DO NOT hire Diamond Landscaping, Lockport, NY to do snow removal for you. I paid a lot of money last year, and he did a terrible job. He did not show up when he should have and left 3-4 of hard pack snow in my driveway. He also did not shovel the sidewalk as was agreed in the contract. He made a mess of my lawn - front and back, and did not come back in the spring to put new seed down. I paid over $800, and did a lot of shoveling on my own. Again, beware, do not hire him.

This is the second time we have used them. They were great. We added some last minute work and they completed without hesitation. We are very please with the results!

May of 2024 used Diamond for the second time. this job was replacing a flower bed, some bushes. Very easy to work with them on selecting replacement plants. I was very happy with the communication. I never had to chase them down to get any updates. Fair price and they kept to the timeline. I was looking for somebody to level off and reseed my front yard where a sewer line had been replaced. I wanted somebody willing to do the work as soon as the weather broke . David was incredibly flexible, kept an eye on the weather with me and as soon as we got an opening he and his crew came out and did the work. Price was good. Crew was friendly and didnt waste any time. The work was done well and they cleaned up after themselves. Im very satisfied.

Very professional, prompt, and clean work! They came and spoke with me about what I needed done, reassured me of what did and didn t need to be done. Did not try to upsell me or make me feel pressured to spend more money or do more than necessary. They did a great job.

Although there hasn t been a significant amount of snow this winter (so far), when there was a need for plowing, it was done very well. In addition, as we had requested, the porch and front walk were also cleared so we were able to enter and leave easily. On top of that, I received calls to make sure that everything was taken care of properly. I ve been very happy with the service provided by Diamond Landscape & Design.

The crew from Diamond Landscaping is exceptionally hard working. I had an enormous tree removed from my backyard which took the crew 8 hours of hard labor to complete. The crew worked just as hard at the beginning of the day as at the end and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards.

These dudes know what theyre doing. I was so freaking glad I found a professional company that did great work. You know how it is getting good people to help out. Anyway, I almost never write reviews but was very pleased at the great job they did in record time. They dont fool around. AND, did it with only about 10 feet of space between the tree and both houses. Well done guys!!

Had them do some spring clean up and trim a lot of over grown trees and bushes. David was great at answering our questions and he was always checking to make sure we were happy with the whole project. They did a wonderful job. Have already recommended him to several neighbors and friends.

I was in a situation where I was inundated with weeds and overgrowth in my garden beds. Everybody was booked solid until mid July and I couldn t wait. I called diamond landscaping and they came the next day and got it all done in one day. Very reasonable prices and the team goes out of their way to please the customer. I will be using them for my future needs.

They did a great job! This project was a nightmare with 2 previous companies and Diamond saved me. They gave me a quote on installing my retaining wall and stuck to it. David and his team were fantastic! They quickly took down our ash tree, which was damaged by the ash borer beetle, in just under 2 hours and left not a single branch behind. Were impressed by their professionalism and speed, and well gladly recommend them to any friends, family, and neighbors who need tree-cutting services.

Ghosted after paying for the season!! After scheduling for snow plowing for the rest of the 2021-2022 season and paying, no one came to plow. When I was finally able to reach David, he said he was in the hospital and would credit my payment to the 2022-2023 season. Again, no one plowed and the person answering Davids cell phone, because he again was in the hospital, ignored my first three calls because he couldnt find the contract. I requested that Mr. Diamond return my call and my payment; I have received neither.

Amazingly helpful and understanding about financial and time needs. Professional work done timely with tree cutting, gutter cleaning and roof cleaning. Very communicative about expectations, time and workflow making it very easy to schedule and get done. Will continue to use them for all their services!

Wanna thank David at Diamond Landscaping for coming over to my house to plow us out while Ive had a busy work week and was not able to get to it. He responded right away and what there within half hour and did a fantastic job.

Supposed to be here at 11, showed up at 12. 3 ppl worked ab 4 hrs, then 2 left. Little work was done by David after that. He rented a hog and just mowed things down. Including numerous things that I wanted kept. This had all been reviewed w him prior to work being done.

I had 3 trees trimmed back and removed. David and his partner did a great job. They made sure they got all the branches and more after noticing more dead branches after the initial cut. Ill use them for my yearly trimming.

Had an appointment today and he never showed. Tried to reach him and no response. Very disappointed. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

David got back to me in a timely matter about a simple flower bed in rough shape with a pest issue that I was not willing to tackle on my own. He showed up within that same week and his guy did a great job going above and beyond to resolve the pest issue and make the flower bed look great as well!

I was very pleased with the look of the yard. Had bushes and several trees removed. Gardens beds were mulched or had river stones put in.

They were able to shape and clear out the landscaping around our pool area and it looked really great, also planted a few trees. Easy to get a hold of and responds to texts and calls. Would use again!

Diamond Landscape preped and poured a 7 foot by 7 foot concrete slab, repaired a uneven end of a sidewalk, patched a hole in my retaining wall and leveled out the corner of my driveway. They did an amazing job!!!! I would definitely recommend this company for all your landscaping and concrete work.

I had a backyard that was half covered in brush with a very large oak tree and a few large pines. I had Dave and his guys cut down all the trees, remove the brush, grade, soil, and hydroseed the whole backyard. Hiring Diamond Landscape & Design out of the 5 other companies that quoted the job turned out to be a great decision. Dave and his guys were very professional and knowledgeable of the work they completed. Their customer service was top of the line. The job they did was flawless. I am more than happy with the job that was done and would recommend Diamond Landscape & Design to anybody. I look forward to working with them on future projects.

David and « D » were very respectful and professional. We ended up with a challenge where our electric service went out, not as a result of anything they did, the NYSEG said it was bound to happen as the limbs had rubbed on the line and weakened it. David called NYSEG right away got them here and I was back in service within 30-45 minutes which for me was huge as I work from home! These guys also performed messy vine removal for my next door neighbor (with his approval of course) that went up two stories and wrapped the second floor of his home. Th roots of this vine were in the gutters and on the roof as well. Additionally, the guys cleaned up all the debris from my tree trimming job and the vine trimming and took it away! Highly recommend!

We had a newly built home with no front landscape and no idea what we wanted. He worked with us to come up with ideas based on what we told him we liked. We loved his suggestions. David & Collin did an excellent job getting rid of poison ivy around my tree and also putting stone & dirt around the bottom of my house as I only have a crawl space below. They completed the job in one day. Even dealing with rain coming, they finished the job. Was very pleased and would recommend their services to anyone.
