I just had my lawn done. I was out of state and needed someone to squeeze me in on a pinch. This company was very responsive and did that for me despite last minute notification. They did a fantastic job and honored my request to send me pics. I really wanna thank these guys for a great job done and great business ethics. Definitely recommend!

Mr. C is great honest upfront but call him I believe certain areas he may not come out to but worth it. He does a great job with the lawn.

I contacted Cordero's Lawn Mowing mid-season, and they fit me in, which was nice. The owner was responsive, and came out to my property within a day or so. I was told that the price included mowing, weed whacking, and blowing. While this was completed in the front yard around the driveway, it was not completed around my fence in the backyard. Other harder-to-reach places (corners of the yard, around the hot tub, behind the shed, etc.) were never mowed, which was the entire reason I contacted a service in the first place, as my equipment couldn't reach those places. It seemed like they simply did the same (admittedly) poor job that I was doing, which made the price tag somewhat pointless. Still, it beat having to do it, so I figured I'd finish out the season and then worry about switching services next year. Then my fence was damaged. The metal stabilizer running along the bottom of the entire side of the fence was bent completely out of shape, destabilizing the chain link (I have dogs, so the fence is important). I sent an email explaining the damage and cancelling service. I received the following reply: "Ok not a problem. I wasn't aware of any damage to the fence" Now, I'm not expecting anyone to bow and scrape, and I understand that sometimes things just happen and that we all make mistakes, but there was no offer to discuss the damage, or even to come out and inspect the fence. Its just... bad business, and not very nice. Take my review with a grain of salt, as I'm clearly annoyed about the damage to the fence. But mostly I'm just annoyed at the response to the damage.

I can't say enough for this business. We called him well into the season after most other places were booked up and he still managed to fit us into his weekly schedule. We have a fairly big yard and he and his workers do an amazing job for a great price. We originally just needed this for this summer but I am hoping to continue using his service in the future too because of how wonderful my property looked!!

I have been using this service for almost 2 years. I can't say enough good things. This is a family-owned local business where father and sons work together to create excellent landscaping work. I and most impressed at the consistent service. They are always on time and excellent customer service. He will communicate if there is a scheduling issue and responds to texts almost immediately. I highly recommend this service and give it an A+.
