At 1st this was an excellent service, but this summer they cane in quickly and started missing areas. I was having to clean up more beds and pull weeds myself am. Then they didn’t mow one side of my barn Ii contacted the owner and got no response. He will not use a translator to message When I asked if I need to borrow someone else’s lawn mower he told me to do what I needed to do. He’s great at taking compliments.but is not open to criticism. He’s no longer does my lawn after getting paid every month over two years. I will credit where it’s due. He did help with a tarp over my shed after the hurricane. Yet I’m still cleaning up areas he nissed in tbe yard. I borrowed a mower and spent half a day cleaning up all the weeds he missed. Many services will do a great job in the beginning. . But as they grow they get lackadaisical. At least this has been my e Prince. And are not open to advice or criticism. And although I have no problem with immigrants. I do believe they should least be willing translate their messages English. It’s no more difficult for them than me to translate to Spanish. . . For what I paid, they were maki g over $50 an hour, I can easily buy my own mower snd spend the 3 hours takes to do my yard myself and save myself the rudeness of lawn services that can create business but may not have the care, concern, or skills to keep it!
