I ve used Omni for 6 yrs for sprinkler installation and in 2022 used them for significant landscaping work. It s the most disappointing service experience I ve had. If you re thinking about making an investment in landscaping, use someone else. The designer Calvin created a design that couldn t be executed professionally. The time frame for the job was extended 3x what I was originally told. I had to have worked ripped out and redone because it was done poorly. I had to ask for workers to come back out 3 times to complete the job, it s still not done and I ve given up. Absolutely no pride in work done and no ambition from the company to communicate or provide even tepid customer service. The crews needed constant supervision to execute against the design - don t expect that managers will be there to do that job, it will fall on you. Update for 2024 all trees they planted died within 8 months. I alerted them, they came out and told me the trees were not dead. They are. I had to pay to get them replaced by someone else and guess what they didn t remove the cages from the trees. See photo, do not trust Omni for landscaping or trees.

Omni did an awesome job on our fences! Both look amazing! Plus, they were a great price! Definitely worth it! Very professional results, and very professionally mannered as well, they were very kind, and very helpful!

I have nothing but good things to say about Omni. I had a dirt backyard from a new build home and with 5 bids from landscapers, Omni was the only one to offer a solution to our problem. The staff at Omni are incredibly responsive, easy to work with, did a great job at a fair price and completed our job ahead of schedule! I am very happy with the service I received form Omni! I had a problem with water flowing and they were right on it and got it fixed right away. They also turneD on my sprinklers and adjusted them to spray correctly! Oscar was amazing! Highly recommend!!

Amazing! I had an earlier quote from Natures Lawn and they quoted me at $2,000 for my valve repairs. Omni was able to do the whole upgrade for $350 and was super quick. Watch out for scammers out their trying to take your money!!! Omni was such a relief. Thank you!

Omni Sprinkler has been great to work with for me and my lawn year round. They were very competitive on pricing for the sprinkler blowout last October, were on time, and attentive to doing a quality job. When I had issues with my backflow preventer a few weeks ago due to some old internal components, they sent a helpful rep out to fix the issue and get me quickly squared away. They also installed my 16 zone sprinkler system in 2017 under prior homeowners, which is how I first learned of the company. Omni did a beautiful job on our landscaping project! Our backyard is beautiful. We lost a couple of Evergreen trees over the winter. They honored their guarantee and the trees have been replaced and look wonderful. Highly, highly recommend. Professional, on time, efficient, knowledgeable, hard working and pleasant.

I dont recommend this . Customer service is disappointed(2 lady are very rude).Dont get a sprinkler blow out. Their experience is weird.

Omni was called twice for the same problem. They sent a different guy each time. Both made repairs to other parts of our system but never fixed the primary problem. Would not give any credit back to me for the last call. Talk a good game, but are expensive and don t address the real issues. I m going elsewhere.

A very micro managed company hard to work for.

We originally contacted Doug/Omni after receiving a great recommendation from our local landscape supply store. We originally brought Doug out to quote installing an irrigation system as we transitioned our backyard from xeriscape to grass. We maintained upon meeting that we wanted to mostly DIY the project. We contacted a few other companies, but no one had the confidence and expertise that Doug embodied. We could tell from the initial quoting/estimating that Omni/Doug knew what they were doing, were fairly and competitively priced, and completely knowledgeable about what was needed and best to complete this project and ensure proper watering of our new backyard. This was our first big project as homeowners, and he helped us understand why things cost what they do and help ease any anxiety we had. Lesson learned landscaping cost more than you think! We were sold, and quickly signed on with Omni for the project. Where Omni shined and went above and beyond is when we changed our mind the morning of the start of the project. Upon finishing the demo of our yard the Sunday before their start date, we realized we had to take way more dirt out to get all the rocks out. We completely messed up the grade of the yard and we were concerned if we didn t properly grade or backfill, we could cause issues and damage to our foundation. We made the decision to get Omni to do the yard. We called Omni probably 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive to tell them we would like them to do the grading, topsoil, and sod. We explained the situation. Doug and the team were super understanding of this change, and immediately contacted the team who would be doing our project. We were sent a new proposal quickly with the updates and costs. Everything was straightforward. I assumed they were going to have to reschedule us to adapt to these changes, but they did not. They were nimble and responsive and kept everything on schedule. They started and finished on time and on budget despite the changes and added work. Top quality work, too. They did not compromise quality of the work. Talk about professionalism. We couldn t believe it. The team working was so kind and friendly. They were easy to communicate with and work alongside us as we finished up some of the thing that we were still doing ourselves. We have more landscaping projects in the future, and we will continue to work with Omni when the time comes for these projects.

