Workers were great, however, bids seem highly inflated. Communication was seriously lacking. I asked for several itemized options, and while, I understand this can be annoying, I had a specific budget. I would have been able to pay around 4k for a retaining wall around a small portion of the firepit they installed, but, I think because Id turned down their quote of over 10k for a 50 foot retaining wall - they never even answered a text about a smaller one around the pit. Not impressed. In response to the business response below - no the last quote for a smaller retaining wall went underanswered. I was given a quote for 50 feet of retaining wall and an estimate of over 10k, then asked for just a smaller one around the firepit. Contrary to what you said, the request for a smaller retaining wall quote went ignored. This wall likely would have been in the realm of my affordability, but again the text to the site manager went unanswered. I was instructed by your worker to speak with the main site manager if I wanted anything else done, and thats what I did. She mentioned to do this to save costs on bringing machinery out. In regards to being accused of indecision on my part. The pit was much deeper than I anticipated and presented new unforeseen issues, such as a side retaining wall. That requires more communication and talks about retaining walls. And again, I was then quoted only an option for a 50 foot retaining wall, but a smaller one around the pit - that quote request went ignored. Im guessing, and it seems its accurate by what you wrote, you assumed a smaller one wasnt in my budget. Personally, Id just recommend a clearer picture and grasp on what people are asking for when you come out. It really didnt seem like what I was looking for was understood or that I was even being fully listened to. Also, doing buisiness with a landscaping company, Id expected someone to present some sort of idea options other than bark, but things thrown at me were very basic. And, Im sorry - but B and B, you did not know my budget. The 50 foot option presented was turned down, but AGAIN, a smaller retaining wall request quote went ignored. My budget was in the 4 to 5k range for that, but no one even answered the text. And indecision on my part? Again, youre workers recommended I contact you the actual days they were there working to ask about any other work they could possibly do and quotes. Of course there is indecision when quotes for retaining walls given to you that day were over 10k. The exceptionally high price was why I wanted to discuss the smaller retaining wall around the pit, yet got no response to that. We never talked about how much I could afford if I couldnt do 10k. Another sidenote - youre stating that your net gain didnt include emails and texts regarding quotes. Wow. When workers tell me to contact you and they are waiting on what we are going to agree to do because they had a window to do more with machinery there - how else was I supposed to contact you? You may not appreciate an honest review, but gashlighting your customers is distasteful

I was extremely satisfied on the bid price and job done. She had me walk around and look at everything to it was what I asked for. It just too bad it was a bid and I dont live in their regional upkeep program.

Once work began, the workers were very professional, were courteous, and made good suggestions. Many thanks to all that worked on the project. Looking forward to future project with this group.

B&B were fantastic, I am going to ask for a bid for another project. They tied in a new wall from the existing, as shown on the picture. Was done very well.

I wont call anyone else, they are prompt, professional, courteous and whatever project I have the work has exceeded my expectations. From simple yard and grass overhauls to repair and maintenance, they get the job done at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend them at all, and will be using them in the future for upcoming projects.

This Company is awesome! Brian gave me the bid, I was happy, they started within 3 weeks. They built a 50+ foot long by 48 tall concrete block wall. Cassia and Emma did the work with an excavator and another machine and did a fantastic job! I couldnt be happier. They cleaned up everything and even put down soil and reseeded where the machines had messed up the yard. I would recommend them without reservation.

They put in a patio, bench and kitchen area, finished off the back of my garage with blocks, replaced 20 feet of broken concrete driveway next to garage with bricks to match my brick driveway and replaced the driveway/street entrance. They are very responsive to requests and issues and were great to work with. They do beautiful work!

We had B&B build a 130ft long retaining wall to follow the contour of the hill in our backyard. The crew were very hard workers and did a beautiful job. Very happy with the results.

Bryce, Hattie and, and the entire team are great to work with. The deluge of rain hit just as they moved the excavator to the back yard. It was a mud bog. Will is an artist on the excavator, but Mother Nature won that battle. We agreed it was time to stop. Hattie and I set a time for Will to come back once things dried out and it came out great. They tore EVERYTHING out that previous owners planted over the decades and we now have an incredible front yard with native plants and a clean canvas for us to design the backyard. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN!

This place was great. They showed up 5 minutes before scheduled and got the work done! Reasonable prices and great work! They do it all also from a simple edge design to a full artificial turf install, which we had done! These guys know their stuff and do it well! I would recommend this place to start we got other quotes and this place was vastly less expensive and way more professional!

I paid 2300 bucks for them to remove roots/overburden and lay felt/rock next to my driveway. They sent one young gentleman to get the job done. He took multiple chips out of my new concrete drive way and left areas unfinished. They did come back out to cover most of the areas that were agreed upon. Then I noticed grass growing through the rock. I dug down to find no drive way felt. I know some areas have it but this area does not. I send an email yesterday and received no reply. I will not recommend them nor let myself hire them again. They missed out too, because I was going to pay them to do the driveway on the other side of my house.

Working with B&B was fantastic! We are already scheduling our next project with them. The communication was always timely and professional. The work done was above all expectations and the entire project was completed before schedule. Wonderful work done on my yard! Crew showed up on time and ready to go. We reviewed the list of tasks and the crew got to work. Im amazed at how they tranformed my yard! Cleared a ton of ivy, removed some weird bushes including a ginoumous juniper, trimmed a huge laurel hedge, trimmed up trees, the list goes on. Im so impressed and will be using B&B for all my yard work. Ill be having them install a brick flower garden retaining wall soon! B&B Landscaping did a fabulous job installing our new grass in the front of our house and re-seeding the grass in the backyard. They were efficient, responsive and the sod was very good quality. We would highly recommend them!

