Solid Grounds is a solid company! Ive had the pleasure of working with them for over 15 years now. I have watched Jed and his team grow over the years to get better and better. For my HOA communities, I have high standards of what I am looking for in vendor and communication is at the very top of my list, Solid Grounds knows this and lets me know what is going on with my communities without me having to call and check up on them, making my job easier. If there is a problem we work together to find a solution. I cant say enough of how great they are to work with.

We have been with the company for a little over two years now after we switched service provider a couple of times. They have been referred to us by a commercial manage management company in the same plaza. We have been very happy with them. When I reached out to them, I always get an answer back pretty quickly. They are a good business partner you want to associate with.

Absolutely terrible company to work with. Not very helpful, and the owner gets angry if you question why your plants are dying and your invoices are padded. Run the other way and find a different landscaping company to work with. Dishonest and terrible quality of work. Would give zero stars if I could.

Had an appointment set up, then next day they called back saying they would not do my repair unless I signed a yearly contract. Not very friendly or helpful company to do business with.
