I saw their sign at the roadside and called them, its almost two years and two houses ago. Their staff are very professional, always do an excellent job on the lawn and keep the deck/patio/sidewalk free from clippings. The office staff are very responsive and professional as well, when I left a message, I get the call back on the same day. When I called to cancel the service because I moved out of the house, the young lady took the whole matter cheerfully, no fuss no pushes. I found later it is very convenient to use their website to sign up. The website is simple, clear, informative and easy to use. We all understand the difficulties this year, they are trying their best to help us. Their rates are reasonable too. Truly appreciate Depuge lawn care! I feel so blessed to find them. update 12/2/2024 I have used this company for five years over two houses, they always do a great job! I know they are often fully booked, so I signed up for fall cleaning early this year and just wait patiently. Ricardo did a wonderful job for the fall cleaning today, our lawn looks beautiful. Their prices for weekly mowing, seven steps lawn care are very reasonable too

We have been using them for some time now for our investment property. We continue to get reports from out tenants that the weed wacking weve asked for around the building is not happening, therefore, now we have weeds up to the windows. I have contacted them and requested this numerous times, per my emails, but they have not done so. If youre wondering of the last name its MacLagan.

Ive been extremely happy with DuPage Lawn Cares lawn cutting service for the past 4 years and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for this service.

DuPage was great. I initially needed a lawn mowing service due to an injury and ended up keeping them.

DuPage Lawn care has been reliable for mowing and seasonal yard work for the past three years. We recomment them.

Talked to Monica- she was great over the phone. It was raining in May on/off so I wanted to start my services on June. First they said double the price for the cut, then said $150. I agreed- then they refused to take care off clippings. What lawn service does that? I agreed taking care off the clippings too. The owner was rude, even though multiple phone calls, messages, and pictures were exchanged. Go with Alex Landscaping- better peace off mind.

After struggling to find a good landscaping service for YEARS, I was reluctant when I saw a sign on the side of the road with a price and a number but figure Id call anyway. I got the sweetest voice on the other end of the line and have loved them ever since! Monica answered all my questions, calmed my fears and had an amazing crew out within days. The crew does great work, always on time, very friendly and most importantly...THEY CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS!! Best service ever!! Highly recommend!!

I used them while I had ankle surgery and was unable to take care of the yard. The people are great very responsive and polite. I usually always had the same gentleman so that was so nice to see a friendly familiar face. I have a large dog and he always informed me when entering the back so the dog wouldnt get worked up. First experience amazing. Our lawn tends to grow more than others (no clue why) but it was really bad. I called explained, and know it snowed and would be raining (and know how much it stinks to mow wet grass), and they confirmed they would mow the following week because of the weather, and would call me back with an ETA. I understood and agreed - and was okay with it. I didn t get a call back, but the following day (today) I just got home and it s mowed and clean looking and no longer looking like a jungle! Thanks to Karen in the office and overall thanks to the team! Looking forward to the weekly service for the Spring/Summer. I wish I could tip because I would have!

My wife and I are over 60 and both work full time. DuPage Lawn Care comes every week to provide our lawn mowing and maintenance. They do a good job and are reasonably priced. We are happy with their service and will continue to use them. I recommend them.

Not well run. Called them 3 times to request a yard cleaning, they never showed up. When I called back, they didnt have any record of me calling, then cited labor problems as an excuse. I would not use them again, cant depend on them.

Lawn is done well for a fair price

Terrible performance and customer service on all levels. Saw a street sign, called them up, scheduled a first-time lawn cutting, they showed up while I was out, and the job that they did looked as if two children with scissors cut my lawn. No edging, rows of dandelions left untouched, no mowing in the 7 foot space between my large mature trees, left a pile of grass clipping piled up against my shed one foot high, did not pick up the medium sized dead plant that I had specified on the phone, and they refused to call me back after having left 4 messages. They charged me DOUBLE a normal cut because it was a first time cut. Absolute garbage workmanship and follow up. It appears as if they are using untrained laborers to cut lawns at top speed with no care for appearance or aesthetics. Do not use them.

