What can I say about Kemko except in the past I have lawn services that try and sell you services I didnt need not so with Kemko. They come do what theyre suppose to do and the proof is I have a nice looking lawn and no weeds

We started using Kemko after our previous lawn company could not control the weeds in our yard. A neighbor of ours uses them and her yard always looks amazing, so we have them a call. They came out the next day, took one look at our yard and told us what they could do and how long it would take to get it under control. They did exactly what they said they were going to do! And they were less expensive too!!

My dog alerts me and barks a lot when ever someone is on the property. We found your sign laying beside the curb (unusual). This was the only indication that maybe, you had come for service. The sign could have come from a neighbors yard!

My lawn is picture perfect.

Inaccurate quote from their website that the sales manager stated it was not my fault. Sales manager gave me a different quote after the technician measured my property. I was charged way more than the original quote. I will not be using their lawn care service again. Customer service was friendly and professional.

We appreciate their service. The prices are reasonable compared to their other competitors. They are very accommodating to our needs. We ve been customers for over 15 years and 3 houses. My yard is always weed free.

I have been using Kemko for weed control and lawn fertilization for 3/4 years now. Techs are always friendly and respectful of gate closures. Overall my yard has done well throughout the bloomed season. However, I have to call them several times during that season (April-September) every year to come back and spray areas that they miss. Large areas, all along fence lines and driveway lines. There will be weeds everywhere. I say this bc I am on a yearly plan with them, meaning I don t just do it when it gets hot. They come and pre-treat several times during the colder months, and then throughout the warm months as well. There should be no weeds! About a year ago, I called and requested a manager come out and take a look at everything bc I kept having to have them come spot treat. He did come out- but boy what a winner he was. His final answer was, and I quote, well if you aren t happy, you can always go with someone else. I went with them bc of their price-it was cheaper than all the other companies I priced. You do get what you pay for. 6/10 stars.

Not pleased w/ this company at all. I just got off the phone w/ Jamie the office manager. I advised her that I was not pleased w/ my yard. I spoke w/ Rick previously. He whined like a pouty brat. He told me Kemko could not treat the area around my trees. In addition, he said I could not receive a reduced amount for the treatment. I made this request over a month ago. Jamie claims the area was not quoted in the original price. Is it price or Kemko cannot do it? Jamie hammered me about the original quote I received a year plus ago?!? I was not at home when Rick created the quote. I trusted Kemko to provide quality/relevant service. I received a rolled-up piece of paper in a plastic bag on my doorknob. Jamie spoke as if there was a clear map of areas treated at my home. There was not. Around my mailbox should be included, but this area was never treated; another reason I want to pay a reduced amount. I have been called at my business and emailed for $58! Jamie refused BUT I received an email stating they want me back w/ 50% off??? Make it make sense. Jamie & Ricks ego wont allow them to compromise. Both are receiving a paycheck. However, the company has lost a customer and may lose my neighbor who referred me. I must add, I downloaded footage of a Kemko tech missing the area he claimed he treated including around my mailbox. Rick had a problem w/ my pointing this out. I received a retreatment. The tech skipped the area again! I left it alone b/c I am busy. Part of my yard is an eyesore. Kemko is getting paid for sloppy/lazy service. The next company I use, I will ensure we are on the same page w/ what is and what is not included & I will advise them to advise their techs that I have cameras around my house. I know what is treated & what is not treated. A company w/ quality customer service should see the eyesore and say, We noticed this part of your yard has weeds. We would love to treat it for an additional price. Had that happened, I would not have wasted 30 minutes writing this review or debating w/ Jamie on the phone. It is time I cannot get back!

Kemko has been servicing our yard for a number of years. Whenever we contact them they are nothing short of professional and always do what they say they are going to do. They are willing to answer questions and come out to discuss any concerns re: to the grass with us. Very much appreciated.

Kemko is consistent with their applications for both my yard and pest prevention. The cost of their applications are pretty reasonable and seem to remain the same year over year, no crazy increases year after year.

I received Kemko lawn service from 2017 through 2023. I was pleased with the service; they did a great job! Everyone I spoke with was professional and pleasant. Kemko did not receive 5 stars due to them increasing the monthly fee without informing me. The first time this happened, I continued the service. The second time, I chose to stop my service.

We used Kemko for over 2 years and were very pleased. They were professional, polite and showed up when they said they were going to. Unfortunately the last 3 or 4 treatments have not been effective. We requested recalls and they politely showed up but our yard has continued to decline and we now have weeds all over the yard. I dont know if they changed chemicals or are having trouble getting good personnel with Covid going on, but we found a marked drop in the quality of our yard after their applications and had to cancel our service. We hope that they return to the quality of service they used to have.

Ive used 2 different services in the past. These guys do it right, my yard has NEVER looked so good. They are so professional.

