Service rep couldn't turn the system on all he did was get me to sign the extra charges. Then informed me that it would be two weeks until anyone would come out. He said that I was being a prick to him and I replied that he had the wrong attitude and he said that nobody comments on his attitude and he needed to leave before… this was not Massey's finest hour. The reason for the second star I is someone will be able to get here tomorrow.
Massey Inspector, Joshua Phillips, came to our home on Friday, 11.15.2024, as scheduled, for our free annual irrigation check-up. He was prompt, polite and educational with me, taking time to run our entire system and walk around our whole yard. Great follow-up, too, to see if we wanted to add irrigation services to our existing yard plan with Massey. Thank you, Joshua!
If I could give zero stars I would. We stupidly prepaid for the year for irrigation and lawn care. It’s been 4 months and still no one has come out to help us with our sprinkler system. I have called 5 times and set up 4 different appointments with them and they have done a no call no show on every appointment. I will say the only time we did see them was when the entire town had the reclaimed water off and they swooped in to say they can’t do anything, and then left, to have never been seen again. We have called to try and cancel and get a full refund but they just say the manager will call us back. They never have. I called again today and they said the manager will call me back-that was 2 hours ago. I won’t hold my breath. I did fill out their form online for the “free estimate” just for shits and giggles, and guess what! They called back within the hour! So, they don’t care about you once you pay, but they’ll bend over backwards to get a hold of you to start an account. Don’t waste your time, your energy or your patience on them. I wish someone would have warned us.
Colter from Massey services our apartment complex (Golf Brook Apartments in Longwood), and our residents love him! He does a excellent, thorough job and is always friendly and helpful when a resident or a member of our staff has a question. He goes the extra mile and has been vital in keeping our property as pest-free as possible. We appreciate all the hard work he has done!
I don’t leave reviews often but Joshua Phillips was great. He was super friendly, professional, and informative. He genuinely listened & answered my questions. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Massey.
I have cancelled Massey Landscape and Irrigation Services. They have ruined our lawn due to their lack of competence. Their customer service is terrible. Every time I called to address the existing problems, I was given excuses and delays. After many tries I finally got a General Manager to come out and evaluate the poor quality of the lawn. He said he felt really bad, admitting that the lawn was in terrible shape. He made several promises and never followed through with any of them. Their irrigation service was even worse and a major contributor to the poor condition of the lawn. The reps that came out, never checked on the watering schedule and didn't seem to have a clue what was needed or how the system was running. We sent a cancellation message and indicated all of our problem to their Wecare@MasseyServices and their HQ. We received an immediate automated message that someone would get in touch with us, that they were truly sorry, and that they would like to work things out. We never heard back from anyone at Massey. Obviously We Care does not care.
Massey services sent out Jose to take care of my lawn. He consistently delivers excellent work and is highly knowledgeable in landscaping maintenance. He is proactive, detail-oriented, and communicates clearly, ensuring the job is completed to a high standard. His positive attitude and patience make him enjoyable professional experience. I highly recommend him for landscaping needs.
Jose is great! So knowledgeable and always stops to answer questions. I had my girlfriend’s house switch to Massey because of the excellent service Jose provided. 5 stars all day!

Our tech, Colter Thomas is so nice. He s very timely, friendly, and overall a great tech.
Multiple times now they have not shown up this month for my scheduled bi-monthly lawn services. My grass is starting to struggle. No communication to tell me what is going on either. Called last week and got scheduled again for 2 days ago still nothing. My lawn is important to me and I ll be looking to take my business elsewhere if this isn t addressed. I ll update if this gets rectified.

I have been a customer of massey for 3 yrs after purchasing my home and continuing to ise the massey servcice as the lawn looked really good when i purchased. My tech jose llanes jas been outstanding always calls to make sure dogs are in reccommemds what i need to do keep lawn maintained amd a very friendly all around good person, shows up in time and when im not home my cameras always show him workkng hard i highly recccomemd him
I am delighted with my tech Chris and the landscape service he provides. My lawn is improving and the weeds and bugs are getting under control. I m looking forward to a healthy and beautiful lawn.

We ve lived in the Golf Brook community for 11 years. I m bug-phobic so we almost always have Massey at the beginning of each month. We have a new technician, Colter, and we are pleased as never before. Because of oak trees and close landscaping, we have to be diligent in order to be pest free. Colter is pleasant, friendly, fast and thorough. Please let his supervisor know how happy we are. Please also let Colter know we wrote a commendation because we both feel so protected by Massey and Colter s services Richard and Scarlett Griffin .

Our service guy Chris is great! I have had a couple of companies but Massey has great customer service and my loan looks good.
Chris is an excellent work. He greets me with a smile and is a gracious, courteous and respectful young man.
Unbelievable service. My side yard was covered in dollar weed and our service technician, Chris, got rid of it entirely. Chris is a great representative for Massey. He is able to answer any questions I have had. Great service. Fantastic investment for my yard.

Great service as always
Massey has more excuses than any other company I know. We have had them out here numerous times. We have a full contract with them to provide lawn care service. We have had weeds, crabgrass, mushrooms, fungus, chinch bugs. Massey is NOT on top of ANYTHING. Additionally we have had supervisors out here and nothing is EVER resolved. Spent over 1,000 to have brand new sod laid in a worn out area. Within 6 months after numerous phone calls Massey just shrugs and says they cant do anything to control issues.
First service call performed, arrived as promised, results unknown at present time
Jose Llanes has done my yard for years. I continue to be very satisfied. I have had all of the other companies at some point. Massey does the best job.

I am happy with the service and the work being by Massey. Jose Llanes is very respectful of my time and property. Often giving me a heads up of when he is coming and the service that will be done. The invoice that Jose leaves is detailed.
My experience with Massey services has been very good so far. The tech that comes to my house, Chris, has been very attentive and responsive to my needs.