DuPage lawn care posted signs all over my community Cumberland in joliet /Shorewood they came out 2xs and did a terrible job.. I complained about the job so the day they were supposed to be here while my yard is overgrown because they missed half of it the last time. they say sorry but we wont be servicing your area and thats it left me with 4in lawn maybe more because they didnt even fix it from the last time. What a terrible company, and unprofessional so why are they still advertising for this area u ask Well so do i I have disputed the last time they were here considering they missed half my lawn

They have cut my lawn for 3 weeks now and Brian just does a fantastic job! He is so fast but he cuts the lawn at the perfect length and it looks amazing! Thank you for taking care of my moms how as well!

Horrible LACK of customer service. They agreed to mow my lawn, saying that they will charge me for a double cut since the lawn hadnt been mowed yet. After waiting 10 days, with barely any communication, they told me the grass was too high. After that, I called another landscaping service. The other landscaping service would have cut my grass on the same day as my call, but there was rain in the forecast. So, they mowed my lawn the very next day. I wish Id never seen DuPage Lawn Cares little sign on the side of the road. All I got from them was a hassle! According to some of the reviews Ive seen, others have run into the same or similar issues. Steer clear of this outfit!!

Management was non responsive to my complaint of damaged gate posts. Sent pictures and called and spoke with phone personnel whom assured me someone would get in touch with me to no avail. So I cancelled the service very disappointed with the lack of even a return call.

Absolutely the worst service ever. All the negative reviews where you see the owner arguing and making up excuses is the service you will get. Very unreliable and unresponsive. They will ignore your emails, requests for services and phone calls. No one will ever pick up at the office either. They ve shown up a day after a severe storm and completely butchered the back yard. When emailed about it, they will say they re investigating the situation and never respond afterwards. The last straw was when they didn t show up for 2 weeks and when emailed and called 20 times explaining that I needed service by Friday or Saturday, they never responded saying they couldn t make it but lied saying we re on the schedule, and showed up Sunday an hour before my event trying to mow the lawn even though they were made aware service needed to be done before Sunday. Here s a tip guy, if you re short staffed close the office down and get a personal line out to existing costumers. If your short staffed, stop falsely advertising around town when you clearly can t handle the work load. If you re short staffed, communicate with existing costumers about schedule changes or delays. We were never once made aware you were planning on skipping a week or not being able to make it by the requested timeline. Do not waste your money on these guys. Go elsewhere.

Had a knee replacement back in April and Dupage lawn service took fantastic care of my lawn!! If I ever run into any future problems I will ask them back!!

My wife and I began working with DuPage lawn care this year and have been extremely satisfied. They are reliable, affordable and receptive when we have had special requests. Great value! So happy to come home tired and see the yard looking spectacular!

Im not at all impressed with this company. The office staff is so behind on billing that they bill for 3-4 visits at a time, which is impossible to budget for and super expensive. The service is mediocre at best. They spend 3 minutes mowing and then blow the clippings all over the porch and house and leave. Not super impressed for what they charge. I am a busy single mom and was super excited when I saw their signs all over advertising in the spring. I think 3 stars is overly generous.

They made excuses for not showing up for 6 weeks. Kept saying we were on the schedule every time I called. The last call was clearly a nusance to the lady eating her lunch BUT we were on the schedule. So today they called to say after some research that I told THEM we had issues and no longer wanted to use them. Really?? So Id call repeatedly for 2 months if I didnt want the service?? They are unethical and beyond unprofessional.

