Hidden Talents Lawn and Landscape in Livonia

Did a very poor job on my lawn for most of the season. Mower was very passive aggressive and made my entire family uncomfortable. Only communicates through email even when they see you in person. Overall a bad experience and do not recommend. Ironically he told me that he will only communicate in writing even though it has been impossible to speak to him anyway outside of email except for 2 times all season. The reasoning is that because my dogs used the bathroom in the backyard as well as the 3 dog toys that were in the backyard (I counted after picking them up) that he would not mow my lawn and no longer wanted to do business with me. Overall treated as if I was done a favor even though my bill was higher than that of all my neighbours and my lawn never looked as well groomed. I rarely leave reviews on anything but this was really a bad experience that I hope you don’t have to repeat.

Update 04/24/24: Quick response from the owner was good to see. See his answer below. Emailed him my main concerns and he gave me a referral. Thank you Jason for your quick response. Called today for an estimate. The woman on the phone barely wanted to talk to me. Completely booked without a wait list. No help at all. I'm fact, she was a little rude. Horrible customer service. Will not call back. They obviously don't need any business.

Jason provides excellent, top notch service. Been with them for years and am very satisfied. We appreciate all the quality work he does for us and look forward to a long lasting relationship. Highly recommend.

Yard looked good but they didn't move any of the play structures or trampoline. The flower bed in the back and back side of the house was not even touched there was leaves and sticks all over. They said it took 4 hours but I don't see how that was even possible considering part of the yard was already raked. Left a huge piles of sticks and leaves on the side of the shed and then when I said something about they wanted to charge an addition fee to haul the stuff away and charge me extra for the time it took to clean the area so I just told them ill burn it myself, I am not going to be charged additional for something that should be included in the clean up. I just feel like it was not done 100% and now I am being charged for 4 hours worth of work and I feel it should look a lot better than how it was left.

Hiddent Talents provides consistent and reliable lawn care service. Jason and his crew do an excellent job mowing, weed whipping, and edging my property. They have been known to bring my garbage cans up to the curb and take care of branches in the yard, providing a more personal care than other companies. They also offer the option of hedge trimming and other services on weeks when the lawn does not require mowing, making them an excellent value.

I have been using Jason at Hidden Talents for 5 years now.They are the best. Customer service is a 10 ! Work looks fantastic ! I would recommend Hidden Talents to anyone for yard , lawn work and snow removable .

When I moved into my new home one of my biggest task was finding a new lawn service. Work too much to properly maintain my grass, plus my backyard is huge. I called around getting estimates that far exceeded my budget. I found Hidden Talents online requested an estimate. Price was right where I needed to be. I’m thinking to myself this service is gonna suck since they were so much cheaper than my previous quotes. I was completely wrong. Service was great!
