TruGreen Lawn Care in Loganville

I signed up for Trugreen service due to the pricing of 20 dollars per service. Trigreen comes out to my home to do one my services and I see they charged me 45 dollars. I called to dispute the billing and the customer service rep via the chat (who was nasty, rude, and awful) stated that her manager said that the service was 45 Only reason I signed up was due to the price that the person who sold me the service gave me of 20 dollars. I cancelled the service immediately as they did not care about honoring what was sold to me and for the fact that I was basically being called a liar Needless to say I will NEVER do business with Trugreen and I wouldn t recommend them to anyone EVER!!!!

It is a disappointment to share that I cannot recommend TruGreen (TG). We established new service this season with TG after having worked with another provider for several years and were explicit about wanting service to promptly address presence of armyworms. Today, hundreds of armyworms are active in the lawn and we were instructed that August 13th would be the earliest that they could send a technician (6 days later). For those lucky to never have had an experience with them, they can destroy an entire lawn overnight. This is unnacceptable and a central reason that we pay for these services. Part of the reason we cancelled services today (and I applied Tempo SC myself to immediately address the issue) is also due to the technician applying fertilizer (in excess?) during a stretch of low rainfall/drought. This burned multiple areas of the lawn and I had to replace with new sod the sections that were highly visible and damaged. I called the office prior to writing this note and informed them of what I would write here. I was told a manager would be in contact with me today and that they took the complaint seriously and agreed with the seriousness of the issue. I have not yet heard from them as of 5:45pm. I unfortunately cannot recommend TruGreen and will be taking over lawn restoration myself through the end of this season unfortunately.

We have used TruGreen Lawn Care service for approximately 18 months. I should have cancelled the service sooner, but thought that things would improve. Today was my breaking point with the specialist. The specialist came out to the house, said that he treated the yard. However, I watched from the window and he never got out of the truck to provide any type of service! Then he leaves his note on my door. Under the comment section he indicated that he knocked on the door to speak with me, but there was not answer and proceeded to tell me what treatment he provided. It is true that he left the note on the door, but he made NO attempt to knock on the doors and speak with me. Needless to say, I called and cancelled the service immediately.

Great service. My lawn and plants/shrubs are much better since I changed to TrueGreen. And got a free mosquitos and insects control application.

Terrible experience! Signed up for service on two houses and was disappointed in both. First, there was a discrepancy on the lot sizes. They base everything on satellite images, but for what I was needing, that was not accurate. They were supposed to send someone out to manually measure and never did. Second, my initial treatment did nothing. Both yards looked worse than when they started. Finally, I was never able to speak to someone locally, it was always a regional office. Just a bad experience.

This is the second box that I have completed for this same service date l! I watched technician spread dry fertilizer by hand today! I was amazed that he could measure 4 pounds of dry fertilizer by dispensing dry fertilizer into his hand and throw it at the plants in my yard!

I had True Green for years. The turnover in employees has increased dramatically in the past two years and my lawn looks like a field of weeds. I had to cut ties with this company after multiple efforts over many months to have the problems resolved. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I have not ever had a bad experience with any employee. Thomas B is my favorite. I have dogs and they always make sure to put my blocks back by my gates! The back yard for sepung and summer is weed free for the kids to run barefoot and not get poked and looks very good all year long!

Great service to keep your yard green and weed free.

I have used TruGreen for 6 years now and the service and product has always been great. The only reason I cant give them a 5 star is the price is a bit higher than their local competitors.

Had a few concerns the neighbors yard is getting treated instead of mine on a few occasions. The post cautions signs are posted on their yard on my scheduled service days and the service ticket summary is absent from front door as well. With both these indicators I believe they are not servicing my hard. I have also asked for some advice and recommendations for helping my distressed trees and they stated they would provide with post service ticket but did not receive ticket for tree and shrub services either. I am not if they even did it. I may have to ask the neighbor if they received my recommendations. Update - 3/8/2023 The call back to service my yard and not my neighbors resulted in the same issue. Once again my neighbors yard was service and not mine. This is very disappointing. I am looking into canceling service. I am having trouble trusting this company.

I don t even have the service. They sprayed my yard by mistake and then wouldn t even tell me what chemicals they just put on it. What a joke for a company. If that is how their customer no service acts I would never even think about being a customer.