I just want to say that I ve been using this company so far year three and I m very thankful and happy with the work that guys are doing every summer thru fall and finishing with final fall leaves pick up!! Wanna mention I ve been having year 3 guy Kevin, who is been with Company for longest, and he is doing amazing job it s like watching him doing his own property The kind this guy hard-working I am so thankful that I got him , and he has a partner with him.. Kevin is been always on duty, doing weekly maintenance, mowing and leaving so clean & nice.. I think he only missed one week in three years because he was sick . so I m putting this out.. I know Kevin and a few more guys around ..and I know Company is very professional and keeps hard-working people who stick around like every business , you give a chance to people , the ones who don t wanna work and act professionally are fast gone this company is very professional and like I said keeps hard-working people who make sure our communities are nice & clean

Tried to cancel for one week and was told that grass was already cut, decided to look at security camera and noticed no one at been to house . Called back and person answering phone got very defensive and we won t charge for today . I tried to explain and she got even more agitated and said what s to problem I said we won t charge you and hung up on me . In my opinion their are not to be trusted , they were not truthful and said they don t listen to answering machine for messages that I left to skip this one week Haha , guess what people Have cameras now , can t lie anymore Would not recommend a business I can t trust

Tore up my lawn with their big mowers, knocked over a retaining way. Tried to cancel service many times but the keep showing up. Ridiculous. Now they are sending me automatic renewal notices. There is no response when I call and leave messages.

We have been customers for a few years now and within the last year or so, quality and punctuality have significantly decreased. The contract you sent us stated that services would start in April. We called 18 days ago to inquire when services would start. We were told that you were just working out the schedule and should be out later in the week or the following week. Here we are 18 days and 3-4 phone calls later and we re still waiting. In the meantime, we have grass that is up to my mid calf in many areas and we are unable to enjoy the beautiful day in our backyard while sheltering in place. We had a similar issue last fall when trying to get a final cut, leaf mulching and set for the winter that took over 3 weeks to finally receive. Shame on me for thinking it was a one time issue. Quality of service has been lacking too. Last summer we experienced several occasions where the grass was so overgrown and when it was finally cut, was my job to rake up and bag. And I almost always have to clean off my patio furniture because the guy with the leaf blower blows the grass clippings the wrong way. Not sure how you ve managed to stay in business for over 30 years or where your 2020 capital investment money into the business is going, but it s certainly not with expanded resources. The front page of your website states, We realize our customers expect timely, professional service which they can count on throughout the year. Time to start living up to this.

This is our second season using DuPage Lawn Care (Lombard). They do a good job for a reasonable price. We are only using their mowing service currently. They mow front and back once a week. They are fast and efficient and we are very satisfied with the service.

This company has been mowing my elderly parents lawn for years. This year mom is very happy with the person mowing. She has a large lot and he is careful to avoid some flower beds and asparagus thats growing. Great company

Ive been using DuPage Lawn Care to cut my grass for a few years and it has been great so far. They always have a team of two. One drives the big lawn mower, and one walk around trimming edges. They usually complete the job and doesnt leave a mess behind. They usually complete it in less than 20 minutes, which normally would take me more than a hour by myself. Ive ran into the crew a few times and they are pretty polite. Highly commanded.

Been using dupage lawn care for 2 years. starting the third year now, they are there every week as requested, days are usualy the same but the time they arrive varies, which is fine with me. otherwise, they do a good job so ill use them again this year. i live in naperville.

Horrible company - and very dishonest. Called them to set up service, had an extended conversation with their office person. Measured gate access, offered to send them pictures, etc. She assured me it was all good, but that they couldnt show up for 7 days. Now, A week later, my grass is ridiculously long, and I get a phone call from them telling me oh, were cancelling your account because the guy cant fit through your gate I ask how thats possible, since the width is exactly what I told them over the phone. She says I dont know, the guy has been in business for 10 years, and he says they cant fit They never knocked on the door, or anything - they just left - didnt even cut the front yard. So now I have to hire another company with no notice. Not only were they not apologetic about it, the girl on the phone got downright nasty when i asked why the guy couldnt fit through the space she and I discussed in our initial call. The really frustrating part is, since they clearly use subcontractors to do the work, what likely happened is that the one they picked to do the work didnt have the equipment they thought he would. Just shady.

Stop putting your $20 lawn mowing signs on private property. Ive removed 3 of your signs from my customers property, which were placed there without permission. Please educate who ever is out placing these signs the difference between private property and city property. Edit: This post is relevant due to it being illegal to put advertising on property that is not owned by the person or company who placed them without permission. Its not that I dont like where these signs were placed its just very unprofessional and like stated before, illegal. Maybe spend more time training your lawn care crew to do a professional job and take a hint from the numerous reviews stating you rip up lawns and damage property and never show back up. Friendly business owner advice, take a step back and look at where your company is heading before its too late.