Doug and his crew did a great job on our yard. He was careful to give us the products we really wanted and double checked before installing our rock. The clean-up at the end of the job was thorough and professional. I will definitely use Omni again and would recommend them to anyone.

I have used them in the past for both repairs and blowout and the service was good. This year the person they sent out arrived before 8AM and was in such a big hurry he didn t wait until one zone fully emptied, knocked over one of my downspouts and didn t put the cover back on the green box. He wanted to collect $90 when he finished but I told him I would call the office to pay. Good thing I remembered to ask for a senior discount, that brought it down to $81. Hopefully this was an isolated event (maybe too many calls in one day for staff to complete) but I ll consider other options in the future.

Waited over a month for a quote from a competitor and never received it. Doug had a quote and detailed drawing in my hands within a day or two. We wanted to turn a stone filled, steeply inclined, back yard in to something we could enjoy with our two dogs. The crew worked hard despite some pretty nasty, cold weather and finished our project in no time. They installed a retaining wall, a concrete deck, artificial turf, and relocated the irrigation system, all at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend Omni!

Could not use a business that after scheduling my job with them would not call me back within three weeks ! I found a better and more responsive company who also saved me a lot of money . Negative

Scope of work was to move 5 heads and add 6. Everything was explained with a printed diagram and marked with flags. When the job was done I was surprised to see they had swapped out all my nozzles for a different system, removed a head I needed, and added a head to a zone I asked to have capped off. All liberties taken with no prior discussion or notice and charged more than had been agreed to. The tech mixed 0.4 and 0.6 per hour nozzles on the same zone, left nozzles overspraying all over my walkways, and refused to do what I had originally asked him to do. He couldnt even give me all my original nozzles back as he destroyed them. The zone will take a lot of rework now to get it right. Completely unprofessional and clueless.

Omni sent Roger out to fix all the issues with the sprinklers and he did a fantastic job. The people handling the calls at the office were also very helpful and I am a satisfied customer!

This is the second time that we have used Omni for a landscaping project. This one was much larger than the first and an incredibly important job for us given the size and scope. Our home had been rented for the past decade and our back yard was not in good shape. Dead grass, a NIGHTMARE of a broken sprinkler system, cheap and broken edging all over. We hired Omni again for this job as they did such a great job for us the first time and we trusted them. Doug with Omni was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He made multiple adjustments to our plans and even needed to completely redesign our project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end. He was always understanding and patient with us. We now have space that we are proud of. Our back yard will be where our kids will grow up, where memories with family and friends will be made, and relaxing mornings and evenings. We are in LOVE. We were extremely impressed with Omni Sprinkler and Landscaping, and the work they did for us. Everyone was here on time, and they worked hard for the entire day. They were pleasant to work with and checked details with us as they worked. The supervisor was here as they began their work, and checked in during the day, and again the following day to be sure the work was completed as designated. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Our sprinkler system was old and beyond repair. Doug came out and gave a quote. He was amazing to answer all of my questions, spent lots of time with me explaining the process and needs of my yard. I received a quote and I changed a few things, which Doug was happy to accommodate. I paid a 10% deposit and was placed on the schedule in six weeks time. Everything worked like a well oiled machine. They were always on time. Manuel was my crew leader for the install and it took three days for a sprinkler system and backyard sod. I cannot tell you how hard this crew worked! They were amazing and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Omni is extremely organized (setting up the locates with all of the utility vendors the day prior, delivering a portable bathroom for their crew and was promptly replaced once and removed when no longer needed). Our sprinkler system is beyond my expectations and works great. The day after completion, i decided to buy new plants in an area and called to ask if I could extend my drip system. Someone came out a few days later and completed this (I think it was Eric) who was professional, quick and super helpful. This company is amazing and highly recommended. An additional shout out to the office employees with scheduling, question answering and setting up for my install. Great company all around.