Excellent Service

I have been with you since 2021 and as of lately the maintenance is horrible. I am paying my landscaper to come out and cut weeds instead of my grass. We have paid up front and all we ask in for proper treatment. We are paying for weed treatment and seeding and we have more weeds than a little bit. I am requesting for a supervisor to give me a call and come out to my property ASAP to see what a terrible job the employers are doing. I have requested previously to have the same technician to come to my home each time, and that was never honored. The last service we received in February my husband had to go out and stop the technician from leaving because only half of my front yard was treated. It is just getting out of control, and for the amount of money that is being paid to get less than excellent is unacceptable.

When we started a year ago we had some lawn and weeds, but wanted better. The service was supposed to provide lush grass and get rid of weeds. Trugreen was to provide a tailored lawn care plan. At least thats what the contract said. Now all I can say is we have no weeds, but we no longer have grass either. Not worth it at all and it looks worse now then before.

UPDATE: About 6 months ago I had to let TruGreen go. While the technicians were knowledgeable and professional, the continuous inoperative equipment was more than I could take.

Let me start by saying this is the first bad Google review I have ever left. This has been the worst experience with a company I have ever had. I hired Tru Green because they were referred by my neighbor Little did I know, my lawn would turned out like this. I have been a Trugreen customer for over 2 years. I called on April 20th to request a manager to call me to discuss my concerns. Several days later, there was no response from anyone. I called again on May 12th to request again. I will definitely consider finding another service provider if Trugreen doesn t do something to address this ongoing issue.

I appreciate how much better my landscaping looks! And if I ever have questions, the technicians always answer them professionally, taking the time to explain.

After 4 years of using another company after my new sod was put in and just having it look absolutely horrible I changed to trugreen because theyd done a wonderful job of my neighbors lawn. I have to tell you they did not disappoint. The price point is higher but theres a reason for that...the fact that their effect and result will be obvious not just to you but the whole community, will reveal that theyre worth every penny. I have to tell you the guys that do the lawn and shrubs are super pleasant, professional and are always ready with some good advice to help improve the health of the lawn. Just this morning I had lawn service done on my property Im Covington Georgia and the gentleman named BRADY was so good in recommending services, watering and lawn care instructions to help with a fungal issue that seems to be developing. I have to tell you I felt bad that I stopped him to bother him in the heat and he was so out of breath but nice as all hell and willing to calmly explain it all to me. A+ service. I LOVE IT!

Very disappointed with the service I received from them over the past year and a half. The final straw was when I called them Monday and asked for them to come out and access and see what they could do about all the crab grass that has popped up. After scheduling to come out Wednesday they never showed up. When I called the next day they said my account had been cancelled. I never cancelled my account but told them to just keep it cancelled. I ll find someone else!

Started service in 5/23 (weed and feed, mosquito treatment). Still had mosquitoes after each treatment. First weed and feed treatment, invoice on app said they treated but no sign on lawn or door. Also checked my security cameras which showed no one showing up at the time documented on the invoice. Started to feel cheated but gave it another chance when customer service sent someone else a couple of days later to do the service. Four services later, my lawn has more weeds, is thick in some places, thin in others, color is off in the thin areas. Some sales person texts me out of the blue saying his people had been auditing their service areas and that my lawn has fungus. I thought maybe this is true but not once on my service invoices did the tech mention this concern. I called this sales person who quoted me a price for treatment (a percentage off since I was already a customer). Im thinking that this issue should have been mentioned when the techs were doing the routin treatment. So much for taylored lawn care. I told the sales person I needed to think the offer over. He tells me he could have a tech there that day to get started. I declined and called customer services and they confirmed there was no mention of fungus in any of my invoices. I was told the text I received was from there sales dept trying to upsale. I asked the customer service tech to please have the next tech walk with me in the yard and tell me what exactly my lawn needed. Customer service told me they would put my request on the next work order which was scheduled for two days later. My son was home and ready to speak with the tech but he said no one showed up. I checked my front door camera video and saw no one servicing the lawn or knocking on the door. The invoice on the app said services were completed and they had knocked on the door. I noticed the time of service was not documented on the invoice and no mention of fungus. I have canceled the services at this time because I cant even trust they are even coming to my home. Will never use them again. I know big companies couldnt care less if they lose one customer but I thought I would give this review to be helpful to others.

