Appeared to be good to begin with as the owner brought samples etc and discussed the process. It all went wrong after that as he never made follow up contact unless I initiated a message/call. Said he would call & didn't. Said he would do the job on more than one occasion & didn't in the end. Didn't bother to reply to my last message. Given that the job request was of a very sensitive nature, I was very disappointed. I wouldn't rely on this company at all. Really poor business attitude. I also take offence to your response. Very professional indeed particularly when it's accompanied by a private message on messenger asking for proof. Obviously I don't record conversations as proof as that would both be inappropriate and untrustworthy but that does not mean I'm posting false info. You were asked if you could do the job before 25th June and your response was " I should be able to do that next week" . You said you would ring the next day to get the details. Needless to say that didnt happen. You also called and spoke with me the night that you came back from Dublin. Said you'd call the next day. Didn't happen. ...I could post several messages that I sent but that's not worth the effort. Suffice to say that your response here and on private message says it all about the business attitude.

Glen was very good in the work carried out, all to the highest standard and quality. Very happy with the service and will be using him again i Would recommend to anybody.
