With his help and that of his crew, we were able to install the new plant and move the spirea a few feet away! Did a great job of making our front lawn look alive and uniform. Also installed a drain pipe in our backyard and they did a great job of installing it and putting back our gravel path so you couldn t tell it had been dug up. Great attention to detail.

We hired Wards to do some tree removal and irrigation ditch mowing/clean up on a property we recently purchased. They were prompt and did a great job on everything we asked them to do. Will definitely use them again!

Wards Lawn Service replaced a large back yard native grass (really weeds) area with river rock. At the same time, they added a new drip line to that area for two new trees and six flowering shrubs that were installed as part of the project. I am very pleased with the quality of the work. They detached some 1x2 wire fencing inside my 3-rail fence and replaced it carefully, even filling in previous screw holes with caulk. The crew was polite and pleasant to converse with. Final cleanup demonstrated the professionalism of their work. Im a pleased customer.

They blew out the sprinklers for winter. The Tech really seemed to enjoy his work. Their truck was clean and appeared well maintained.

Wards provides landscaping maintenance for the common area of our small HOA and snow removal in winter. Their project manager, Dylan Trembley, is very responsive and easy to work with even though we are a small client for them. Overall our experience has been excellent.

Wards Lawn service maintains the landscaping for our HOA. They have given us excellent service and are very attentive to any questions or request the HOA has when a landscaping issue occurs. The crews are courteous and hardworking.

Wards has serviced our HOA property for at least 10 years. They continue to help maintain the HOA property to always look good. This year we have had a number of issues with our irrigation system and they have been very responsive and helpful in getting our system up and running. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Last October Nic from Ward s designed a replacement irrigation system for our 40 year old system which, after numerous reworks, simply did not work well any more. His crew completed the work in a timely, professional manner, and the system was demonstrated to work well. We were very happy. I hired ward s to shut down the system for the winter. Shortly after they turned on the system in the spring we noticed a lack of wAter pressure to the system. To make a long story short, after numerous visits and interventions by Ward s, the city and my plumber, the problem was finally put down to at least one faulty valve in my crawlspace. The city and my plumber replaced plumbing to and in my crawlspace. Everything works great now, and while none of this was due to problems in the irrigation system itself, Nic and Juan made half a dozen trips here to help try to identify the problem. We are so grateful that they hung in with us during this long, convoluted process, finally doing a thorough check to determine that the system was again working properly. Thank you so much guys. We love the new system.

I recently had a troublesome issue with a leaky backflow preventer valve and a severe hammering when the sprinklers finished cycling. I am so glad I called Ward s. It was the first time I used them and they will be my go-to from here on out. Terrific customer service and Mike, the technician, was absolutely amazing at troubleshooting and fixing the problem. Highly recommend their service!

Ive used Wards for various things over the years but mostly sprinkler blowouts. I just really like the customer service, they are super friendly every time I call, very accommodating if I have scheduling issues, and then the service people who come out are always super nice and willing to answer the millions of questions I ask because Im a first time home owner and want to learn as much as I can. There are many customer service elements that Wards goes above and beyond with that many other companies have allowed to fall to the wayside over the years.

I have known the quality of Wards for a number of years as they managed and maintained the large gated development I reside in. However, new residents, several years ago, sadly opted to change them. When I recently required help for a number of issues on my property, and recalling the incredible high quality of their employees and equipment, I hired them. They installed a rather complex pathway design, the length of the side of my house, and it was a work of art when they completed it. Subsequently, I required additional help on my fall clean-up, and I contacted them again. Their crews are personal, arrive promptly and do an absolutely wonderful job. Good workers that people in the upper age bracket require are hard to find. But Wards is at hand and fortunately, for all landscaping needs large or small, they are available. You might have to wait a bit as they work through their schedules but it is well worth it. As I do not know the names of all the men employed, I know Nic Queen is their manager and he is amazing to work with. He reflects the quality of the business office and is as good as his word. (As a side note, I rarely have time for extensive reviews but this company deserved my applause.)

