Ryan and his crew were amazing! We had been thinking of having trees removed and installed for years. Ryan worked with us for a year. He helped us pick the best trees for our needs. Once the decision was made, his team was working within days. After the job was complete, he checked in to make sure everything was good. If we're ever in need of more work, we would definitely call them again!
After reading the great reviews about this landscaping company, I decided to give them a try. I should have known better at the first sight of trouble. They were suppose to remove one bush in front of my garage. The bush that's in front of the window only. They removed all of the bushes as you can see in the pictures. I asked them to replace the bushes that were not suppose to be removed. They replaced the bushes with tiny flower bushes that have all died. I paid this company $2,450 against my better judgement. I charged the payment so I'm hoping the credit card company will refund the money. Ryan is a fast talker who can't deliver. Do not use this company. I have given them numerous times to rectify the situation. Every day, someone is suppose to come. It's been 1 week and no one has come yet. I have called numerous times. At this point I want a full refund. The great reviews are probably fake. Do not use this company. You will be sorry. Also, it's a waste of money.
Our landlord hired him, hopefully not paying much, as he is one of the worst lawn services available. Sprays grass in gazebos, in cars, at front doors, and doesn't blow it afterwards. If you mention something, he will be very rude, even to women, and retaliate next time he is scheduled to mow. Leave spots unmoved, refuse to even move a little cooler the wind blew in his way. Better off having some neighborhood children mow, wish we had a choice. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Prep work began on Friday. On Monday the crew Mateo & brother arrived early and the prep work was finished quickly before the sod arrived. The work was completed within hours as well as cleanup. They did a masterful job. I have recommend Ryan's Blade Runner and his crew to my neighbors and will to others. I'm looking forward to a new and beautiful lawn come spring. Ryan & crew met all my expectations. Thank you.
Initially, Ryan came out to give us a quote on our job in June. We had a lot of space to cover, and Ryan spent multiple hours while he was over thinking of the best ideas within our budget for each area. You can tell he knows a lot about landscaping techniques and what looks good in a space. His suggestions are fantastic, especially for someone like me who does not have an eye for landscaping. Even though it was a busy time of year already, he was able to get our job completed in a reasonable amount of time from the time of the initial quote. When the job was done in July, it only took 2 days to do a very large area for weeding, mulching, and other minor updates. The crew worked hard and did a fantastic job. Ryan's quotes also seem very honest and reasonable. We would definitely have Blade Runners back to do more landscaping, and will likely have them update our patio in the coming year as they also do brick work and patios.
Blade Runners was our third quote —Ryan spent so much time listening to our needs and wants and was SOOO patient when we changed our mind a few times. Ryan 100% respected our vision and budget. It was very clear within the first few minutes that this was definitely the company we wanted to work with. The crew was punctual, diligent, and respectful. Blade runners exceeded our expectations and we truly look forward to working with them in the future.
Ryan's crew was professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job of regrading and installing sod in our yard. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was finished. Ryan followed up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied with the job.I would highly recommend Blade Runners.
Ryan and crew removed old, old yews and re- landscaped the front of my house. A pleasure to work with, Ryan gave me ideas and listened to mine and the result was excellent! They did a great job, were polite and professional, cleaned up and even trimmed a tree for me at a very reasonable price. Called to get a quote to demo and install new landscaping for my front yard. They came out, walked the site, said Id have a quote in a few days and I never heard back. Very unprofessional.

They are reasonably priced and even came back the next day to redo their work (because more snow fell). Only charge half the price the second time around. Respectful, on time, dependable and did a few extras with no hesitation. I will definitely be using his services again. Thank u Dave
The front of our house had old lava rocks in the bed, and was badly overgrown with weeds. We got several quotes. They werent the cheapest (not the most expensive either). Based on their professionalism, and knowledge, we felt the would do a good job, and they absolutely delivered. The nasty old lava rocks are gone. They also helped us pick new plants for the space, and they are all lovely. The bees and butterflies are already hanging around the new plantings. We are looking forward to next year when the perennials really take hold!
We had Ryan install a paver patio in our backyard. During the process he not only listened to what we wanted but made suggestions of what he thought would work best with our space. He and his crew did a phenomenal job and we couldn t be happier with our patio. Would definitely recommend.

I recently lost the use of all 4 limbs and Blade Runners were happy to give me a good deal. THEN I GET A CALL SAYING THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HONER THERE DEAL WITH ME. WOW!!!!!! I AM COMPLETELY BLIND SIDED AND NO NOBODY TO MOW MY LAWN!!!!!!! I HATE HAVING TO FEEL SO ANGRY WHEN I AM ALREADY IN A VERY AWFUL SITUATION!!!!!!°GGRRRRRRR
Wow! Total transformation of my mom s yard in half a day! The crew was able to schedule the job on short notice (next day) to prepare the house to put up for sale. Trimmed branches, tamed the jungle by removing weeds and overgrowth, and mulched the beds. Hard working guys!
Mike and crew helped an elderly neighbor of mine and provided immediate on the spot mowing and trimming even though they were already overbooked. Hire them!

After two other companies failed to show up, I called Ryan based on the reviews I read. I was NOT disappointed! Fair price, prompt response time, and I couldn t be more pleased with the work (a few yards of dirt removal, laying and leveling a few inches of top soil, laying sod, repairing part of a paver sidewalk, and rebuilding about 10 feet of a retaining wall). I highly recommend Ryan and his crew.
When I first talked to Ryan I told him about the issues weve had with other contractors and he said he is about the customer and he proved it. He went above and beyond on our patio to make sure it was done the correct way. He did an excellent job on our lawn and landscaping! It was exactly what we wanted and the neighbors have given us compliments. We highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.
After having a so-called professional trash my property, my home was in imminent jeopardy of water and mud inundation. I called Ryan at Blade Runners and WOW! Very responsive. Ryan had a crew out the next day on an emergency basis at exactly the time due. They showed up well-equipped, in uniform, and went right to work. They removed approx. 16 yards of wet clay forming a dam along my driveway, next to my house. The following Thursday they were back, right on time and took care of the rest of my property the RIGHT way, in just a few hours. The last photo shows the completed job as it is supposed to be done. They REALLY took good care of me. I can tell you they have a customer here from now on. I highly recommend Blade Runners LLC of Livonia, MI.
We had our cement porch and front walkway torn out and replaced with pavers. Also had some landscaping done in the front yard. We are very happy with the result. We had a basic plan, but got some helpful input from Ryan as well. We spoke with several different people about our project, but were the most impressed with Ryan. He was knowledgable, helpful, and interested in what we wanted. He showed a lot of enthusiasm about the job and it was obvious that he took pride in what he does. The crew showed up first thing in the morning and worked long days. They were very accommodating and hard-working. They started and finished the job when they said they would. It looks great and we are very happy with it. We will definitely recommend Blade Runners to our friends and family. A very good experience all around!
Wow! What a service! Blade Runners came out to do my fall clean up the same day I called them. They did my gutters, leaves, lawn and edging. There was not 1 leaf left on my property. What a great job they did. My yard has never looked better. Best money I have spent! Every one of my neighbors came over to tell me how great my yard looks! Thank you Blade Runners and Ryan!
