Your drivers are terrible at their jobs

This is the 4th time this year they have tore up my lawn. Last week this is what I found! Wondering how they plan on fixing this .

5 stars for being exceptionally reasonable during parking kerfuffle at the gas station.

I am editing my post to say that their after care service is non existent. Our backyard had perfect grass but had to be leveled so we opted to have them redo it. They apparently used tainted soil, now our yard is filled with nutsedge and crab grass. Our roses have holes in the leaves and our sales person said call anytime for advice. We have made about a dozen attempts to reach them left messages each time with no response. The only reason I am giving one star is that the installation crew were very friendly and did their job, they are not responsible for what supplies they are given.

Scott Lenahan is exceptional ! He is professional, dependable, and has diverse technical skills - all excellent. His knowledge is first rate and he can think on his feet when needed.

They failed to show up twice and canceled the third time the day before they were supposed to come out. They had no problem installing our sprinkler but now that it needs to be adjusted we are outside their service area . Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go elsewhere.

AND ONCE AGAIN THEY BROKE MY PATIO LIGHT. NO NEED IN REPORTING THEY NOT GOIN TO DO NOTHIN. LIVING IN A COMPLEX SUCKS 7-12-2024. I HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEO JUST LIKE THE OTHER TIMES. I WILL CONTACT FOX 2 A NEW LAWN CARE EMPLOYEE OF THERES BROKE MY PATIO LIGHT. I CALLED TEDDYS LAWN OFFICE TO GET THE MONEY TO BUY A NEW ONE ITS ONLY $6. THEY WANT ME TO DRIVE 20MINS FOR $6 FOR SOMETHING THEY BROKE THE GUY AMMITED TO BROKIN AND APOLOGIZED. SO ITS ALL GOOD I WILL JUST BUY ANOTHER ONE. I OFFOERED TO EMAIL MY RECEIPT AND ASKED IF THEY COULD JUST MAIL A $6 CHECK.GAS IS $5.19/gal IM NOT DRIVIN FOR A $6.. I STOP IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEXSO UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE HAVE THE CHIOCE TO GET A NEW COMPANY. JUST SUCKS BECAUSE I JUST BOUGHT THE PATIO LIGHT MAY 13, 2022 AND ITS ONLY JUNE 13, 2022... Teddys lawn Care service was supposed to cut my neighbors lawn but instead they cut my lawn they cut it down to the dirt I called them and they actually they didnt care they told me well itll grow back like I said they cut it down to the dirt I would never have a lawn company do that to my house

Fantastic work. I cannot say enough good things about Miguel and his crew. Miguel kept me informed of what was happening and what the next steps were. The work was done perfectly and far above my expectations. Clean up was great. I had a drainage system and a retaining wall installed and hope to do more with this company in the future.

We got 18-24 of snow overnight and Teddy s was the only place willing to fit me in on short notice out of 10 places I called. I texted him my address to see if it would work and he got back to me shortly saying he could be there in a few minutes. He asked me where I preferred the snow to be pushed and got it done swiftly! I will definitely be reaching out to Teddy s again in the future.

Would rate 0 if I could. Almost always left my gate open and I have a dog, broke multiple light fixtures and when they denied blame, they didn t realize I had it on camera. Constantly chopped up my dogs toys that would be in the background, I can go on and on about how horrible this company is. Would never use again.

Teddys mowed my lawn and did some small landscaping. I couldnt be happier!

Had a paver patio installed. Very disappointed with the outcome. There are several problems, 1 major and several smaller. They did fix 1 problem, and were very accommodating with a size change that I made at the last minute. However, I asked for someone to come out and look at the final product and tell me that it meets their standards, but nobody has. But the major problem, they said, that its how it is. At this point I would not recommend them.

Brent contacted me directly after a scheduling mishap. He immediately addressed the issue and quickly had the service handled the next day. Mike came out and was courteous, personable and knowledgeable. He got my system up and running and answered my questions. Furthermore, he apologized for the mishap and assured me it would be handled and not happen again. I appreciated that very much. They effectively won back my business.

Teddy s installed the rock border around my backyard in May, if I d written this review then it would have been 5 stars with nothing negative to say, that s not the case a couple months later. I admittedly overpaid for the work but timing was important and they could schedule me quickly. It turns out they skimped on the landscape fabric that was supposed to keep weeds down, when weeks started to grow on the inside of the border, I pulled them and raked the rock back and found, in the areas I checked, they had left between 8 and 12 inches of dirt without fabric pretty much all along the edging so now I have weeds growing through the rock. I ll be pulling weds again when I thought I d paid to eliminate that headache. Knowing what I know now, I would have waited for another landscaper and not spent my hard-earned money on Teddy s.