I have three homes they gave me estimate for two of the homes and that took a while to get, and then said my 3rd home which is an acre wasnt enough grass. WHAT? I am just going to keep my other provider. You guys dont want the business, but they do. Doesnt even make sense that you wouldnt do the grass at 3rd home. After reading your other reviews, I see youre not any good anyways. Glad it did not work out at this point.

Fertilization and pre-emergent. I started using Kemko when I first purchased my home in 2017. I have been so pleased with this company because they are consistent and thorough in making my yard look nice. Pandemic or not, they were here as expected. No excuses like so many other have. My lawn man says all the time that he can tell who in my culdesac uses Kemko and who does not. Ive recommended 2 people to them and they signed up. I was referred to Kemko by my mom who lives in Loganville. They came out, assessed my lawn, and recommended a solid plan. What I also love is their customer service. I think I spoke to Rachel (?), she was kind, knowledgeable, and provided the info I was seeking.

The technician explained in plain English what was happening with my yard and trees. We developed a comprehensive plan of attack and he started addressing the problems right away.

Christian is service guy, hes very attentive and gives you advice on how to care for your lawn.

You have to answer the phone if you want new customers!

I have used Kemko in Loganville for a couple of years. This years weed control and customer service has been below par. I had to hand-pull about 1/2 lawn bag full of crabgrass from one section of a relatively small front yard because (a) the pre-emergent treatment was ineffective and (b) the remedial spot treatment was minimal and was not even applied to section of the yard with the most crabgrass. I initially went to the office with a sample grocery bag of about four different types of weeds. The person in the office was courteous. Unfortunately, she was not able describe their quality control process other than to say that they dont have enough people to check very yard. What I learned was that there does not appear to be a quality control process short of responding to customer complaints. I did get a voicemail from Joe who said that I had crabgrass (not mentioning the other types of weeds) and that they would spot treat the lawn before the following Monday. As I said above, the spot treatment was minimal and was no applied to the major area where needed. I left two messages for Joe after his voicemail, one at the office and one with their answering service, and neither have been returned. Since it appears I am only paying for chemical application and nothing else, I am considering DIY.

Great mosquito and pest service for a great price and less expensive than our prior service provider. Family owned and operated, with personable technicians and always customer first response.

Poor customer service. I told them not to service my lawn unless they contact me first to get the green light, they decided that they would do it without my permission, ontop of what my lawn crew had already done and then expected for me to pay them. The last time they did that, they messed up my grass horribly and for this reason I told them to call me first before servicing my lawn. Had to drop them for the second time.

I just started with Kemko about 8 months ago. I have received five lawn treatments so far. Between their work and my work with aerating and reseeding, I am seeing a noticeable difference in my lawn. I believe that they offer great service at a very fair price. They have always been very helpful when I have called them with lawn care questions. Their website offers detailed information about previous and future treatments as well as detailed payment information. They always leave written notification on days that they treat my lawn. Very pleased with the company thus far.

I am very pleased with Kemko Lawn Service, and its easy to see why they were so highly recommended to begin with. Im beginning my 3rd year with them in 2021, and I am seeing a Bermuda lawn beautifully taking shape. I began with one acre of former dairy farm prairie grass consisting of 6 different turfs 2 years ago. I found it hard to believe what the agent told me they could do with my yard .. but it was worth a try. Now I clearly see a yard that is making a magical transition to this beautiful Bermuda lawn that she referred to. I highly recommend the services of the Kemko Lawn folks, and that includes the effort they extend to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a very Good Company.

Unfortunately, we have been unhappy with their results for some time. When we decided to give them another chance, the customer service representative, Jamie Wright was absolutely awful, so at that time we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Ive used this company for over 2 years without an issue until my camera system caught the tech dropping the invoice by the door while no work was performed. If youre not going to be home to observe the work was done you should stay AWAY from this company. Cancelled contract today for lack of integrity. Too bad. Got a call from the manager and they will make this right. Reinstated contract. My lawn was re-treated at no cost today (8/30/2018). The tech did an excellent job. Im a believer again. Happy customer again.

Ive been with Kemko for the last 15 years. They are consistent with their service, if there is any questions, calls are answered quickly and resolved quickly. This summer , it was suggested that i need to spray for fungal infection on my bermuda grass .Im happy to say that its slowly coming back to life........

The same issues reoccurred, and again I was asked to submit footage from my cameras to prove the technician did not perform the work. I cancelled my account, instead. I do not want to deal with a business with employees who lack integrity. I previously requested that I be notified before any services are performed and that the technician ring the doorbell before performing lawn care. It happened for a while but then stopped, and I would just happen to notice an invoice on my door handle. I have a ring pro doorbell that rings in my home and on my cellphone, as well as records outside activity. On the visit prior to my last one, none was captured in my front yard, except for when the technician put the invoice on the handle. I wrote in my earlier post that Kemko cared little about customer service. Well, have to admit that I judged prematurely. I was contacted by an email followed by telephone calls to address my concerns. I received the calls today from Rick who actually came to my home today with Chad to perform repeat analysis of my lawn. A plan for improvement has been put in place that should provide better results. Both Rick and Chad were very professional.

