Weve used Broken Arrow twice: once to remove an unwanted family of racoons from our attic this spring and, most recently, multiple wasp nests. I was skeptical when Steven said his initial treatment would kill wasps on contact and in the future. He was right. He also educated me on different types of wasps and their nest-building habits. Great knowledge. Steven even came back two weeks later (15 minutes earlier than scheduled and at no additional charge), for a quick follow-up and second spraying. Broken Arrow exceeded my expectations; and thats unusual these days. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

We called Broken Arrow out to spray our property since we were having issues with spiders, roaches and most pressingly, a woodpecker who likesputting holes in our cedar siding to find food. Sandra was able to get someone out the same day, 2 hours after I called. Kenneth did a wonderful job spraying both inside, outside, and under our house. He was so helpful with explaining how to mitigate woodpecker damage in the future, and we were able to easily set-up quarterly sprays with him too. Broken Arrow is the best pest company I have dealt with in the Livingston area. We used them for several properties so far and they remember each one years later. One time I asked about ant treatment and they said the most effictive ant treatment they offer needs to be rained into the soil for a few days and we were in a drought and they suggested not doing it. They could have taken my money and did whatever but they advised against it. There may be other solutions now though .

Thomas has been spraying our dock the last 4 months and I am blown away with the results. It had been over a month since I had been to our lake house and, this time of year, I was expecting to see a decrease of spider activity...but never did I imagine it would look the way it did. Virtually NO spiders. Hiring Broken Arrow to spray monthly was one of the best things we chose to do. Bravo to Broken Arrow and many thanks to Thomas!!!

Leaf cutter ants...we live in the piney forest on 3 acres. Leaf cutters are part of our world...until we had a really bad infection starting under our home February 2023... I stopped counting at 20 queens on morning. I treated them with Everything including a mixture recommend by Texas A&M. Nothing! was deterring them. Seriously all summer was spent trying to move them...I knew I couldnt go through it again. Hence I contacted Broken Arrow Pest Control mid December of 2023. Joel came out - he was clear and concise on our treatment plan. I spent less on this professional treatment then I did purchasing all those other products, my time, energy...! If you have a Leaf Cutter Ant problem like us....just call Broken Arrow - they have the treatment plan!!! Joel came back for a follow up today - we have dead mounds!!! I am thrilled!!!! I will actually try to grow a garden this year. We are now on the 90 day treatment plan to make sure these guys stay away from my garden and especially our home! These guys are great. It isnt often I leave a review but they deserve it. I use their services for quarterly general pest inside and outside. They are always early and very professional. I used Broken Arrow Pest Control about three years ago to spray yard for fleas and was well satisfied. Today I had my house sprayed for roaches/insects and the yard sprayed as precaution for fleas as summertime is here. I want to commend the office personnel for the friendly manner they answered my questions and got me scheduled for service. However, I just cant say enough good things about my technician, Chris Pratt! He is very knowledgeable and professional which is very important. But the thing that impressed me the most was his friendliness and manners. He was quite the gentleman! We originally had our house inspected with these guys when we bought our house and we were happy with how everything went so we had them come out to start a quarterly treatment, Chris Pratt came out and sprayed our shop and home inside and out. Broken Arrow s Jay Hales has gone above and beyond in the last few months in an effort to remove rodents discovered when having renovations done. He came every 2 weeks to check the traps and provided a thorough status as to his findings. He s very professional, great disposition and incredible patience with young kids. He succeeded and got the sneaky rodent! We are very grateful to Jay and Broken Arrow.

We ve signed up for their service so they come out every few months to spray because they ve always done such a great job. The techs are nice and professional and get the job done fast yet thorough. The office staff is amazing too. They always remember who I am and treat me like they ve known me forever even though I ve spoken to them a handful of times. I really love the great customer service they provide. They also set up the appointment really quickly so you don t have to wait forever. The service is really affordable and definitely worth the money.

Reasonably priced, knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and honest. I will use them again.

Technician came out was very friendly. This is the only reason i didnt give it a 1 star. We had a problem with your normal pest ( roaches, spiders and a few ants and centipedes) so we gave broken arrow a shot at killing some of these pest. $135 later we were still having problems. So i decided to try the hot shot foggers that you can get at lowes 3 for $10 and below is a picture of the roaches and spiders it killed in the bathroom alone. Take it for what its worth but i believe the foggers are the way to go. We did not see this result when using a pest control company.

Not very timely after speaking with the owner. A week late on an inspection. Tried to set me up on a quarterly basis without ever coming to my house to inspect. Then said they didn t even need to come inside or to go in the attic to inspect. Seems to me like they want a long term contract without putting in the legwork to identify any underlying or existing problems. Ed s pest control will definitely be getting my long term business.

They helped us get rid of a terrible termite issue we had on our new ranch home, and we have been using them for quarterly treatments for years now.