Teddys does high quality work at reasonable prices. My project manager has been highly accommodating.

We had Teddy s do a new patio 2 years ago when we first moved into our cooperative. The workmanship by Jesse and crew was outstanding. The only reason this wasnt a 5 star review was the quote process was a bit disjointed due the person we were working with leaving the company in the middle of the quote. Once the job was finished numerous neighbors asked who did the work and I gladly gave them the information. Today I see that a neighbor has contracted with them to do her yard and I see that Jesse is back with his crew doing the job! Can t wait to see how it turns out, keep up the good work Jesse!

We are SUPER please at the timeliness and hard work ethic of the Teddys Lawn & Landscape crew. We got a patio built in our home in Canton in September 2023 and the communication was great, from the designer/manager Cole handling the project designs and quotes, to the team coming out and getting the whole job done in less than 4 days. They even squeezed us into their schedule the day after making our down payment because they had an opening on the schedule, showing how eager they are to serve their customers quickly and with quality. Definitely recommend and will use them again for future projects.

Hi, my mother and I tried to come to a reasonable agreement for services many times over the phone before ever posting this, but the manager will not help us! Do Not Do Business with this company!! They just do quotes over the phone without a proper estimate and overcharge residents on a fixed income! $500 for a Fall Clean Up! That is extortion to seniors. And they wanted to come out again this week to finish up would we get charged another $500 to finish it?!? Just a fair warning go to a place that s honest and will give you an estimate in writing. And I will be contacting the BBB as well, which I see that they Are NOT Accredited with them either!!!

Bit off more than he could chew in Country Place Condos

We had them come in and design the landscaping in the front and side yard. In addition they installed a trex deck and an entire outdoor kitchen grill. Almost everything they ve done has completely had to be redone within 5 years. The deck was not secured correctly and is warping and separating. We have to pay someone over $1000 to fix this. I tried to have them come back multiple times and was totally ignored. The gas grill they installed was not done to code. I have someone here now that has to totally redo the gas line to get it to code. I wouldn t recommend them for anything!

We used Teddys Lawn and Landscape to redo our front and backyard which included sod installation, landscaping, and installation of a water pipes system. From estimate to completion of work the team was extremely professional, available, on time and responsive to changing needs. They finished everything on time with a high quality work. They did not waste time and were very efficient. Totally recommended!!

Teddys did an awesome job with my pavers, hardscape, landscaping, sprinklers, and sod. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and at a good price. Cole, one of the designers, was especially responsive in making sure everything was followed up on and they came back in only 2-3 days to finish the job right when I found out the property line was further east than initially marked out. Cannot recommend this company enough, thank you!

Teddy s Lawn and Landscape did an amazing job with a project in our backyard. We struggled with that area for years to keep up with it and then met one of their employees Tracy through our daughters school and Girl Scouts. She got us set up with Burke who came out and mapped out what we were looking for and gave us an estimate. they cleaned out the area and prepped it for the next step of our vision. Everyone we encountered with Teddy s was very professional and kind.

When our lawn mower broke a few months back, I was struggling to find an affordable option for my large yard. Teddys Lawn and Landscaping was quick to give me a quote that was affordable, and they even started service that same week. Tracy, at the front desk, was friendly and helpful. Teddys has been servicing my yard for over a month now, and they are always on time, and professional. They even trimmed my weeds in my back porch for me and that was not part of the quote. Id highly recommend them.

I have used their services before and they are the best. The guys who came by today even put out my garbage. The lady who set up my service was prompt and professional and got me an appointment that worked with my schedule. My yard looks great and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend their services. They did my neighbors patio but had to drive over my lawn to get back there. I was told my lawn would be replaced the same as it was and it is not. As you can see my lawn is nice and plush what they have me is flat and not to my liking I was told by the foreman/ supervisor that that was all they had so thats what I got. If they knew they could not replace my lawn with the same quality and standard they shouldnt have 1 said they were and 2 drive over it to begin with

Teddys helped me with extensive shrub trimming & landscaping this summer. I had other Companies that didnt know how to handle the work need or even start, but Teddys crew did it and what a difference. Teddys crew are very pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. I have used them for fall clean ups and considering I have 3 Pin Oaks, a Maple, a Birch & an English Oak it is like maintaining a forrest bottom full of leaves. Always a super clean up. I highly recommend them & plan on using them for more landscaping and mulching this Spring.