Kemco is the real deal - they come to treat the lawn when they say they will, they do a thorough job, they know what to do and when to do it, theyre friendly, savvy, insightful, and very, very helpful. Were building a Bermuda Grass lawn from scratch, and Kemco is the basis of our success. I highly recommend their services.

Could not ask for anything more! I enjoy taking care of my lawn (aerate, overseed, fertilize and weed) but found myself in a losing a battle with a wild violet invasion and needed to call in the big guns. My neighbors recommended Kemko and, though I was reluctant to use a service at all, I was happy to find that they set the bar for lawn care. Their amazing results only come second to the unmatched level of customer service they provide. Service Highlights: - They always call me a day or two before they come out to make sure that the service time is convenient - I can depend on them to make sure that my fence gates are closed back so that my dogs dont get out - They send very informative emails regularly letting me know how they are treating my lawn and why. The email also includes tips for me around proper mowing height, watering needs, etc. I am happy to report that I have far more lush fescue that intrusive wild violets and I would highly recommend Kemko to anyone!

Fair price and No results. They came out twice and so far I see 0 results. My old and new weeds growing strong as a wooden nails and I cut my grass biweekly. I was not at home when they come out, and seems like they didnt do anything. I expressed my thoughts with receptionist but I got 0 reaction. I Will not recommend this company.

My yard is the best looking in the neighborhood thanks to Kemko. They were recommended to me by the former owner of my home at the closing table. I have a corner lot with lots of grass to treat. It would cost me more to buy the weed control & fertilizer than what Kemko charges. In addition I get their annual ant control which is well worth the cost. I had an awful problem with ants & they disappeared after the treatment. They are always on time & very helpful. Great value for the amount of service given.The service technician who does the application is extremely nice as are all the employees at Kemko. Thanks Kemko for a job well done.

Kemko treats my centipede lawn and it is almost weed free! Ive used Kemko for several years now, and the lawn health continues to progress. No other company wanted to treat my lawn, probably due to the minimal requirements of this grass. Kemko provides an excellent service and always offers suggestions for lawn care with each visit. I have used Kemko for the last 6 years when my lawn was in such bad shape. It is still looking great and whenever I have any questions the staff is friendly and very helpful. They have the most reasonable prices and they dont push sales on other services on you. I have recommended them to friends and they have also been extremely satisfied.

My previous company was using dry stuff all of the time, I water and mow but my lawn never looked good. I quit this winter when i got a full charge for a guy spraying my weeds for 30 seconds with one of those small hand sprayers. My neighbor dow the street uses Kemko and his lawn always looked better and he gave me their number. I have only been with Kemko since November but i am SOOOOO much happier. My onions are already dying and they seem to take more time and I love that they actually talk to me. The change in service quality was enough to make me want to write a review which is pretty rare. I hope they get some business from this, good companies should stand out.

Very unprofessional company. They dont leave any record of service provided, and when asked about it claim to have it on their records. Made false promises about removing moss with lime application and when asked about that claimed ignorance of any such capabilities. Require homeowner to do their prep work for them. Nasty and discourteous as well.

Weve been using Kemko for 11 to 12 years and have been extremely happy with our service. Their staff has always been professional and friendly. In return, we have recommended them many times and now several of our family and friends use them.

They came out the first time and weeds were still there 2 weeks later. They came out the second time and sprayed some of them and weeds were still there later. They came out the third time and charged me for the service even though the past two sprayings did not get rid of the weeds. They did not communicate to us that we would be charged for this service as the weeds were still there since the beginning. They did not let us know that the 2nd time counted as the respray even though it was not a full yard spraying. Guess what? After 3 sprayings we still have weeds. Now we have to pay someone else to get the weeds out of our yard... I would not recommend this company.

We have been using Kemko for several years and never have had any issues with them. They have always been very helpful with ways we can improve our yard. The customer service with the office and the technicians is great. It took some time but out yard looks great! Thanks Kemko!!!!!!!

We are very satisfied with our service from Kemko. We have a great young man who does our yard. They call us the day before he comes out. I think they are a great company to do business with. I think it is a great value for the money.

My experience with Kemko Lawn has been disappointing concerning the quality of service rendered. The technician will visit your lawn without notice billing me for questionable service allegedly performed. There are no contract with this company, the catch is to ensure any service performed by them you notify Kemko do not perform any service to your lawn if you are not home. I was billed for service that are questionable. I still have dandelion, foreign weeds in my lawn that were suppose to be treated monthly over a period of 3 to 4 months. Conveniently technician never notified me ahead on his his visit where each alleged treatment was conveniently done during the time I was not home. I do not recommend Kemko lawn service . My rating for Kemko Lawn service is 0.

A lot better company than all turf, and CMC why would wait 13 years to cancell your service if you are not happy. Just dont get it!!!