Our first, second & third experience with this poor excuse for a professional outfit was to have them lie to us about a service they quoted and accepted. It s little wonder their google reviews and BBB are so bad & why they ve changed names at least 3 times.

Don t answer phone and after signing up for service have not come out to do lawn. Do not recommend. Owner Brian just called and had a temper tantrum about his bad review and cancelled our service. Would never ever recommend this guy for any service. beware. One star is generous. Jerk.

[Update] 1. Yes Im not mistaking you guys for another lawn care company. 2. You dont have my name because our landord had the contract. His name isnt AK, thats my name. 3. & you didnt dispute my excon claim because you know its true. (but I bet you add something in your amended reply) ................. These guys are a joke. Run by some high-school drop out. They hire excons to mow lawns. How do I know that, because the guy mowing my lawn told me so & only after I asked because Im a corrections officer & I can tell looking @ someone if they did hard time. Then I caught the guy 4x gawking at my wife over 3 visits. Doesnt make you feel safe. Plus there was a piece of paper garbage that blew into my yard & this moron instead simply picking it up, mowed around the piece of paper. To test my theory. I left another piece of paper there the next week & the moron did the same thing. Pushed it over, mowed then pushed it back. My past & current Lawn guys simply picked to any trash. These guys do the bare minimum & complain that they arent charging alot. Do not use this pathetic company. The negative reviews are legit. The positive reviews are fake. They are all done within the same time frame. Dont think youll get exceptional service. Plus the kid who runs the company is exceptionally rude like hes mister know it all.

The worst lawn care company. Took them more than two weeks to get to my lawn after repeated calls and after they came they didnt do the service because the lawn was too big for their 32 inch mower (I can understand) but the worst part was getting a bill from them for the service which they never completed. Moral of this story-you get what you pay for which is terrible service.

We got a note on our door for these guys and were a little skeptical but found out there aren t far from us in Lombard and we signed up. There have been a few delays with our cut day but understandable with all the rain, otherwise very happy with their service and knowledgeable office staff.

This is our third year with this company. With all this weather the office has been great with our questions about areas missed due to being too wet. They have since then gotten our lawn under control and back to how it s been in years past. Thanks

I called them beginning of June to start service on my lawn. They came out June 6 and then called me and told me that the grass was too tall to mow and to call them when it was shorter. I found a college kid home for the summer to cut it (who apparently has better equipment than they do) and am very happy with his service and will continue to have him mow this summer. Today they charged my credit card. I already called my bank to dispute it and plan on calling their office first thing in the morning but not sure why they charged me for a service they said they were unable to provide. Not happy.

Its been just over 3 weeks since I posted my review and a week since DuPage Lawn Care responded to it in an unprofessional manner. What is even more unprofessional is that they charged me an additional $25 for service last week. Was this for my bad review? I will be contacting the BBB and reporting them for there terrible service and professionalism. This company does not do a good job with lawn care. The cut is uneven and and they miss spots completely. I have watched them do my lawn and if they are here 10 minutes, Im lucky. Its wham, bam and done. Its like they dont even care. I have hired company and will be charged the same and pick up the cuttings. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very reasonable for lawn cutting

I used this service for 2 years for lawn cutting and weed and feed. First year the lawn cutting service was done well. The weed eradication was not done well at all even though I paid for it. I was told because of the very wet spring they were having a hard time controlling the weeds (mainly dandelions). My house was the worst looking lawn on my block. My neighbors had the same rainfall as me and their lawn services were controlling the weeds with no problem. I let it slide. This year, same issue with the weeds (mainly dandelions) and in addition to the weed problem they guauged my lawn down to bare ground in a few places. I called and left a message with girl who answered that I need these issues addressed. Carol (manager) called back and I was told the same scenario as last year about it being a wet spring. Again, I stated that my neighbors arent having any problems with weed control and weve had the same amount of rainfall...we live on the same block. I asked for Brian (owner) to call me back to discuss this. A week later still no callback. I called and spoke to Carol again as was told she didnt know what to tell me as to why Brian never called back. Apparently, they use inferior weed and feed solutions if any at all but have no qualms about charging you for a service they dont provide or that do the job properly. I cancelled my service last month June 2019. Never received a call back from Brian.

