They do a fine job most of the time with my apt lawn, the only complaint I got is how early they start mowing. Usually 8am, this seems way to early. I am a night worker so they always wake me up at 8 or 9 am on Mondays. Come after lunch. Do businesses where you won't wake anybody in the mornings, then do residential after lunch! Just an idea

With a tough market for any construction these days, what truly makes a difference is communication. We were constantly in the loop of when materials could be expected, when they arrived then how long the project would take. We had large portions of chain link fence removed and replaced with 6 ft white vinyl. Care was taken to ensure our underground sprinklers were not damaged and replaced to their original spots. The yard was cleaned of all debris and rock. The fence was even washed clean after install. We are so happy with the work that was done and I look forward to using them for any future fence or landscape needs.
Top notch! I called Brad and he happened to be in the neighborhood so he stopped by and we walked around the yard where the fence would eventually be installed. He gave me a run-down of options where necessary and provided expert input that I really appreciated. A couple hours later I had a bid and and a hand drawn map of my property. I was stoked! When the time came for the install I met Brad and his crew. The GeckoCrew was/are professional, knowledgeable, respectful and hard working from the get-go, and just nice to talk to and get good info from. The fence is perfect and you could hardly tell anybody was here except for the absence of an ugly hedge and the beauty of a new cedar fence. from communication to construction Brad and his crew impressed me and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gecko for any fence install, or repair for that matter! - Craig Comstock

Brad is very professional and easy to work with. He understands your needs and is very knowledgeable. He and his crew put up a fence for me this week and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. I was not home when they did it, but when I got there it was not only done perfectly, but they cleaned up the whole mess from the old fence they tore down. I could not be happier and would not hesitate to recommend Gecko Fence & Landscaping to anyone wanting any fencing installed.
Brad installed a fence for us this week. My experience with his company was great! When I called to get an estimate, he made me feel like I was truly a priority. He was able to install my fence within a couple weeks of giving me the estimate, and was easy to work with. He and his employee were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend hiring this company for any fencing needs!
Front lawn is great, dont know why they dont trim along the fence line, and in back of the shed, and I have tufts of grass thru put the lawn, dont know why they are missing it, come on, kiddos do your job!
They re workers are not careful/aware of their surroundings. If you have anything you don t want ruined on your patio or porch I suggest you bring it inside. I have had a rug ruined & now a piece of decor broken as well.

I was excited to read so many favorable reviews here and thought perhaps I had finally found a reliable lawn service provider. I tried since Oct 2019 to have Brad come to our house and provide an estimate for lawn maintenance. I left him several messages, reached out through his website and he never returned any of my calls or inquiries. When I finally talked to him (because I called him again and he answered) he said that he would come the first week of Dec 2019. He never showed up and never called to cancel the appointment. I finally reached out to him again on April 22nd 2020. He said he was coming on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. He never showed up and never called to let me know he was not going to make it. I finally called him on Wed, April 29 and he told me he would not be able to make it until Thursday or Friday. At that point, I had no desire for him to provide an estimate. I really just wanted to let him know how disappointed I was with the lack of communication. I felt disrespected since he had no consideration of my time. I suppose it should have been obvious to me that he did not have any intentions or interest from day one to service our lawn. I wish he would have just told me rather than waste my time and effort. Because of my experience I would not recommend Brad. It seems that he has too much work on his hands to take the time to reach out and let people know that he cant follow though with what he agreed to do.
Phenomenal! Brad and his crew are professional and efficient. Brad communicated to us every step of the way. We understand there are many moving parts to landscaping such as material vendors, weather and staffing but we didn t get excuses-Brad produced results.
