This is the company my neighbor uses. Connected them several times about the cutting deep into my lawn. Sent them pictures also. This is the third time they cut deep into my property. Seems like they don’t care. Don’t recommend these people.
Disappointed! I am forced into using this company for lawn maintenance per our HOA. The basic yard work is fair. If one needs bushes trimmed or something like that, it is impossible to get calls returns or the workers to show up. They sent me a $200+ dollar invoice after not showing to do the work. They used to have a supervisor named David who would handle everything. Not anymore! Girls in the office named Susan and Jessie only want to argue instead of listen and handle any problems. Susan said the owner Steven Jamey Whitaker will not speak to any customers. Do not put too much faith / money in these folks. I’m pushing for a new landscape company instead of being bullied by these folks. We are a 55+ community and my impression and the impression of some neighbors I’ve talked to is that they will push senior citizens around as long as possible.
First time using Chelsea Gardens but knew of their good reputation. Very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Some of my shrubbery and crepe myrtles were overgrown and they have now manicured it all and I am anxious to see how beautifully it will grow out this spring. Quickly done and cleanup was great. Jeronimo and his team were excellent to work with! I went on the have them do pinestraw and my yard is beautiful!!
Our family has used this company for many years and we have just been so impressed. Their work is and has always been stellar. They come when they are supposed to which makes them very dependable. This attribute goes far in our books. So today I told my husband that instead of telling him how great I think they are that I should write a review telling others how great I know they are. They trim our hedges, mow our lawn, leaf blow away the debris and so much more. So if you are considering a good lawn service you can’t go wrong with Chelsea’s.
I can't say it enough Chelsea Gardens Landscape is the best in the business. This company has been providing excellent lawn service through my HOA for many years. The crews are exceptional. I know most of them by name. Why? Because they have been with this company that long. Dedicated employees that will go above and beyond. Chelsea Gardens Landscape is not only good at what they do, they continuously give back to our community.
Chelsea Gardens Landscape Management has been maintaining our yard for several years! They do a great job. We had a horrible yard until Chelsea Gardens took over our maintenance. The crew that comes each week is wonderful. They are polite and always go far beyond when making our yard look good. They are very careful around our pool and make sure they do not get any debris or chemicals in the pool. Their office staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. I would recommend Chelsea Gardens to anyone looking for landscaping and maintenance for your yard!
I get busy and forget to compliment but please thank the crew that maintains our yard in Windsor Creek. They always leave our lawn and shrubs in excellent condition week after week, year after year...for 15 years now! The trucks, trailers and equipment are always clean and in top shape. The crew is friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. THANK YOU Chelsea Gardens. Keep up the great work and excellent reputation you've earned.
I have worked with many landscape companies over the years. Chelsea Gardens is the best. They are full service and really know what they are doing. Their shrub trimming and care is second to none. They are timely and thorough. The crews are respectful and knowledgeable and do the job to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Their crew cut 1/3 of my lawn, and I am not a client! Mistakes happen, so I called to speak with management. The young lady was very dismissive and said the message will be passed onto the plant manager. After 4 more calls, and 2 more to the gate keeper, who would not give me her name(hung up on me), I still have not heard from them. Buyer beware because they do not care about others property. Update: Today, they made it right and was apologetic for the rude customer service. Fixed everything in the yard
We are a military family and they have been kind enough to help us during a deployment. They were quick to respond to me. They came to help with the lawn shortly after our first conversation. The yard looks wonderful! Very respectful of our property. I would highly recommend them.

Im not sure who thought it would be appropriate or necessary to pull up and cut down several of my very obvious tomato plants this past week, but it was an incredibly unprofessional move. You were marking utility lines to install a drainage pipe at my community, and the plants were nowhere near the area you were working in.
Theyve been taking care of our landscape for over 15 years. They are extremely detail oriented. They reel cut our lawn and prune the trees and bushes throughout the yard. Theyve done big jobs and small jobs for us as well.
Sorry, but I would not recommend Chelsea Gardens to anyone. We have an HOA contract with Chelsea Gardens. My personal opinion is they are a jack of all trades but a master of none. For the past 3 years I have complained about damage to pavers on my driveway and damage to a concrete seam on the sidewalk in front of my house as the result of edging. All I have gotten is excuses. On May 8th, 2019 we had two landscapers appear in our subdivision on a Wednesday. Chelsea Gardens normally works Woodberry Subdivision in Snellville on Thursday and Friday.They were there to spray Ranger(Roundup). The man that sprayed my property was supposed to be spraying for weeds in my flower beds. He took it a step further and killed out some of my Bermuda grass, some of my Zoysia grass, and killed out two of my plants. It is a sad commentary that someone is spraying supposedly for weeds but apparently does not know a weed from grass. I notified the Landscape Supervisor in person about this and I also sent an email to Chelsea Gardens about these problems. Today is 07/16/2019 and still no response from Management. It appears that Customer Service is nonexistent when there is a problem.

