Words are inadequate for this young innovative up and coming Company ZEG other than Simply the Best The Managing Director Thomas, and Sarah the receptionist are always there to assist should you need them, Pleasant & courteous & regularly communicate regarding Dates and times of Gardener arrivals & anything else you wish to discuss .This is a young Planet orientated Company who cares for our younger generation, pollution and the Air we breathe TIM in my eyes certainly deserves to be considered for the Gardener Christmas award .He is the best ever . I have been with this Company now for over a year & my Gardener TIM is very consciences, extremely hard working & clearly enjoys his work. He is always on time & doesnt stop from the time he arrives to the time he leaves In my eyes he should definitely get the award He is a credit to the Company that employs him Thank you Tim and all those who work behind the scenes Truly appreciated

I was impressed & hearted by the considerate manner of the personal service that I received from Thomas Law and his collegue Tim. All the work was completed to a good standard and all my instructions were adhered to. I will probably use this company again to help me keep my garden in reasonably good order. If I was able to pay for more work to be done, I would choose to do so.

Tim is polite, knowledgeable and intelligent a professional gardener. Our garden has undergone a real transformation since June 2023. The garden gets better and better! Around June of this year, I did not want to go in my garden, but Tim turned it around and now it is a lovely garden and not a jungle anymore. Tim has been with us for six months and the garden is truly beautiful! It s a complete transformation. I ve received so many compliments about the change in the garden. I cannot rate Tim enough and the company. Very pleased with Zero Emissions!! I would highly recommend this company. Excellent service!!!

Have used ZEG gardening intermittently for about two years but more regularly over the last few months. My word, what a difference they have made! All their employees are so pleasant and helpful. I originally used them because, at a certain age, some gardening jobs were just too much for me. However, I have now realised that they can be knowledgeable and creative - I am enjoying looking out over my winter garden and am looking forward to how it is going to look in the spring. The garden look spotless when they have gone - no leaves and no weeds. I like the new plan of having a team of two for half the time. The work is just as thorough but they whizz through and I can get on with my day. It is more expensive now they have to charge VAT but I really feel it is worth it.

After being a loyal customer and having to experience change of gardener on each appointment. Grass being left and incomplete work (weeding) not receiving the same level of service for over a year now. I recieved an email out the blue to terminate service after explaining to the team what has been going on at the moment. They took this opportunity to be so disgusting along with the tone of the email. No other words than disgusting and I would never be recommending your services again.

With Dean at the helm, this much needed gardening company offers a great service for people who want their garden expertly tended - no fuss, just a neat and well looked after garden to enjoy. Thank you, Dean, for your great company!

The guy from ZEG was very personable and helpful, and well equipped for garden maintenance tasks, especially the tedious autumn leaf collecting business. I was hoping for a bit more creative gardening advice though, particularly at the high price they charge.

Delighted with the service provided and the finished look of our garden. It has been totally transformed and I can t wait for the summer months. Process started with a phone call from me to them, then a site visit followed by a competitive quote. Once agreed had a 2nd site visit and then the work began. In less than two weeks, from the initial call, it has all been done. I love the garden now and I am very pleased with the quality of the service and the light touch advice. Had concrete removed, soil and then gas intalled No mess at all was left behind. Thank you ZEG.

Having used ZEG for nearly 2 years now, I highly recommend Tom and his team! I use their monthly maintenance service for the garden. I liaise with Tom via WhatsApp and he is always super responsive. Prices are reasonable, it s direct debit which was v easy to setup and no faff to pay, our gardener Terry is fab, and most importantly the garden looks so neat and tidy! For anyone thinking of using ZEG for the first time, you can be confident of trustworthy, professional and all round stellar service. Highly recommended.

Zero emissions ethos was and is inline with my own which is the reason why I went with them in the first place. Great concept and this way of gardening should be encouraged given the current global climate. Their customers service again great, very polite, and the owner is a very nice guy. The reason I am giving 2 stars is simply down to the quality of work. The staff simply had poor attention to detail and if anything didnt have the motivation to do a good job. If the owner himself carried out the work, the quality would probably have surpassed my expectations. However after 3 visits and promises to complete the works to a high standard, they simply could not hit the mark. Its unfortunate that on this occasion they couldnt keep their promise and deliver as I would have loved to work with again.