Umm okay but ty for calling I m to go. 4) I get a signed Contract a) says Mr b) not my Signature 5) i needed to do split payment and he ran my second card For more than the cost. 6) Stephen says David is not his mgr, Fred is. And David must be in the call Center. Deception and Unprofessional at every angle I WILL BE CANCELING TODAY!

Stephen my Technitian did an excellent job today. I physically saw him treat my entire lawn as scheduled. Communication was appreciated as to what my needs were and what he saw to keep my lawn perfect.

Its been 6 months since starting with TG and although it has been a rocky experience *I can now say that Im actually starting to feel good about my lawn and the service Im receiving. *Correction: TG has done well with correcting bad service I may have received at no addtl charge. Try them for yourself. Your lawn will thank you.

Tru Green has been my lawn specialist for over 20 years. You have helped me financially when I was laid off by reducing my monthly bill and reorganizing my lawn treatment by changing the area covered. Whenever I have had issues with any service, you have been quick to respond and resolve the problem. I appreciate your professionalism!

Did not complete services and will not return phone calls

I used their website to try and get a quote, after putting my info I got a call from their automated system so I was impressed at how fast it was, but that is the only positive. After it connected me to a person, I started telling them about my needs and before I could even get in more than two lines he was like hold on, wait a bit. I wait about two minutes and then the guy just hangs up on me without any warning. Waited the whole day for a call back which I never got so that tells me enough about how the customer service is. I will always make sure to mention this to any and all person when they are considering professional lawn care.

I paid in full for weed, mosquito, and shrub control. The first weed application was not applied correctly, and the weeds took over my sod. I called for reapplication, and it was scheduled and canceled three times. At the last appointment, the tech said he completed the service via their app, but he never set foot on my property. I called customer service, and they confirmed that he had not been to my property. I asked to speak to a manager, and they informed me that it would take 24-48 hours for someone to call me. After one week and no call, I called back again and received the same info about leaving a message for a callback. Customer service also informed me that it would be quicker if I visited the local branch, which was inconvenient. The bottom line is this company has poor customer service, and they don t resolve issues promptly.

Had multiple occasions where they did not service the entire property and just do a little bit of the front even though Im paying for front, back, and sides of my entire property. Went to the office to confront them over the extreamly poor service and they sent a manager to my property and was told we messed up bad, offered a full refund of my service over a year and a half and now Im still waiting. Its been 3 months and nothing. Ive been to the branch multiple times and was told all we can do is send an email. Called the main number and was told I would get a response within 24 to 48 hours and nothing. So far Ive called 5 times with no call back. This has been my experience with this extreamly poor company

Just drop this company again for the second time today. They are very unreliable. I started using this company back in 2020. Ive had nothing but issues from them not coming on time. They also ruined our yard. They lied about me getting fertilizer, but intead putting down bug products. They also would come out and put the tag in our yard as if they treated it, But didnt realize we had cameras to prove they didnt.

This company has gone down the toilet. I have been a customer for about 8 years. A few weeks ago they changed my tech. The new tech has marked my service compete 4 times in four weeks and has never been to my house. I have cameras all the way around and can prove he has never been here. I have spent a total of 6 hours on the phone with no resolution. You have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes every time you call to get a person on the line. I have been promised the branch manager would call me 3 times and have not had a call back yet. They have not worked in their offices since COVID and it s sent the company downhill, has basically gone from great to absolutely terrible. I am trying to cancel and get my money back but it s been near impossible. I am going dispute my credit card and never use Trugreen again.

They did not show on 6/13/22. Rep came 6/20/22 to make up for 6/13 (when the charged stated work performed but actually never arrived as charged). On 6/20/22 the same rep came to perform the service not done. The lawn is damaged like chemical related. I requested several times to correct lawn damage. They sent the same rep that was a no show and then serviced 6/20/22 and then lawn damaged. They then sent the SAME rep to evaluate after saying someone else would come that was a senior rep. No response after a year of service with them. My lawn is watered and maintained by me to ensure a nice green lawn. No response from manager after several calls to come to repair damage. The general manager has not contacted me. It isa horrible experience.

