly. He doesn’t know what having great customer services stands for and it’s very unacceptable mind you they are being paid for their service. On the other hand the guys that comes out are very respectful and is accommodating to how someone request how they want their yard to be. I give it a two start because the owner is not very nice but the service is good.
Anderson Lawn does a great job at tackling my spring and fall clean ups. Very thorough and quick service. Also have snow removal service with them. Excellent service. Recommend them.
They have taken care of my snow needs for the last two years. Love their services. They are efficient and detailed in their removal. If by chance the city plow comes by after them, they will stop back and get that taken care of as well. Great Company to work with
Three years of snow plowing has been reliable. Reasonable annual rate paid in two installments. One landscaping job, rolling out erosion barrier and spreading seed I provided: three guys, 75 minutes, $400. Not so reasonable. No response to requests to discuss the charge. Not at all what was quoted.
Highly recommended! True professionals that can be trusted in doing regular maintenance as well as landscaping projects. They have redone our backyard, a decent size, with sod and it is beautiful to say the least. They have exceeded out expectations. Their work is clearly of good quality and value. Well done Anderson! Have been with them for years. My driveway is clear of snow by the time I leave for work every time the snowfall amount allows for clearing! I pay to have my sidewalk and front step cleared as well and they do a great job shoveling through to make it to the front door. Grass is cut and kept neat all season long as well. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for an amazing value and care-free lawn care.
We have used this service for several years, this year, especially, they have been disappointing. They would plow the driveway, but not shovel the sidewalks, leaving it uneven, icy and unsafe. Other times, they would leave the job half done, shoveling some walks and not others. I understand when it snows they are very busy and it can be demanding, but this is their job, and it is very unprofessional to leave a site half done. As for lawn service, they are fine, sometimes leaving the grass un-mowed for longer than we would like, but cutting grass is fairly straightforward. We will look into other options.
I called them because I couldnt mow due to surgery. They came out and did a beautiful job. They also plow my driveway in the winter.
Went above what I asked for. Highly recommend.

This company removed snow from my neighbors driveway and pushed the snow in front of my property on the street saying the city will remove it - with no regards to the fact that we have a handicap sign in front of our house.
Appreciate all they did for our birthday celebration
Theyll move your leaves to the neighbors yard, if you pay them for their leaf pick-up service.

I almost never do Google Reviews. Mike and his people are so responsive and good at what they do, I was motivated to do my (probably 3rd) Google Review ever. Companies that answer the phone, return calls, communicate and do great work are REALLY hard to come by these days. Anderson does all of those things very well.

They do a great job plowing my driveway. I cant have them mow my lawn, because they have the wide lawn mowers and I have the standard gates.
Anderson Lawn was a no-show lawn bid today. I guess its good to be too busy for new business, but then dont waste your money on advertising in the paper and then making appointments you dont intend to keep.

I called mike this morning to tell him how we are so happy with his plowing service. So careful, thorough and on time...we ve had Mikes lawn service for five years now and are so glad we chose him to do our winter driveway work, too.
A young man showed up unannounced. Walked around yard without letting me know he was there. Opened gate to back yard without permission and walked around. What if the dogs had been out in the yard? After he had looked our yard over, then he knocked and let me know he was there. He then handed me an estimate. Very unprofessional. Why didn t he let me know he was there immediately? Incredibly rude to handle the estimate this way.
As I was heading on 55 West branches and sticks were flying out of their trailer hitting multiple cars including mine. The driver seemed aware of what was going on and not stopping to fix the problem...
Poor, poor service. From the top on down it seems no one has pride in workmanship. They constantly cut to close the fences, ornaments and fixtures, leaving a message and broken objects in their wake. No apologies and no responsibility. If a yard is to small, dont force it with the big machines. The men running the machines constantly cut the corner to close when turning. My parents have used the service for a few years and I really dont know why. On no less then 3 separate occasions they have totally ruined a grill, 2 lamps and a flagpole. Find someone else for your lawn care.

I sent in an appraisal request on a Friday, got an email the following Monday that rhey would stop by to look and give a quite (which sounded great up front), I just moved away from Minneapolis so he said he would email me the quote for landscaping needed that Monday, I gave him through Thursday for a quote (benefit of the doubt), today is Friday and I have emailed 2 times and left 2 voicemails with no response. Waist of 1 week for me and not professional. Just do what you say you are going to do. If you dont want the business let me know. Unprofessional, and I wouldnt trust his work.