This is an update a year after my original review. The water pipe under the new patio sprung a leak - not B&Bs fault! - and they came out and dug the pipe out for me so I could get a plumber in to fix the leak. I am so grateful that Ive found an all-around competent contractor who really cares about their customers. My following old review still stands - I will call B&B when I need a service they provide. I could not be more enthusiastic about B and B. I needed some serious landscape projects done, including a retaining wall, an expanded driveway, a new sidewalk and patio... a lot. B and B did it all, did it right and at a very reasonable price. I loved working with all of the people at B and B. They know what they are doing, take pride in their work and are just generally pleasant to work with. I have other projects going with them now and will use them in the future.

I am so glad I found B&B Landscaping Services to help me with my lawn care needs. They are very responsive to my questions and concerns. Their crew is amazing! They leave my yard looking so nice! Bryce is always willing to give advice, come up with exterior landscaping solutions and lend a hand. The crew is extremely hardworking, very polite, always cleans up and really does beautiful work. Hattie in the office runs a tight ship and keeps this place smooth sailing. Really all around the best. Hardscaping, landscaping, irrigation, cleanup and yard maintenance these guys do it all and they do beautiful work.

Great job, on time and on budget

In my experience this company was very professional, and they were responsive to inquiries. They helped me work through the details of my project, were friendly and timely in performing the project as discussed. Would definitely recommend them or hire them again. Our project was leveling a garden area and installing raised beds.

Spent over $1000 dollars I wish I could get back for this company to get the yard into shape for regular maintenance. They never completed the original contract and never showed up for the regular maintenance except for once where they mowed maybe 1/3 of the yard and then disappeared. They then sent a bill for $600 which I refused to pay. Also, their crew couldnt follow simple instructions such as remove the ivy and ended up killing the vinca ground cover instead. I also pointed out a blackberry bush needing to be removed no less than three times to their crew.....its no longer there because I took care of it myself. I found a piece of roofing in the yard they didnt bother to pick up and had just mowed over it. Due to their complete negligence and poor customer service, my property looks worse than before they were hired. In short I fired them for incompetence, not fulfilling their contract, and poor performance. I dont recommend their services.

Everyone from B&B Landscaping was helpful and professional and really went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the result. They completely rebuilt my garden area, first cleaning and hauling off all the old, rotting wooden beds. Then they graded and graveled the area and built nine concrete block beds, complete with integrated irrigation. They also met their time commitment, despite having to work in some of the heaviest rains weve had in years. I will definitely be asking B&B to take on some other large projects I have in mind. But large jobs or small, I recommend them very highly.

After a year of trying to get bids on my driveway expansion project, I called B&B Landscaping. They were quick to respond and came over within a few days to take measurements and give me an estimate. The work they did was excellent! Very professional job and everyone that came out to work was friendly. I will definitely be calling them again for future projects.

Worker was on time and very professional, asked several times if how she trimmed my laurel was what I wanted.

My neighbor and I share stairs leading up to our property. The stairs were 15 years old and were made of lumber and rock which began to seperate. B & B came out gave us a very competitive bid and we selected them to come out and repair our stairs as well as some work (hillside stair repair and french drain installation) on my property. The result of all of the work was magnificient. The stairs and upper area (paved) was beautiful. The french drain and stair repair were also magnificient. Overall the work and price was reasonable. The crew was very professional and always responsive and on time. Anytime they were going to be late we were told. Overall the work was outstanding and the business side were easy to work with always answering questions and being very patient with our questions. I intend to use them again for another project and I would recommend them to anyone. October 10 (New) Outstanding work for the value. I have had B&B Landscaping come out twice to work on my property and have been totally satisfied with the work they do and the time it takes them to complete the projects. Ive had them build new steps, rebuild rock retainer wall, and exend the patio with pavers. Would recommend them to anyone.

We contracted with B&B to cover our concrete patio with Thin-Line pavers, and to make garden pathways around our house and yard. They are little more than halfway done and I am leaving this review! THAT is how good they are. Sam and Chris are simply amazing; their attention to detail, ability to adapt to unforeseen obstacles, and their craftsmanship are simply unparalleled. So even though the work is not yet completed I am more than comfortable leaving a 5-Star review. Maybe when they are done I will find a way of increasing it to six... If you are looking for this type of work, stop looking. You have found your contractor.

I recently contacted B&B Landscaping to give me a bid on a small gravel driveway for my daughter s home. I reached out to B&B via their website and a received response from Hattie, the office manager, the next morning. I explained the project and B&B had a quote back to me the next day. After reviewing the quote, we accepted the quote and 5 business days later they were on site doing the work. I had been impressed with B&B s response and communications up to this point. The crew of Will and Vaughn continued to impress. They showed up to do the work on time and ready to go get the project done. The B&B crew was fast, thorough and did the job correctly. They stopped multiple times and tamped the driveway, so it was solid. They even filed a large pothole in the road that was at the front of the driveway. That pothole was not their responsibility or even part of the bid, but they did it anyway. You could tell that Will and Vaughn knew what they were doing and how to do it right. While the job was going on, a neighbor came over and asked for some of the spoils. The B&B crew said no problem and provided the neighbor with a couple of bucket loads just where they wanted it. Then they cleaned up rest of the spoils and made the area look nice. I am so impressed with the crew and everyone that I have interacted with at B&B Landscaping, they will be my first call on any future projects.