Oscar from Omni Sprinkler Service and Landscaping was at our home for many hours doing repairs, replacements and installing new sprinkler lines/heads for our yard. He was prompt, professional, courteous and stayed very late (until 7:30 PM) to complete the work even though I am certain he had some other personal commitment that he was supposed attend. He worked through some issues that I had presented him with when he first arrived without any frustration and completed the entire project beyond our satisfaction. I received a text update with information about Oscars expected arrival time the day of the appointment and this made my personal scheduling that day very easy. We are VERY pleased with Omni and would recommend them to anyone.

Great service! Im so happy we found Omni! We had our entire sprinkler system redone and they were in and out in less than a week! Just in time for spring! My grass has never looked better. Omni just came out today. Ive had my house for almost 4 years and have had a hard time finding a sprinkler company who understood my 50 year system. They were able to repair a few heads and figured out why it wasnt turning on. Everything works great now. My lawn is happy!

I would not recommend using their services. I made an appointment in May and they were a month out. When the date came for my appointment they sent a young man who very clearly was brand new and said he was actually a personal trainer. He was nice but nobody accompanied him and he had no training so he was not able to help with my system at all. Then I called to reschedule so someone more appropriate could come. They made an appointment for the following week. At that time they claim they showed up but the tenant who was home did not hear from them and they did not call. I would like to give a bit of leniency to this company as it is a challenging time, but customer service was absolutely terrible and a month later I am exactly where I began. I would not waste your time with them.

Doug came to our house and while he was taking measurements, he was complaining that was super busy and with 200 emails and texts that he had to respond to. He said he had bought the company just a year ago and didnt know it was going to be that much work. He promised to get back to us with a quote. A week went by and when I texted him, he asked me to send him my email again. We never heard from him again. He pretty much wasted our time. If youre busy or dont want to take our project because how small it is, say it out loud right then and there.. but dont be unprofessional and waste peoples time.

We would normally never post a review, but we felt it was warranted here as it might warn future consumers about how little Omni cares about professionalism. I called Omni personally, before sending over a handful of sprinkler repair work orders (you know, business for them, what I assumed they answer their phones for), and they confirmed they would handle the business. 5 days later, our tenants had not heard from them, so I called Omni again and the response was I spoke with my supervisor and this is not something we can do. No explanation, no phone call, no email, just complete disregard for the promise they had made. They left multiple tenants completely hanging after committing to taking on the business. We are extremely disappointed with this level of professionalism and we will not be using these guys with our over 500 doors-and growing-portfolio of residential properties.

Well - I am completely disappointed in this company. Their service has been spot-on - so much so, I tip the folks that do the work. So today, I call to have my sprinklers blown out and they tell me they are dialing back their service area. You would think - after 5 years of use they would have called me to let me know. Use technology to inform your customers - you collect all our contact information. I guess they do not know about customer service!