Let me start by saying this is the first bad Google review I have ever left. This has been the worst experience with a company I have ever had. I hired Tru Green because they were a leading name in the industry. Little did I know, my lawn would look worse than it did the day I hired them. They charged me hundreds of dollars for weed treatments, trees and shrubs and so on. While they did show up for some treatments, they have NEVER treated my lawn. I had several techs that were here for other services state that they could tell themselves that the weeds were not treated. I tried to reach out the the Manager David Klingman numerous times by phone and text with no response or plan of action. While he was super responsive trying to sell me services while lying his way to a commission, once things went south he will not answer my calls nor messages sent to him. As of yesterday, I cancelled my services totally through corporate as my contact, David does not respond. They offered a free treatment of my lawn. Today at 9am someone was knocking on my door for a mosquito treatment and not a lawn treatment! This company is a complete joke! Do yourself a favor and go with a locally or family owned business in Walton County.

People has to be watched to do there job

Buyer beware. They serviced our neighbors lawn instead of ours, of course took our money since it was automatic payment and after fighting for a week they has yet to come service OUR lawn that we PAID for. We keep getting excuse after excuse and a manager will not call and talk to you. Absolutely ridiculous. I will make sure my HOA knows not to use their service. Update: they made that issue correct after a long time however today they were caught on camera pulling into my neighborhood and leaving 5 minutes later and said my lawn was done and charged my account. I have now canceled their service! There is no telling how many times they have done this prior to us putting up cameras!

Yeah seems like a bunch of people are having the same problem. Todays service consisted of the sign being placed on my lawn. None of my outside cameras caught any movement around my house. I was hone and didnt see anyone walking around the property. This season has been quite the rip off. Lawn is about ready to be ripped out completely it looks pretty terrible. Tried calling them and no one answered.

Technical showed up stuck a sign in the yard and didnt treat the lawn as contracted.

This company is terrible and the techs they have working for them do not do a good job. Their customer service reps promise you that they will do better, but the service techs do not do a good job and thats if they even come out. The service reps claim to get in contact with the local service providers but no one ever follows up. Please if you are reading this find another company or even do the job yourself, this company is not worth the hassle of what your going to have to deal with.

I have been a Trugreen customer for over 10 years. I m truly disappointed in my last two service visits. On 9/2/22 a true green specialist Shaquone came to my property to render a shrub and tree application. This specialist drove up to my property, stopped for a few second looking from inside his company vehicle. The specialist then drove off and parked in front of a neighboring property. I received a text alert from Trugreen, so I was only 3mins away from my property so I made my way to the property. Upon pulling up to my property. I noticed that I received another text that the service was completed. I thought that was impossible. There is no way that the entire property could be serviced in 3-4 minutes. As I approached my property I noticed the Trugreen truck was parked with the specialist sitting inside the truck. I asked the specialist if he treated my property. He said yes and he was now on a break. Something was definitely wrong I thought. There is no way he could have completed my service visit that quickly. He then drove off 2 minutes later. I decided to check my surveillance cameras. I located the footage which reveals that the trugreen specialist, did not in fact service my property. However, I was billed for the service. I was shocked that the specialist lied to me. I called Trugreen to report this incident. I requested for a manger to call me. 14 days later no response from a manager. On 9/15/22 I received another text from Trugreen that a lawn specialist named Henry had arrived at my property for a free lawn service call. I decided to go to the front door to greet the specialist. Upon exiting my home. I noticed no specialist was not at my property. I received another text a few minutes later stating that my service was completed. This is now the second incident that a specialist claimed to have serviced my property when in fact they didn t. I can no longer trust that Trugreen will render the service that they bill me for. I recommend that homeowners be present on their service dates or check surveillance cameras to ensure that the service is actually rendered. I will definitely consider finding another service provider, if Trugreen doesn t do something to address this on going issue.

8 years and more crab grass than ever

When I wrote my first review about Trugreen Lawn Service, they were still making an effort to make corrections when a Customer was not satisfied with their service. Well I was tired of having to call & tell them I was not satisfied with their service. Trugreen used to be a good company but no longer. Im now using Legacy Lawn Care & they make Trugreen look terrible. PLEASE! If youre using Trugreen, I know theyll disappoint you,as they did me. So when they do, try Legacy Lawn Care. You will NOT regret it.

I just started using this service. The representative was helpful and offered some good advice. The initial visit to evaluate my lawn provided needed information for the specific treatment needed. I will continue to evaluate the service.

TrueGreen does excellent lawn care and service.

