The crew arrived without the necessary equipment (and didnt care), might have cut a few blades of grass, and then the owner came by to defend this lousy job and felt the need to argue with me. I will find a lawn care service that prides itself on quality and customer service.

In the past I used a couple different national lawn services. They would drag a hose across my lawn missing many areas. Wood started growing in sections with thinning grassy spot. Moores Lawn came out. They walk the complete lawn with their equipment. The lawn started filling out, No more thinning patches. A few years later I noticed bald spots. I contacted Scott. He found I had a cricket infestation. He had a remediation plan. It worked and now the grass is full and healthy. Forget the national brands. I was really impressed with Moore s crew. The 2 man team arrived just before 9:30 and started the clean up shortly thereafter. It took them a little over 2 hrs. The results were more than I expected. Hard workers that did an excellent job with equally excellent results. I was especially impressed with results of how all my shrubs looked after they got through trimming them. They were wildly overgrown and looked terrible. Now l love how they look. Then a third member came and did the spring fertilization. All in all, great results that I am very happy with.

Moore s attentativeness to all my needs with costs within the norm, provided me with peace of mind my lawn would soon be back to the lush appearance it once was. I particularly was impressed Moore s notified me when they were on the property. I had requested this and they listened and followed through. Moore has been skilled in keeping my lawn healthy. I have had them mow my lawn in the past and currently use them for fertilizing and weed prevention. We have been using Moore Lawn service since 2000 when we lived in Lombard. In 2003 we moved to Wheaton and we knew Moore Lawn Service would be the service we would use. Scot and his crew have been great to work with over the years in regard to fertilizing , aeration and grub control. They are well informed on all aspects of lawn care including mosquito care that makes my yard very enjoyable. I have recommended Moore Lawn to some of my neighbors and some of them have joined the group. For more nearly 25 years Moore has taken great care of my lawn.

Our lawn has improved almost from the very beginning of using Moores Lawn Maintenance. Its very helpful that they give notice before stopping by for the current lawn treatment. It gives us time to make sure the yard is tidied up and the dog waste is picked up. I had a stubborn spot that was on the parkway where the village removed a tree and spread some seed. When after a month I couldnt get it to start growing I asked for some advice from Moores and they said theyd take a look. About a week later the grass started growing and has been strong ever since!

Moore have been very helpful in keeping our yard free of weeds and feeding the grass so that it grows great. They are also doing the same for our church and the law ther is free of dandelions and weeds and the grass looks wonderful.
