I would give them 0 stars if I could. They hold the snow removal contract for my HOA and if they didn’t show up at all, it would make no difference. Why you ask? Because they don’t really ever show up at all, until days after snowfall that reaches our contract “trigger amounts,” and then they use the wrong equipment for the job. When they do show up to clear the sidewalks, they use day laborers with shovels that push the snow into the street, in violation of Colorado snow removal laws, or the drive pickup trucks with plow blades down our sidewalks because such a thick layer of ice has formed due to them not showing up in a timely manner to remove snow, instead opting to let the snow go through several thaw/melt cycles. Absolute joke of a company.