Steve was a wonderful point of contact to help us obtain the right support we needed: A new landscape design, and all the fillers such as mulch, the right kind of tree, and plants! Between him and the designers we were able to get a beautiful design all our neighbors compliment. They were fast, reliable and dilligent- the team who performed the work were nothing but kind, gracious and was sure to clean any mess, leaving our property beautiful and us loving our new landscape! Highly recommend Teddys!!

The company was easy to work with. The men on the crew made sure you were happy with the work before leaving. We had on old paver patio removed and replaced. Could not be more pleased with the results.

I recently had Teddys Landscape winterize my sprinkler system and I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the service that I received. The technician was prompt and professional. Not only did the technician do an excellent job of winterizing my system, but the price was also very reasonable. I had received quotes from other companies that were significantly higher, so I was pleasantly surprised by the great value that Teddys Landscape provided. Overall, I highly recommend Teddys Landscape for any lawn care or irrigation needs. They offer top-notch service at a great price and I will definitely be using them for all of my future lawn care needs.

Rajai from Teddys was our contact, we walked through what I wanted done, he sent a quote the next day. We set a date for them to come out they took out all the old grass, leveled my lot installed the new sod with a french drain going to the back of our lot. It looks beautiful and Rajai followed up to make sure we were happy with everything. I would definitely use Teddys again for any future projects.

Teddys replaced our old retaining walls and reconstructed our front porch and walkway with pavers. Rajai did our design and was great about making adjustments as the project went through different phases. Miguel and his team were wonderful. Kept work site neat and clean. Adjusted design as needed and paid attention to the little details. End result was beautiful.

We started using Teddys a few weeks ago for lawn maintenance and couldnt be more pleased. Our crew is friendly, professional, and they do an excellent job! If you are looking for a reliable company to take care of your lawn, I definitely recommend Teddys.

Teddys landscape came out and built a beautiful paver patio for us. It was exactly what we were looking for. There is no maintenance and it looks great. Couldnt be happier! Work crew was very professional along with the design and sales people.

Teddys goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. The quality is fantastic and they are very responsive. I had about $100,000 in front and back yard landscaping done, including a new deck and stone work. I was constantly informed throughout the process and they assigned a personal manager as a point of contact for the whole project. Steve was excellent to work with and always ensured we were well taken care of.

All depends on what you use them for, lawn service is reasonable, but, Very expensive for landscaping, shrub trimming, but they do a good job trimming the bushes. 3500 for Landscaping is kinda over the top expensive.

We were pleased with the response and work from the irrigation system repair on our commercial property; and we are pleased with the resulting deck work done at our home. However what should have been completed in 2 days at our home was delayed for at least 2 months. Communication with the customer needs improvement.

I had teddys come out to level ground to put up an intex pool. After I put the pool up and everything settled, the pool is now unlevel by 6 full inches. Initially I was told they would dig and then lay sand down. To my surprise, when they did the job all they did was lay down sand. I was told it was because it was better that way. When I called with my dissatisfaction I was told You live and you learn Would not recommend. In Response to the owner - I am uploading images of the contract and email communication I had. The wording on everything certainly points to your staff coming out and digging/leveling the ground before putting sand down. While your staff did not put the pool up, it should not be off level by 6 inches when I paid for the ground to be level. The email says We will dig up and add packing sand and get the level as possible. Everything will be by hand and it will take a 1/2 day The contract says Level a 24x24 area in the backyard AND install up to 4 yards of Mason sand (The level will be the best we can do for no leveling equipment) I am not sure how this does not blatantly state that there would be some leveling before adding the sand.

The business I work for had Teddys revamp our yard, and they did an amazing job! Just check out the before and after pictures ;) Id definitely recommend them to anyone!!