Terrible should have known from the price. The men damaged my brand new siding with the weed whip back in July. Sent pictures to be assessed no answer. Made multiple phone calls regarding the issue no answers. They leave clippings all over the lower windows, back patio, hot tub, everywhere. Uneven cuts throughout the backyard. Asked for Brian ever call was told by the customer service rep he was looking into it. No response from Brian EVER!!! Never will I call them again for service.

This is most probably the worst lawn care company. Never performed the service(Their lawn mower apparently was too big to get it into my lawn) , I called and cancelled on the phone but this company continues to send invoices for the service which they never performed.

I tried multiple times to resolve my issue with this company over the phone, but got zero help! I requested to skip a week in August over the phone, was told ok but they showed up anyway. I called right as they showed and spoke to a rep who said she sees that I cancelled, and that she will remove the charge for that day. The following week I was still charged, so I called and the person who answered me said its impossible that I called and skipped a week because there is no note about it (basically calling me a liar) and refused to remove the charge. Then 2 weeks later, I called and skipped another week, that time I left a voicemail. A woman called me back and left me a voicemail saying We got your request to skip, we will resume the following week but I got charged yet again!! I called and the woman again calls me a liar by saying Im the only woman answering phones and I would never leave this information in a voicemail, I wouldve called you back, insisting that there is no record of me skipping! I told her that I have the voicemail saved and that its from the company phone number and that I need to speak to a manager, she said a manager will call me back. He never did. Charges remained. I called again a month later with the same issue, got the same response and the lady this time got really mad at me and was rude, I requested to cancel my services for good this time. I did get a call back from the same lady I was talking to an hour later, she apologized to me for being rude and said she misunderstood what I was saying, and that she will remove the charges and asked if I will reconsider staying a customer. I said I will think about it but Im canceling for now. 3 weeks later and I got the final invoice, no refund for any of the 3 extra charges that this company charged me for services that I cancelled. I could call my credit card company and file a fraud complaint, but its not worth it. Its a shame because I was gladly supporting this local business, but their poor customer service finally did it for me!

Just had Dupage Lawn Care at my property yesterday for an Aeration. The men were totally professional and did an excellent job. I said thank you after they were done and inquired about lawn mowing service, it was nice to be able to have a conversation in English with people that grew up in the area! Communication with my last company was next to impossible since they only spoke spanish. Will be signing up with Dupage Lawn Care for lawn mowing service today.

I have used DuPage lawn Care for years. The guys that come out always do a professional job. I pay a little extra to have it bagged and edged every week but it is well worth it. It s nice to see a company that takes pride in the work they due.