Chelsea Gardens has serviced my house and my Moms house for over 15 years as part of my HOA. They have done both lawn maintenance and new/design work. The quality has been great and on the rare occassion something needs to be addressed the crew and staff are always professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend Chelsea Gardens for any lawn care need.
Absolutely the best landscaping company! Been using Chelsea gardens landscaping for the past 4 years. Since I ve started with this company my yard has never looked so good. Always a professional job from week to week that now most of my Nieghborhood use them. The crew are so professional and they always take the extra time to make sure job is complete to our satisfaction weekly year round. Whenever I have questions pertaining to my yard they respond immediately to my needs with nothing but the best advice even recommending other local companies to handle the few things they don t offer. Couldnt ask for a more professional, detail oriented, expeditious, well mannered group of people that work for this company. They are obviously managed and trained very well. Equipment is top notch and well maintained. No better landscape company in the area.
The job was completed not too long ago (not even 1 month) but sadly there was a section of the landscaping where they had put down pine straw and it didn t hold up. When a job is done I expect it to last me at least 6 months since pine straws take forever to break down. The area looked like as if nothing was done. There was absolutely no pine straw visible after like 3 weeks. I called the company and left 3 messages with no return calls. I was finally able to speak with someone who said they d get with the owner and then call me back but no one called back after 2 days. It s been 2 weeks already at this point. I finally called again and was told that someone did went out to take a look at the property But that person said that pine straw does not normally hold very well for narrow strips of land (2 feet wide). I paid the company $4,000 For the landscaping and if they knew that something like that would happen then Why didn t they use another material to mulch the area?? That s their expertise and they knew. Not only did they refuse to stand behind their work and fix the problem but wanted to charge an additional fee of $40 to redo the area. I bet the material costs them like $5. Why would a company risk their reputation for $5 or $10 worth of material??? This kind of customer service is absurd.
I ve utilized their services at both my residence and at my place of employment because of their professional approach to all things landscaping. They ve maintained our company grounds over the past 5 years with precision and care, transforming the property from jungle to manicured business attire!

For the past 12 years our HOA has contradicted with CG to maintain our lawns. The board chose to change companies only due to contract pricing. Our homeowners have suffered under the new contract from another landscape company. After 4 months of very poor service our board has rehired Chelsea Gardens Landscape Management Inc and in just one visit we already see a difference. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for . Well we are thrilled to have CG back. and working to make our neighborhood the showcase we use to be. Thank you CG for taking us back and being the professional company we have been accustomed to having. Your employees are professional and caring. Thank you!
Winter Pruning??? They DESTROYED two perfectly healthy bushes....
Last night on GA 20 in Lawrenceville one of their employees driving a white lifted truck, clearly labeled with their company name on it was cutting in and out of traffic, following extremely close to other cars. He followed me for a good 1/4 mile flashing his lights from normal to bright. He quickly cut from behind me sped past me and cut me off in traffic causing me to have to swerve to keep from hitting him. As I passed him to turn left onto Rosebud Rd., I was in the turn lane waiting to turn, he rolled his window down yelling out explicatives to me. The boy (cant even call him a man) was making threats to get out of his truck and physically harm me in the roadway. Based on the experience that I had with that child last night, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone needing landscaping services. This was very unprofessional and extremely uncalled for!

I DO NOT recommend Chelsea Gardens to anyone. I had an issue with them and the way their customer service handled it is not acceptable. Instead of taking responsibility they decided to tell me it is the responsibility of someone else, that is after 3 weeks.