Spent whole day to call them to cancel service, but no one picked up the phone. But when I called as a new customer, they picked up the phone right away, and when I told them I want to cancel service, they sent me to another line, and I had to wait for more than 3 hours with no hope. And when I called back as a new customer, they picked up the phone then hang up immediately. Can t believe what they did. So upset. I think about calling my bank to stop paying.

I am not so happy with this company. I contacted this company based on a recommendation. The service personnel came by and rang my door bell on Monday but no one was home as they knew that no one would be home. He stepped back from the door after ringing it and waited a while then went back to his truck. He came back to the door after 11 mins and put a paper on the door. There was no sign of him treating the front or back of the lawn as I have cameras every where. I have been calling them without success but as soon as I called as a new client someone was on the line in no time. On Tuesday, the agreement of payment we discussed was not what was charged, and I called someone to rectify the problem but was told that they would have the manager give me a call. I will wait to hear the outcome.

I have security cameras surrounding my home and Im being charged for pest control services that were not performed. I signed up over a years worth of fertilization and a lime treatment almost month ago and they have yet to be performed. When you call the service number the wait is over an hour, when they answer they transfer you to another person and the wait is over an hour again. The online chat function does not work, you are signed out before it is your turn in line.

They killed my lawn and they are avoiding the issues. There customer service is a nightmare and trying to talk to some at the local office has been impossible.

Their left hand doesn t know what their right hand is doing. Not responsive, no communication amongst employees of the company, not people of their word. Full of people that promise I ll take care of the problem and never do. Managers there could have a future in politics.

Great service both from their agents and their customer service people. They have been on time and professional every time they service my yard.

I always get a notification in advance that a technician is coming to my home. The technician shows up on time and performs the work efficiently every time. My yard is close to being weed-free now and I believe that all weeds will be gone by the time we have our last application.

Don t ever use them they are very unprofessional I called about my yard not being service properly several times and that their were guys that was not doing their jobs and that finally after I got a great worker by the name of Ken I don t know his last name, but I was told by Cornelius that he no longer worker that because he doesn t perform his jobs good, which I couldn t believe it because, he was the best worker I ever had. What is even more sad about this, is that his manager disclose his information to me and didn t hear any thing I had to say about him doing a good job. I cancel all 3 of my houses because this was very unprofessional for the manager and sad for an great awesome employee! Do Ever Use This Location Ever worst management ever !!

I have used this company often on and every time I use them I regret it I have mini video footage of them saying that they did my yard and they only did a partial every time I called them they would send somebody out and they would tell me that I had to pull the weeds and then they would send somebody out and then they would not do what they were supposed to do so then they cancel my service because they said that I haven t paid the problem is I m not gonna pay for a service I don t think they re doing so beware this company is a scam and they are crooks

Don t invest in this company- They killed my yard, literally brown and crunchy. Called several times and all they say is they ll reservice. The weeds have never gone away, and they won t spray close to beds, fence, or house.

My grass looks healthier and has less weeds than prior to utilizing TruGreen. It is worth the money to be able to have one less thing to worry about with home maintenance.

TruGreen is a marketing/sales company that also treats lawns. They are better at the former than the latter. Just dont.

Please be very weary when dealing with TruGreen. I originally called because I found a direct mail piece for 29.99.I called and made the appointment stating that I was very specific with only wanting a $29.99 program. I was under the understanding that after that it would be about $57 a month between 4 and 6 weeks. I was told they would be out within 7 days I never received a phone call they just showed up out of the blue. The technician knocked on our door and let us know he was there. We walked around and show him again where we wanted to have sprayed. I received my debit purchase of $87 and some change. The technician decided on his own to upcharge me and put some additional things onto my property. I did call as soon as I found out and the guy John was kind enough to credit my account. I advised them I dont ever want them out to my house again. I believe they are a scam and I believe they get you with a low price but then they tack on a bunch of charges. I will never use TruGreen again!!!

Does not live up to its promises, some techs are subpar

They are terrible of follow up. I requested to speak to a manager because they damaged my new sod that was laid down. I scheduled the aeration and seeding towards end of September well the came in August they are suppose to call 2 weeks ahead time to schedule this service they did not they came unexpected cut my internet cable service damage my brand new sod that we laid. They left debris everywhere. They are suppose leave information of who service yard that was not done. I am very angry

All my past experiences have been nothing but great, and all my lawn care needs are met without any problems at all and Im completely satisfied

This year Ive noticed a huge increase in weeds in my lawn. I have been treating my lawn on schedule for the past few years, yet this year the preemergent doesnt seem to be doing its job. Joe is the rep. in my area, he is always very friendly and helpful. I hope we can get my weed situation under control very soon.

