They really do a super job, the only thing I would suggest is that there people just take an extra 5 minutes or so and leave the lawn free from limbs and twiggs that have fallen. An extra 4-6 minutes isnt going to kill them and it would be thast little extra touch that would go along way in the end. Kind regards, Larry

Wes put in landscape lights and drainage at our home and we love the look of them! It is a lifetime guarantee through the light company as well! There was a cut in the irrigation electrical where they worked and he made sure to make it right. He also laid sod down where they cut for the drainage. Would recommend.

With the recent heavy rain, we had severe erosion issues creating impassable conditions on our driveway. Elite Landscaping came out and retrenched the side drainage, delivered and installed large stone erosin control, which completely solved our issues. We plan to have them landscape our rear living area next

I had a long standing problem with bad erosion in my yard. Bridges Elite responded quickly and explained what was needed. They did an excellent job of building a wall and restoring my yard. Once the yard was restored a walkway was added and now I have an attractive, usable yard again.

We had Bridges do an extensive landscape in our yard including a French drain, as well as regular yard maintenance. During installation of the drain, we were advised that the pipe would be capped that connected the sprinklers in a section of our yard. However, during installation the electrical wires for our entire system were severed without our knowledge, and a pipe was broken in the process. We were not told about the electrical lines being severed to the entire sprinkler system, we would not have proceeded with the work if we knew the whole system would be rendered useless. Wes offered $100 to fix the broken pipe, assuring us that would have our system working again. Of course, it didn t, and we had to have a company come out to assess and repair the electrical damage. Wes has not offered any suggestion to rectify the situation, absolving himself of responsibility and leaving us with a hefty bill of repairing the electrical. The lack of professionalism is astounding and I truly wish we hadn t hired him. We now have to pay several hundred dollars to repair the electrical wiring to have our system repaired. I am left with a bad taste in my mouth, and would encourage anyone considering this company to reconsider. Editing to add clarity that we were told about the cap of the pipe and not having the sprinkler work in that SECTION of the yard - not that the lines would be severed and have the whole system not work. Of course we use it, our yard is almost an acre and we need the sprinkler system. Absolutely ridiculous.

I called around to many places for quotes and possible appointments and was blown off by them. I called Mr. Bridges and he picked up right away and he came out the same day to evaluate my lawn which I very much appreciated. He then got me on the schedule within 2 days and actually took time to explain everything to me. Anytime I have a question or concern he addresses it and is very polite. His workers are always nice and respectful and they dont bother me at all. They come get the job done and clean up and leave. Wes (owner) was an absolute delight to work with. Wes, was attentive to our needs to touch up our curb appeal in order to place our home on the market. Wes, remained in constant communication with my husband and I and addressed our questions as they arose which in three years weve lived out here in GA weve never experienced. Even when the ground was wet he came out to complete our project and followed up the next day. I have been using Bridges Elite Landscapes for 2 months at this point and am very satisfied with their bi-weekly lawn maintenance program. I work full time as well as run a small business and I started to neglect my yard. I use be be a do-it-yourself person for everything and laughed at people who paid for lawn service, but I could not be more excited with how my yard has turned out since they took over cutting and weeding. I highly recommend Bridges Elite Landscapes.

--Editing review to 3 stars since a $50 refund was given. I specifically asked Wes for a quote to pull/remove weeds, remove fallen branches/leaves, and to pick up any dead flowers/plants on the lawn area, pine straw area, and anywhere in the front/back yard. He came on Tuesday to do a walk through so I can show him how we wanted the yard to be cleaned and he gave a quote of $200. When he came back to do the work the following week, he didnt remove dead leaves, branches, or flowers. He said he treated/sprayed the weeds and that they would die within a week. We did not want them to be sprayed and left to die, we wanted them to be pulled and removed. He said he only pulled the big weeds and removed the big branches. Our lawn was not raked and I ended up having to pick up branches myself after he said he was done. Our yard looks no different. Usually there are 15 bags of yard debris after a yard cleanup, but there werent any bags on the back of his truck. We paid $200 for him to spray weeds and blow the leaves off our patio and driveway. It was a total waste of money and we will not be using him again. He could have just been honest during the walk through that he doesnt do the type of work we were requesting.
