Went there to purchase idler pulley for gravely zero turn mower. 4 persons behind counter ignored me. was waited on by 2 very young high school aged girls. first they pulled a spidle pulley, then said the pulley i needed wasnt in stock. have had similar issues on previous visits. this is a large and nice store with hundreds of in-stock mowers, etc.. its a shame the parts people dont know their parts.

Staff is different now. Not a fan.

Had the parts I needed, everything fit just right. Nice people to do business with. Give them a try.

Livingston lawn and garden service department I had a tractor service there and I wasnt pleased at the service tractor ran and shut off said it was fixed took it home did same thing over charge brought it back. Charged me twice for the problem that was to be diagnosed. Had to produce purse price price for the parts at another store was blower will not go to Livingston lawn service again.

They serviced my mower and did a complete check up. They only fixed what need fixing and didnt sell me anything I didnt need. Theyve had and will keep my business.

The belt came off our mower.(mower only has 36 hrs on it). my husband took the mower here. Rather than replace the belt, they put the old belt back on and then charged $100/hr for the labor!

I purchased a Husqvarna zero turn mower from Stop Equipment in Conroe, lasted barely over a year (check my review for Stop). After all the trouble and deception from Stop I took this mower to LL&G, they showed me many more problems it had. I traded it in right then for a Gravely, very happy I did. After 2 years still very satisfied with the mower and excellent customer service at Livingston Lawn and Garden. Highest regards and recommendations for this business and employees. From the moment we walked in, my husband and I were treated wonderful! We are new to the area and didn t know much about Mahindra. Jeremy Wood was very kind and knowledgeable. 2nd time ive been and i enjoy going in to get more info then i already knew and the parts are very good. They had the plugs, fuel filter, and deck pulley for mu riding mower. Wonderful people!

Be very careful dealing with these people if you are driving from out of town to look at a used piece of equipment. Even if they know you are on your way it may be sold before you get there.

I talked to Jeremy one week before I came down from Amarillo Tx. He said had a mower for sale. Told him to email me all the info. I could not believe the condition and price. Their staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment. After purchasing, the delivery called to let me know before he came to my house and the gave me a detailed lesson about using the mower. He also made sure I knew when it was to be serviced.

Took in mower & had the blade replaced & a new g4ass deflector. Got it back today & exept for some vibration when starting, it all seems good. I had bent the blade & took out the blade mount.

Deceptive and unfair business practices I ordered a part by phone and charged $350 plus tax given an available date of 1 up to 3 weeks. I was told I could pay a non refundable deposit of $100 and balance on delivery or pay the full amount. I stated I would pay the full amount but I may have to return the part and did not want to pay something that was non refundable. I did in fact find that the part in question was not the problem and called the first business day (Tuesday as they were not open Monday) to cancel the order. I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee of an unreasonable amount of $100 on a part I had not taken possession. I spoke to the manager or rather had him rudely talk over me as he stated this was their policy. I informed him that I was not given this refund information despite stating this was a possibility prior to ordering. He refused to listen (Mr Jeremy Wood) and proceeded to be insulting and rude. He informed me he wasn t concerned about my posting a negative review and hung up. I had to call back numerous times trying to get a receipt emailed to me on whatever refund they were going to issue. I still have not received an email regarding this issue. Be careful if you order parts from this company. The front counter staff were training on the job with minimal supervision which given Mr Woods response was probably not their fault. I posted on their public Facebook which they had removed so I would not trust their Facebook reviews to be accurate or true.

Best place to buy a mower and great service from some great employees..

Take my dog there for his doctor care. Saturday between 4 and 530pm there is a vet clinic. Very reasonably priced.

On March 8th 2017 my husband purchased a Gravely 52 inch zero turn lawn mower. Ziggy was terrific. He gave us outstanding product knowledge and customer service. He made sure we got the best financing options available and stayed late to make sure we understand the features of the lawn mower and that we were able to pick it up that day. I would definitely recommend this business for all of your lawn and garden needs!!!!

I brought my Gravely 2042 XL in for ignition repairs, a tune-up and oil change at 4:30PM on Wednesday March 29. LL&G called at 9:17AM on March 31 to tell me it was ready. The work that I requested was performed and done so very quickly plus the charges were reasonable. This had to be the best experience I have ever had with equipment repair and maintenance. Travis and his crew are a pleasure to do business with.
