I found Quik Care through a Google search and was drawn by the amount of 5 Star reviews they have. They did not disappoint! From the detail of the initial visit, quote, execution of the agreement, scheduling the job, confirming my readiness and ensuring all is ready for the date planned, and more. So yesterday, a team of 5 men showed up at 8am sharp (as planned). Professional, detailed, and hard working on all levels. An added 2 men came to handle the irrigation repairs needed. They prepped the job, reviewed with me, set the plants in place prior to assure they had all correct, installed and had me review the completed work and I could not be more pleased. We actually made a few changes from mulch to rock in the front landscaping bed and they accommodated my requests with no challenge at all. They were able to have 2 tons of the rock I desire delivered and installed. All irrigation was checked and double checked and the lead man Wayne Jr, met with me to discuss the watering needs for the next few months. This was a great experience. We had our septic tank system replaced (fun!... not), which was a multi-month process that culminated in needing a new irrigation system and sod. I did extensive research online to find the best sod and irrigation company. I scoured Facebook groups, Yelp, Google Reviews, etc. In my research, I found that Quik Care rose above the competition not just because they had the best reviews, but because they actually *responded* to the rare negative review, seemingly trying to rectify any issues. That was the deciding factor. And, boy, am I glad we went with them. Quik Care was very communicative from the get-go. They gave me multiple estimates for various types of grass installations, including with and without irrigation repair/replacement, which helped me and my partner look at the big picture and decide the best option for us. Their prices were fair, too. And, trust me, I went to dozens of companies and priced each one out. While some may have been cheaper, I didnt get the sense they knew what they were talking about, the way the team at Quik Care did. Once we approved the estimate and set the date, the Quik Care team continued to communicate timelines and expectations regularly. They were able to install an entire irrigation system and new sod in one day. The team who did the install were great: very friendly, and answered any questions I had. They even came out over the next couple weeks to check on the grass and address any concerns. Now, we have a lush, gorgeous front lawn that makes us proud homeowners, especially after several years of having a patchy, dirt-covered lawn. Its our intent to go with Quik Care when we have sod installed in our backyard. To sum it up, go ahead and stop your search and choose Quik Care. Like us, youll be glad you did.

These guys were professional, on time and accurate with their assessment of the amount of sod necessary for my lawn. There was good communication and good follow-up after laying the sod. They laid down good quality sod - green when they laid it and green after a month. Would use them again.

As a way of introduction I am a licensed landscape architect in Florida. I have been practicing for the last 34 years in South Florida and the Caribbean. Bought a house in Winter Park back in 2019. Started looking for some landscape contractors to implement my design. I was not familiar with the industry network in Central Florida. Met a couple of contractors and they did not meet my standards...I am my worst client!!!. After meeting with David I did feel confident to move forward with his company. I have worked with a lot of contractors thru my career and Quik Services went beyond and above my expectations. The work was done in a day and transformed the area to a very fresh, stylish area which I am so proud of. No longer looking dead and unkempt. David and the Quik Care team did a wonderful job fixing the rock borders of my house. They removed the old rocks and artificial turf, graded and sprayed the ground, and added new rocks. They work fast and cleaned up everything when done! It looks beautiful! Thank you David, the Office team, and the landscapers! I would recommend them to everyone!

Quick Care Services performed a landscape cleanup for me yesterday. This was the second time I have used their services as in 2019 I had them landscape the area around my pool. That included a retaining wall, lots of filling in and planting of shrubs etc. It still looks fine. This time I had them trim several trees, shrubs and hedges, including my very large Canary Island palm. It all looks great. It took a half day and filled their trailer with debris. The crew did a wonderful job and cleaned up all the mess leaving my yard looking so much better. I will definitely use their services again as the need arises.

Quik Care created a complete renovation for our yard and we couldnt be happier with the result! From the yard design created by David to the implementation of it by the amazing crew, the job was a big one, but they were amazing. We love our new yard!! Totally unprofessional company. Had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment for an estimate. 7 hours after the estimate appointment was conduct, I get a call from a receptionist (not the person doing the estimate who said he would send me a proposal in an email in a few days ), stating my project would not be a good fit....no explanation why. When pressed, I was told some half cooked tale about about something that didnt matter to my project. I received ZERO estimate for the project. If this is how your customer service is, I will happily take my business elsewhere.

Contracted Quik Care Services Inc to re-sod 7000+ sq ft of bahia with empire zoysia. David and Elizabeth were exceptionally responsive and knowledgeable from quote all the way through the post-install follow-ups. Wayne Jr. and his crew did a phenomenal job grading and installing 19 pallets of empire zoysia and Im happy to say that 3 weeks later, its looking better than I had imagined. Their cleanup really is as good as the reviewers say. Were very pleased with the results and the entire experience. Highly recommend!

That being said , the crew arrived on time , verified the work to be done and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Quick Care did an excellent job installing a fresh landscape to our front and back yard. We werent sure just what we wanted we just knew the shrubs and flower beds had become unsightly. The man came out and provided a complete workup with several ideas based on our lot and home size. The crew showed up on time and when I came home that day I almost drove past the house not recognizing it.... They did a wonderful job with no mess left behind (very important to the wife).... We plan to use them on our next home.