You really do get what you pay for. I thought Id share my experience with DuPage Lawn Care. They left a flyer on our door last month. I called and they sounded like a great deal ($10 cheaper than the service we used last year). I figured I could save a couple of hundred bucks, so I bit. Today was their first visit to our home. It will also be their last. I was pulling up from a meeting just as they had packed up the truck and were getting ready to leave. The lawn wasnt edged, the left side of my house wasnt moved at all (despite the fact that they were walking in and out of that gate to get to my backyard) and the grass clippings werent blown very well (there was a fair amount still on my neighbors driveway, as well as all over the fence in back). I asked the workers to finish their job. One of them gave me attitude, started raising his voice and swearing, and at one point, tried to stare me down in a menacing fashion. He also said I was asking him to do the work because [he was] black (there were no racial overtones to anything that I said, nor did his racial identity enter my mind). Trying to defuse the rapidly escalating situation, I tried to give him my perspective: we hired his company to perform a service and I was the customer. In that sense, they were working for me. Its not like they were doing me a favor mowing my lawn for free, and that I expected that theyd do what I was told they would do. They left without finishing their work. I have the guy shouting at me on tape. I called the office and twice was told that I would get a callback. It didnt happen. Finally, a couple of hours later, I called a third time and was connected to a man who identified himself as the manager. I told him what happened. His response? Im paraphrasing, but essentially, Weve canceled your account. Im going to take the word of my employees over a first-time customer. I was blown away. I asked if this was how they treat customers and he let me know that he was done with the conversation and that I wouldnt be charged. I asked if he was the owner and he said no. I then asked to speak to the owner and was denied. He asked if I thought I could talk to the owner of Wal-Mart if I was unhappy. I replied something to the effect of that the analogy felt a little off to me and that the owner of a local service provider would presumably be more accessible than the owner of the largest company in the world. I then asked for the owners name and contact information. He replied Not gonna happen and hung up. So, to recap: DuPage Lawn Care did a crappy job and played the race card when I asked them to finish their work. One worker was borderline violent. They terminated the account right after their crew left without bothering to talk to us or doing a credible investigation of serious claims, and instead made spurious allegations and threatened via email to go to the media with them if we went public with our allegations. UPDATE: Management came back and made an accusation of racism in their response. The worker who identified himself as being in charge made a similar completely unfounded comment like that on site when I complained that the work wasnt finished. Management said I insinuated it, but requests for clarification about what I supposedly said went unanswered. Go figure. A review of my Facebook profile and the causes I rally around would show how unbelievable that accusation is. It is unfortunate that, instead of a company investigating serous claims, it would resort to hiding behind libelous false claims. To be very clear, I feel strongly that judging a man by the color of his skin instead of by the content of his character is despicable. So is using the threat of such an ugly (and untrue) accusation to silence an unhappy customer. Also, fun fact, the companys claim that no one else has complained about that crew is demonstrably false. Just read the Elmhurst Facebook forums. Also, look up MD Lawn Care Corp on Yelp for more overall complaints.

DuPage Lawn Care has just started this spring cutting my lawn. Price is fair and they actually cut the grass to the length it should be cut instead of scalping it. My lawn has not looked this good in years. They also use a non riding mower. The last guy I had did his turns so fast that he constantly ripped up the law in our rear yard. So happy to have a company that cares about their work?

Zero stars--to complete a review they wont let you choose zero stars. In my opinion this company should be closed down. They never answer their phone, they dont show up when they say they will, they dont call back when you leave messages, they charge your credit card even when they dont show up. They are a total nightmare to deal with.

Ordered weekly service and after 2 times for whatever reason they just stopped. Within next 2 weeks called them literally dozen times. Left 2 messages on voicemail and 1 with phone answering service. Lady called back 2 weeks later only because a crew showed up and grass was cut by myself a day before. Never did she called because I left messages. Never provided assurance or solution how and where to contact if it would happen in the future. Had to cancel service.

There are many reviews that say the work was unfinished and yet you blame one man of racism bcuz he asked them to do what he is paying for? This is unnaceptable. The owner replied on all 5 star reviews but attacks or threatens tf o remove one star reviews? Maybe you need to retrain your employees to do their job right. People should not have to pay for crappy lawn care and then on top of that get attacked by your business. I will skip this company because there is no customer recovery or apologies for YOUR MISTAKES. You need to be shut down.

Pleasantly surprised when the crew came that I was able to talk with them since they all spoke English. After talking with Ricardo and seeing him work it was obvious hes been doing this for a long time. Happy customer!

Im a current customer of DuPage Lawn Care. Great pricing but I cannot get anyone to call me back--have left 4 messages over the past week. Would love for someone to please call me back. Understand a delay during spring but radio silence is not any way to do business. I really want to like them...just need someone to call me back :- )

So I saw all these signs for lawn service & called, left message Wednesday May 2nd, played phone tag with Ashley, started service Monday. That week - No Service. Called a few times before actually speaking with Ashley again and told crew was there but the grass was too tall and would need a double charge I told Ashley that was understandable, agreed to additional fee & asked when will they be back. She needed to check & would call me back. This was on Monday the 14th. Still havent received any calls. I see other reviews speaking about there have been a few bumps in the road and replies from the owner saying were short staffed and spring is a tough time for our business. Well, why werent you prepared? Why cant you call back your customers? Do you really want my business? The lack of professionalism is underwhelming. Also, their number used to be to MD Lawn Care with a 2.2 star review. Looks like a re-naming to wash off the old stink, but I would be willing to wager DuPage Lawn Care is destined for a mid 2 star review.