At the beginning of summer 2020 we hired Teddys to install a medium size patio in our back yard. It came out so unbelievably amazing that we decided to contract them to do a huge job, including: tearing out our deck and converting it to a big patio, ripping out our driveway and doing it in pavers, making multiple pathways and more. I cannot begin to explain how amazing Teddys is. Our massive yard overhaul literally just ended. The guys left only a couple hours ago and I am so happy I rushed to leave this review. Raiji from Teddys helped us design everything, start to finish. He really took time to create designs that perfectly fit our interest and taste. He brought brick samples for us to look at, look books and more. The process was fun and exciting. We ended up hiring Teddy for 30k for this massive job. Essentially they were redoing almost our entire yard (front and back) in really nice, assorted size, patterned pavers. 30k sounds like a lot of money but being that they were doing the full tear-down and removal of our existing deck, driveway and more, we knew the price just to redo the deck alone would be 8k+ through anyone else, so 30k for everything plus removal was a great price. It did take several weeks longer than we hoped for to get the project started but we knew our home would be 2 weeks minimum, so its not a quick and easy job so it is absolutely understandable. We would rather wait and have it done right than rush them. Eduardo and Enrique were the primary masons who carried out our entire job. Eduardo is beyond outstanding. He even took the time to come and ask me if I wanted to take photos of the progress. That meant a lot to me because this was our first major home improvement. The guys were beyond respectful of our property. Far above and beyond in every way! I cant express enough how wonderful the crew is! The project did come to $800 more than we agreed to but it was well worth it. Everything far exceeds expectations. Cant wait to have Teddys back in the spring to install sod and landscape! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

Horrible experience for neighbors! My neighbor hired this company to do a large job. From the beginning, my neighbor and I both expressed concern regarding my trees that are close to the property line. After they made some jokes, they acknowledged that they would not harm the trees. Not soon after, the entire crew is in my yard, trampling the flower beds located right beside my house (12 feet away from the work area) and dumping debris on my side of the property and against one of my trees. My neighbor asked them to keep the work to his side and I put up a sign asking that the work stay on that side as well. The next day they were again dumping on my side. My neighbor had yet another conversation and put up caution tape to keep the work on his side. The next day they damaged one of my trees with their equipment! We pointed it out and put up caution tape around the tree. The next day they damaged the same tree again! It was pointed out again and I put up yet another sign pointing to the damage and my neighbor moved the caution tape two feet away from the property line towards his side. I feel that my neighbor did what he could but this company appears to have no regards for those living around their projects. I have all the damage documented and now just wait until spring to see if there is any lasting damage done.

Contractor/salesperson Steve made numerous errors, from telling my to pick brick colors from a catalogue that he knew were innaccurate colors (he later addmitted) to shameful costumer service when it came to trying to come to an amicable solution. Honestly one of the worst customer service expeirences I have had in any industry. He had no concern about fixing his error. His only concern was about recouping as much money as possible for an error that was his fault, stating that his boss was going to be after him for the money he lost on the job. As the customer, that is unfrotunately not my problem. If the contractor makes an error its not the customers job to hand over additional money (thousands of dollars) to remedy their mistake. Utliamtely ended up with the contractor, Steve yelling at me on the phone, telling me I would never see my money again, and hanging up on me. Steve then sent his crew who showed up to my half completed work site and removed all the materials and left the job. Steve never came to talk to me face to face following his blow up and withdrawal from our contract. Now I am having to prepare to take them to small claims court to try to recoup the money I will never see again. The only saving grace is that the crew of guys actually doing the work felt so bad for how I was being treated that they worked with me to remedy the problem outside of the company. Embarrasing when you have leadership so bad that your workers have to do what is right and handle a situation approriately on the side. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible contractors and salespeople, but great workers. Would highly recommend staying away form Teddys.

They did a great job on they trimming of my trees

Worked for me on a City road job. Got it done fast and made my client satisfied.

For a $50000+ project, Im disappointed. They took much longer than anticipated (and it wasnt from the rain). At one point, the owner of teddys had to come out and tell me that they under bid the job and that was the reason I kept getting pushed back and we signed an updated contract. My flowers werent suppose to have thorns (because of my children), the grasses they installed died, then died again after replacement. The Pavilion they built WITH SHINGLES they didnt want to put gutters on because they forgot to include that in their bid. The 36 inch waterfall was suppose to be a 48 inch waterfall but by then it was already installed. They stopped communicating with me towards the end all together, except to ask me for money BEFORE JOB WAS COMPLETED. The lighted feature on the waterfall broke within the first four hours of use. They had to come back out and fix it. They do fix everything they break but it is hardly worth the headache. Also, they didnt tell me that they had fixed it until after they came to get the last $150 I owed them and then never gave me a receipt. Fortunately, my cameras caught them coming and thats the only reason they could have been there. And, my three neighbors that use teddys will be using ANYONE ELSE next year for their landscaping needs. This company has forgotten what got them started. Theres so much more but you get the point. Go elsewhere for any of your landscaping needs