Extremely rude people! While parked at a stop light in Boulder, Wards Lawn Service caused damage to my cars windshield by kicking up a rock from the roadside where they were working. After giving them a couple opportunities to make this right by calling them on the phone, a simple matter really as all I wanted was for them to send a mobile repair service to my house to fix the star in my windshield, I ended the conversation in frustration knowing they were going to be rude to me every opportunity they had. Cheryl, the manager, was extremely rude on all three phone calls, including a threat to review my business poorly. By the way I was treated Im sure Im not an isolated example of how they treat people. Cheryl seemed to have the bullying technique down, read other reviews and you will see more. The issue is not the small expense to repair the windshield, the issue is the rudeness with which I was treated every time I talked with them.

Wards Lawn Service, Inc just completed a landscape redesign for the St. Vrain Sanitation District. The staff was great to work with and all our Xeric plant species requests were taken care of and planting instructions were followed perfectly. I highly recommend Wards staff for assisting with any type of landscape project. The District will be conserving water for years to come with our landscape re-design.

We had Wards Lawn Service landscape our toddler playground at Gateway Montessori School. They did an excellent job, followed the schedule we agreed on exactly and never left a mess. They were easy to work with and on several occasions went above and beyond what they had to do. The sod they planted really took off, I have never seen new sod look so nice! I highly recommend working with them.

We had a Spring Clean Up done at our home. The crew from Wards showed up on time and did an amazing job! Will add them to my list to call earlier next year to have them come out again. But will also call them in the fall to do a clean up then as well.

This company is extremely unprofessional. We hired them for their snow removal service this last winter and we were over charged, lied to, and there is damage to our property that has still not been fixed. One of their drivers backed into our awning of the building and also ran over one of our trees and snapped it. They tried to charge us over $900 for a parking lot and some sidewalks that would normally take one truck and one person manually shoveling less than an hour. Then they had the audacity to attempt to charge our company for 3 extra hours of work while their truck was parked in our parking lot and no work had even been done yet!

We have been using Wards Lawn Service for many years and have always done a great job, on time.

I was satisfied with the lawn and spring clean-up services, but couldnt tolerate the annual price increases... more than a 10% increase every year. After several seasons, I had to find a service that was more affordable.

Wards has taken care of our old, outdated irrigation system for years, but we have recently had them redesign and install a new system. They were on time, no surprises on the bid and we love the new system which gives us total coverage. We love Wards!

The two men from Wards did an excellent job completing the work I needed done. They worked swiftly and did an excellent job! They were very courteous even when my neighbor came over and emphatically encouraged them not to harm one blade of his grass.

In general I would say I am happy with the service, been a customer for a few years now. I do see some weeds (small amount) sometimes in the border areas or along edge of walk, so a little more attention to detail on perimeter of yard would help. I walk my yard periodically looking for stuff I dont want growing in the grass.

This place used to be great and I scheduled my back flow service with them every year. Then they hired some idiot named Jamie to do scheduling and shes the most repulsive, disagreeable person on the planet. I called 3x and she refused to schedule the back flow appointment saying I didnt need it. No matter how many times I explained to her that I had back flow equipment and received a letter from the city every year and that Wards had been out every year for the last 4, she refused to believe me. She wanted me to go to Kinkos and scan her a copy of the letter or photograph it and send it to her. A real whack job. Its a shame theyve hired someone like this to represent their business. I know its hard to find good help these days, but geez. Why hire the people that scream at customers, refuse to let you talk to a manger, and act like the gate keepers trying to keep you away from a business rather than get you in the door? Go elsewhere. These people arent interested in long customer relationships.

I used Wards Lawn Service last summer for a couple of jobs around the yard. Traveling on business almost every week makes my weekends a very important time to spend with family and not on the lawn! Wards repaired and replaced a section of damaged sprinkler line that another company failed to winterize. Their sprinkler technician worked quickly and very efficiently. He dug up and replaced the damaged section of line and was very careful to minimize damage to the lawn in the process. Once the leak was repaired he fine tuned all of the sprinkler heads so they were actually covering more of the grass and doing what they were designed to do! The Tech carried all of the parts and pieces he needed for my job in his truck and overall did awesome job. I also signed up for their lawn fertilization program last summer and had the greenest grass in the neighborhood! I dont know what they put in that fertilizer but it worked awesome and we ended up using less irrigation water than previous years with hardly any weeds. Their fertilizer truck would show up while we were at work and the tech was very thorough even making sure that our gate in the backyard was closed and locked up when he finished. In the crazy busy world we live in Wards takes care of the stuff that most of us dont have the time for and they definitely know what theyre doing. Id trust these guys to do any project around my house.