Ryan and Dylan have been taking care of our property for the last few weeks and have nothing but good things to say about them. They are very personable, east to talk to and always listen. Very happy with the service.

Current customer. I called and left a voicemail regarding pricing with sod being laid down in the yard and I received a call back 2 weeks later. This week the front was only cut, and the side of the driveway and backyard wasn t cut at all and I was still charged full price. I ll change the rating if the service improves because the pricing is competitive, but very poor service so far.

We really struggling with this company. We signed up for weekly lawn mowing service on 2 properties and it s been 3 weeks since our lawn was cut. My wife spoke to the owner on Friday who reassured her that it will be taken care of this week. No one showed up Monday or Tuesday. Ashley at the front desk informed her that it will be done yesterday when my wife called late evening but nobody showed up. We just got a violation and I am extremely frustrated !

They do a great job. The crew is very professional and make your yard look good every time. They pay attention to detail and just make it look nice.

They don t blow the clippings off the walkway, they leave lines of tall grass, they don t trim very well and when you complain, they don t respond!

Excellent landscaping company!!! Great prices, great service! I highly recommend them! They came out to mow and cleaned up and hauled away the grass and trimmed around everything. Above and beyond the previous landscaper I had used.

They are awful!!! Do not hire them. they charged me but have not mowed lawn in 4 weeks! Then they dare to charge a late fee when they did not do any service. There is no mowing schedule sometimes they do not come for weeks and sometimes they come twice a week. Customer service is terrible as well, I called and explained that they had not come to mow the lawn and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and yelled at me.

Do not use this company! Unreliable, dont return phone calls - terrible customer service. They like to charge your credit card for weeks they havent mowed and then when you call to ask about it, crickets! Nobody calls back.

Im a first time homeowner. Im also a single mother with a 3 year old. After 2 months of trying to keep up with the yard I finally gave in and looked for a weekly service. I came across Duoage Lawn Care in Lonbard. They gave me a quote over the phone. Apparently they have a special app of some sort where their able to measure my lot. I thought that was pretty cool that I didnt have ti wait and have someone come out to quote me! I will admit that I was hesitant due to the negative reviews I read but hey disent every company have those??!! Im extremely happy I went with my gut because Im extremely satisfied with the service theyve provided so far! My lawn looks excellent and all the employees are fantastic! I have no doubt that unmade the right decesion to go with them and not listen to others about their so called bad experience. Thank you Duosge Lawn Care for your beautiful work!! Diane and Joseph

Great lawn cutting service from DLC - prompt, fast, and cheap

Used them years ago when they were MD Lawn Service, see they have not gotten any better since then. Lied to me that they were bought out by another lawn service when in fact all they did was change their name and not their product. They too damaged our shed with a weed wacker, then denied it and of course the person who did the damage denied it even though the pieces of corner bead were still on the lawn. As far as all these recent positive reviews go, please read them carefully they are all from the same time frame at this point 7/6 months ago, very interesting that ALL these positive reviews are on such a tight timetable AND the owner replied to most of them but never answers his phone or replies to any emails. Be careful folks, be very careful, tigers do not change their stripes.

Listen to the reviews!!! They arent professional at all. They cut lawns too short. They dont bag the grass and leave the grass. Not professional at all. I cant believe people still use them after reading these reviews and they are still in business. My advice to the owners is to run a business related to something you know, becuase it isnt lawn care or customer service. If you do use them dont pay up front!! Pay as you go and only when you ask them to be there. If they show up any other time besides that, it will be for free, because they dont listen to customers or what you want.