My lawn tech was Melissa and she knew her stuff, she educated us in things for later use and how to fix some of our issues with our lawn. It meant alot to us because she had a very busy day, so kudos to her she is an asset to the company, And a rock star in my book, if she prodigy at the company i hope you as a customer get someone just like her WOOT WOOT!

Professional service and on time to appointments. The only downside to TruGreen is the amount of sales calls. Other than the sales calls their treatment works great. I have experienced great weed control and there is a noticeable different in my lawn.

This is the worst company ever!!! First their sale people are complete liars, they gave me a quote for services that did not included things he specified when I called to start services. I paid in full for a year in advance. Once I saw weeds popping up in my mulch bed, I called to complain and was then told that, that service was not included in my plan!! The sales person told me it was included in my service! I demanded that they cancel my service and issue me a refund asap. She told me she will issue a refund minus the 2 service visits, OH Hell No, they only came to my house once, and when i viewed the cameras outside my home on the day they said they came of course they had never came to my house. I DEMANDED A FULL REFUND BASED ON THE FACT THE SALES PERSON LIED TO GET ME TO PURCHASE THIS PLAN AND NOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LYING ABOUT COMING OUT TO SERVICE MY HOME!! OF COURSE THEY NEVER LET YOU SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR! SHE SAID SHE PROCESSED THE REFUND IN THE FULL AMOUNT. NEVERTHELESS I CALLED AMEX AND DISPUTED THE FULL AMOUNT.

I m not to happy with TruGreen. I ve been with TruGreen for several years and I m considering changing companies. This weekend I pulled up weeds out of my yard that filled a 30 gallon garbage bag as well as I found brown patches that is from chemical burn. When they spread chemicals they put to much in that spot causing my lawn to burn because it s so hot.

I dont dislike trugreen,if you have the same person for a while, its cool but they have a lot of turnover and if you are not home the job is not done or half done. I have cameras. And I found this to be the case. I moved into my new home, the man came knocked on the door,looked around and left like he did the job didnt do anything and had the nerve to charge. They have to come when I am going to be home.

Worst company ever.they are total scam artist. Not only that they call my phone everyday. Im sick of it.stop coming by my house stop calling my phone. You guys do awful work and everytime you call me you only make things worse.STOP IT NOW.

the rep that called me lied to me said some things would be done at no cost after I explained that I had some money issues but the services were charged anyway and the techs are nice but I have almost 2acres of land and they are always done with treatment in under 15 mins maybe they are this fast but I dont know if they doing my entire yard or not im disabled so its hard for me to watch them and see but they are really fast and dont seem to me that entire area is being treated

When I started my service I asked how the billing was done. They stated that they come out 8 times a year and it was roughly every month and a half and that they charge your card at that time. Just like everyone else, I am on a budget. They came out the first time and they charged my card. Great! They come back out 7 days later and charge my card again! NOT Great!! I called and they explained to me that they put lime down first and then come back out to put down fertilizer. Why was this not explained up front? I told them to stop my service because I was not prepared to pay the $80 twice within a weeks time. They told me that they would credit the last $80 back to my card and credit the next visit if I would remain a customer. I said ok. They never credited back anything to my card. When I called to check on why they had not credited back to my card the lady was rude and when I was trying to explain each phone call I had with them she interrupted me and I told her it was rude to interrupt while I was explaining the situation, she told me that I was interrupting her! Horrible customer service!!!! I do not recommend them and I am only giving 1 star. I dont even want to give them that!! Be Careful when starting new service!!! Ask when they will be charging your card!!!!

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Paid full price for them to treat my lawn but they only did half a job. The employee only treated my front lawn and couldnt treat the back because it was different kind of grass which I get. He told me that someone would call back to schedule but no one ever called. Finally got someone on the phone and after being told someone will come to take care of it, as of today no one has. This is the first time I used this company and itll be the last time. Btw, after treatment in front yard now i start seeing weeds popping here there. Stay away from this company