I cant recommend ZEG enough. Amazing work by the team! We have been struggling with getting colour in our garden for years due to lack of good soil and light. Tom has great knowledge had talked us through the whole process help us select the right plants (the work also included ripping out large york stone pavings and re-turfing the lawn). Tom is a perfectionist, he likes to do the job right and doesnt cut corners. Tom and his team work fast and got us up and running with in a week. Hes been a pleasure to work with. Terry is very good at his work and did my garden with diligence.

Ive been using ZEG for nearly a year. The same gardener comes to my house once a month and always leaves it in better shape. He has offered me advice and we discuss ideas, and I find it a relief to know that its not just down to me to keep the garden going - just those few hours of making things better each month make all the difference.

Very happy with ZEG. Dave comes once a fortnight to maintain our garden and is always punctual, hard working and has lots of great ideas. He knows which plants will thrive in our garden and how to care for them. The ZEG team also laid turf in our garden and it was done to a very high standard with advice on how to look after it and enable it to embed. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Sammy was very polite, listened to what we wanted in both short and long term. Got on with the job and worked methodically. The weather was poor so not everything we wanted was possible but he did as much as was reasonable. Very informative about his experiences in gardening and came up with some really good ideas about how to move forward to a garden we can really enjoy. We look forward to his next visit and proposals about planting and moving and removing stuff. We would recommend ZEG and Sammy to everyone.

Ive been with ZEG for about a year now. I wanted to send in an update as I had a new gardener today, Sammy, and I was really impressed with his work. It was a cold, rainy, windy day and as its November I didnt think thered be much for him to do. But in addition to strimming the lawn and getting rid of the weeds, Sammy also cut down a dead buddleia that had wrapped itself around one of my other trees and pruned my apple tree which was way out of control. He was making imaginative suggestions for what we could do in the garden in Spring and was also talking about knocking up some bird boxes fro my apple tree. sammy was super-hard working, tidy, and easy to chat too. I know my gardens in safe hands!!

they came round to remove a few small diseased trees and trim the others with a general garden tidy up - they did an excellent job and we will definitely be using them again.

I posted a job request for garden maintenance on Bark website during Spring 2020 lockdown. Tom Law, Director called me the next day. Tom was able to come to my home when garden centres were still opened. I explained Tom what I needed. Since then I have had Toms team especially Tim help me with maintaining the garden, planting, weeding, cleaning patio, tree pruning and general tidying up. Toms team are professionals and I cannot recommend them enough if you need someone to be on time, provide a fantastic service and value for your money.

Very easy removal of a large pile of garden waste

I am really pleased with the job that was done. I received a quote immediately and I was offered various methods of paying for the job which I thought was great. Tom the Gardener was very professional and very punctual. I will definitely use ZEG again.

From the moment I reached out to completion, I could not fault the service. Responsive and high quality. Lauren and team were quick to come back to me to schedule time. On the day for Tom (Director/Owner) visiting, where he was stuck in Traffic both Tom and Lauren were in touch to keep me updated on whereabouts. On arrival, Tom was quick, personable and gave the perfect solution for the removal of bushes and what kind of bush to replace with based on the street aesthetic and maintenance. His quote was reasonable and he was honest about time. He checked in regularly and the work completed by his team (Joe) was perfect. Couldnt fault them. Highly recommend!

Excellent service - a fallen tree was efficiently cut down and removed at short notice. Reliable and tidy working, left the area clean. I felt I could trust these guys to do a good job after a neighbour recommended them and that faith was justified.

From my initial enquiry right the way through to the completed works, ZEG have been brilliant. The team arrived on time, were professional and friendly and got started straight away. They came up with so great ideas on how to make the best use of the space I have; my garden has never looked so good! Now ZEG have done the major works, getting them back regularly to keep it looking tip top is not expensive and the way forward for me.

Hey I just wanted to leave you a note to say how impressed we are with Tim s work this week. Turned up early, really nice guy, left not a trace and worked absolute magic on our garden. We used zero emissions gardening to tidy up our back garden. Tom came for the initial consultation and he was extremely helpful and professional. Tim, the Gardner on the day, was very hardworking and did a fantastic job. We are very glad we hired them because they also did my elderly mothers garden, and did a great job. Would highly thoroughly recommend using them.