I received a post-it like note on my front door from them a few weeks ago and I ended up hurting my arm and cant do yard work so I called them up and hired them. I asked the lady who I signed up with if she could ask the crew to come sooner then the following week, because my yard was looking pretty long and I didnt know if it could wait a week. She said she would get back to me after she got in contact with the crew.....I never heard back from her. I even called and left a message about this a few days later, still got nothing back. Yesterday, the crew finally comes out, I was not home but when I returned home I looked at my yard and they had done a terrible job. They literally missed the whole side of my house, and chunks within the yard had large clumps of tall grass left. And I wont even go into the fact that they did no weed whacking what so ever. After trying to reach them multiple times that afternoon, I tried this morning and spoke to someone who didnt even apologize on the crews behalf, she didnt even seem surprised this happened (which was a huge red flag to me). She said she would call me back within ten mins after seeing if the crew could return today, close to 45 mins later, she left me a voice message saying they could return today if thats what I wanted.... So I called back to confirm that in fact I did want them to come fix the horrible job they did, but could not get the same woman on the phone. I was speaking to another girl that told me my package did not include weed whacking (even though my contact says Im paying for the regular cut and online it says weed whacking is included in the regular cut). So I told her would not like to continue service with them, and had to repeat myself multiple times before I could get her to confirm that she would cancel my account. Their contract stresses the fact that you need to cancel with an office representative, email voicemail or canceling with the crew wont work. Their website says they have been in business for 25 years or something close to that, if this is how they treat people I am shocked they lasted even one season.

Have had these guys for the last few years and havent had a problem. My price is reasonable and have always come through if I needed something done for a party or other event. This pic was done just this week 4/24/17, couldnt ask for a better crew and they all speak English which is a help as well. I know theyre a pretty big company but are local in Lombard and I hate that a couple of bad reviews dictate a companies fate which is why Im helping my guys out here. Give them a shot and make your own opinion!

They ruined my lawn , they did a terrible job, when I complained they told me they were going to charge my credit card on file no matter if I authorized or not. DANGER ! I would not give them credit card information due to fraudulent use of the cards .

I started with Dupage Lawn Care this season. I wasnt looking for lawn mowing, just fertilization and weed control. There prices could NOT be beat. However, as the saying goes, You get what you paid for. After 1st application, lawn had dandelions and crabgrass sprouting. I called and they said well the next application could help that. I said, I really dont want to wait can you send someone out. Angie said I dont know, let me call you back. Well Angie did not. I gave them the benefit of doubt and waited til 2nd application , Bill came and flags, but saw no fertilizer and now 10 days later, more weeds sprouting. Called today and spoke to Angie again, who said yes, I talked to you weeks ago, and when I said, you didnt call back, she said..Oh that wasnt me!! When Angie showed No regard for my business, saying, well what do you want me to do about it. I cancelled their services. Angie told me I didnt have to pay 2nd application, so thats a plus!!

Saw DuPage Lawn Care from Lombard IL ad in the grass in a nearby Glen Ellyn subdivision! Problem is they did not stick to this price after quoting us and confirming the quote on 2 separate occasions. DuPage Lawn Care fo 1235 Highland Ave. Lombard, IL is a ripoff! Their reviews for landscaping in Dupage are probably all fake; Wonder if they lie about the price what else they are capable of messing up on your backyard or garden. Lawn Care in DuPage county or suburbs like Glen Ellyn, Wheaton or Elmhurst is not a commodity and if you want quality landscaping you should avoid DuPage Lawn Care from Lombard at all costs!

one month ,cutting grass crew dont do the job fully cutting half -done like con artists. office doesnt respond well of calling regards of my concerns.

What a terrible company. The cuttings are done super quick and absolutely no attention to any detail. Not to mention never get a response on the phone or ever a call back. When i call to pay my bill, it goes to voice-mail, and instead of calling back, they send threatening emails. Aftet seeing these reviews, now i know why they dont answer the phone.Theyre probably worried its another complaint and dont want to deal with it. Use ANYONE other than this con man!
