Pro-Cut provides me with regular maintenance all year, and my yard always looks like a magazine. The paver-stones that were laid as a patio is a great addition to my back porch, also. Beware. The knowledge base is just not there. Lots of money and what he said he was going to do to fix the problem was not done. Request the price.I gave him 2 other jobs and only one was done properly.request in writing what the work will consist of. I will have to hire a professional to repair what they didn't do and what they did. It's to young a company to have the experience required. I hate saying this cause I know Chris. But just plain not happy nor problem corrected.Communication between owner and workers is just not there. By no means do I have you mixed up with another company.

Still waiting on the quote from the owner. Its been 3 weeks. Left messages and text. Just not good business... In response to the owner you came to my home and surveyed my property and we spoke.. This is 3 weeks after my post a total of 6 weeks no response