I would highly recommend anyone needing sod and/or irrigation work done to call Teddys. Teddys sodded our front yard this spring, 2 weeks after the job being completed the city torn up the sidewalks in front of house, in doing so cut through the sprinklers lines and tore up the new sod. After calling Teddys, they were out within a few days to repair the sprinkler system and lay new sod where needed. We also called Teddys this fall to winterize our sprinkler system and they were out within 2 days. Great quality work at a fair price, will definitely use them again.

Our experience with Teddys Lawn and Landscape was top notch from beginning to end. We wanted our old flagstone patio removed and replaced with tumbled stone pavers, a seat wall with lighting, and we hoped to have a fire ring incorporated into the design. Early in May, Jim came out, took pictures and discussed design possibilities with us. Four days later, we were presented with a rendering of our new patio that was above our expectations and under our budget estimate. We picked our material colors and set a date, hoping the job could be completed before July 4th, Jim said they would make it happen. On June 27th, Miguel and his crew arrived and had the tear out finished by mid day. We were asked for our opinion regarding some design tweaks that were required and our ideas were fully taken into account and incorporated. We were kept informed at every step. The job was completed on June 29th and everything turned out exactly as we hoped. Teddys Lawn and Landscape, Jim, and Miguel and his crew were first rate, all the way. Highly recommended

Horrible horrible horrible never go here!!! They cut youre grass in pouring rain and rip it apart! They have bad equipment and the yard looks horrible due to bad equipment!

On June 9th I had 3 yards of organic hardwood mulch installed around my shrub/flower beds. They did an awesome job, exceeded my expectations, and that is hard to accomplish since I am a perfectionist at heart. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and work ethic of Claudio and his entire crew. They all worked simultaneously in different areas like a perfectly synchronized watch, and Claudio kept a close eye on all progress. My input and preferences were considered, and followed to the letter. Yes, I will most certainly hire them again for any of my landscaping needs.

We give Teddys Landscaping the highest possible recommendation. We had a stonewall, stones and plants installed around our patio. I have started working with Daphney and I have had such a great experience. She spent a great amount of time going over the vision I have for my landscaping, she made sure that she was crystal clear on what I desired and she gave me an alternative option when a certain item was outside my budget.

Teddys does the best landscape design in the county, Hands down. The outdoor kitchen was off the hook. I never knew it would be possible to put together such a set up at that price. Check them out after you get your other quotes they will astound you. The work is absolutely done the right way so it will last for years.

Teddys just finished a large landscaping project for us and we couldnt be happier. Brent,Collin, Steve, Enrique and all their crew all did a great job working with us to make sure we were happy. The house looks beautiful and everyone was helpful, professional and very nice to deal with. We would absolutely use them again and plan to. If I could give zero stars, I would. I (a female) called to schedule an estimate to have a sprinkler system installed, and my yard graded and hydroseeded. While talking on the phone to Collin, he became aware that I had a husband and Collin requested that he be present since he would be part of the decision-making. I am fully capable of making these decisions for my family as I handle our finances, but I obliged, even though I was pretty sure had my husband called for the estimate they would not ask if I were to be part of the decision-making and be present. Regardless I was excited to get an estimate and get this project underway. Collin was able to come out the next day, which was awesome. He was very personable and told us he would write up an estimate for multiple scenarios/services and would have it to us within a week (Friday). A week came and went and I didnt hear from him, so I followed up and was told I would have it by Monday or Tuesday at the latest because he was busy with commercial bids. It is now Thursday night and two weeks since our estimate and I have heard nothing. At this point I am completely uninterested in using this company. I was made to feel like I wasnt a valuable potential client as a woman, and that as a residential customer, my business wasnt as important as a commercial customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ive used Teddys for the past 4 years cutting my lawn, they always done a great job, they have a great crew and the guys even moved the trampoline to cut. The office staff is very friendly when I have called. See you in the 2017 season.

I called them at least three times this summer to help me start up my system (just bought house last October, got their name from previous owner). They never came out. I attempted to start up on my own but now I need system winterized. When I called and explained situation, girl at sales department told me theyre done doing blowouts for season. I told her I was disgusted with their service and she simply said, OK.