We had a crack in a pipe in the sprinkler valve box. We told them that when we called and they said it will be $85 to come out and that includes one hour of work but parts are extra. Turns out in the hours the guy was here no progress was made and they need to come back another day to try and fix it and charge an additional fee for the second trip. Seriously, for the $170 they want to charge me for the first visit I would expect something to have been done. The tech was nice but I dont think he knew what he was doing at all. We called other companies after hearing omni needed to come back, and charge another fee for just showing up, and the multiple other places were able to assess over the phone the whole thing likely needs to be replaced but they will come give us a free quote. (Omni did not give a free quote, just sent someone to start charging us.) The other quotes came in and the whole replacement is similar in cost to what omni is trying to charge to replace a pipe that apparently cant be replaced. The other companies all said the same thing. The work omni did by messing with the cracked pipe got dirt into the system, ended up cross threading the pipes they were messing with, and the fix they were trying for was not possible. At least, it wouldnt hold for long. Absolutely terrible experience, despite the tech with Omni actually seeming like a nice guy who was trying. He just didnt have any idea what he was doing and Omni didnt care enough to assess the issue to make sure they sent someone prepared. I cant speak to their landscaping services but for sprinklers go with anyone else. Update: I added a star because Omni did reach out to me to try and make the situation right, which I appreciated. They ended up not charging me for the lack of work and offered to come give an estimate for the work with the senior tech and owner, which showed they did want to make it right. Unfortunately the timing availability didnt work out for us to have them come back (our grass needed a very quick fix) but the owner was willing to try and work it out with me.

Omni Sprinkler Service installed a sprinkler system for our front yard and they did a wonderful job. From call to estimate to installation our sales rep was highly responsive. The installation was very professional and there was no damage to our existing lawn. They even helped me set up the panel before they left. They wanted to make sure I understood everything. I m very happy with my choice to use them. Highly recommended!!

I have never been mistreated by a business more than I was by Omni Sprinkler and Landscaping. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They came out back in October to do an estimate for sprinkler repair. Turned out it would be more work than expected and the guy told me I d have to wait until spring to get it done. So I had them come blow out the sprinklers for me. They called a week or two later saying if I got the work done then, they d give me a discount. I agreed. They came back, turned the sprinklers back on, just to tell me (yet again) that I d have to wait until spring. He blew the sprinklers out again (which they tried to charge me for). I was told they d still honor the discount when I had the work done in spring. I called in April and scheduled an appointment for May 1 to get the work done. They called me THE DAY BEFORE and said they made a mistake when scheduling, not realizing how much work it would be. They d need a full day to get it done. They said they d give me a ten percent discount (which I was already supposed to get because of the hassle in fall). They agreed to 15% so I reluctantly rescheduled for May 11. May 11 rolled around and no one from Omni had called. I called around 10am asking when they d arrive. They needed a full day after all. I was told they had a small job before me but had the majority of the day blocked out for me. At 1pm I called again. The girl said she would call and see where the tech was. I never received a call back. I called several times more with no answer and no returned call. They never showed and never even gave me the courtesy of a phone call. UNBELIEVABLE.

I have used Omni for years. They are prompt and call before they arrive. I always get a good deal on repairs and set up. I have used other services who sent kids who did not know what they were doing and paid for repairs I did not need. Omni always sends an expert who does the job right the first time.

My husband and I just moved into our first house this year. We lived in apartments prior so we never had to deal with sprinkler systems and didn t have the first clue how to repair ours when it stopped working. We found Omni online and they really were amazing. They sent someone out quickly and they had our system running in no time at all. A+ service.

They always work so hard to make sure we re happy with the way our yard looks. Our sprinkler system is always running great too. If you don t make sure things happen, they won t, or the job will not be done properly. My experience was a little below ok. Nice and hard workers, but the language barrier is prominent. If you don t speak Spanish then you will have a hard time. The contractor will be gone most of the time. The foreman might speak more English, though he won t be there everyday either. There was no professional layouts, like most companies have done. This was all done in your mind, nothing on paper, which made it really hard to imagine. It was really just up to the owner to do and create everything, no real input by the contractor. You had to be there to make sure the workers did everything you said too, otherwise the communication between you and your contractor, and the workers was vastly off. They over promised and underperformed. Wrong plants were put in, and in the wrong place. The sprinkler system wasn t adjusted after installation and they didn t even leave us with the tool to adjust the new system. Not terribly satisfied with this company, especially for the money I paid.

I had a sprinkler system installed about 4 years ago in my home, the experience was great. No issues what so ever. I moved out of state and rented my home out, I called Omni to schedule a sprinkler blow out and had the appointment for over a month. I called to find out if the sprinklers had been serviced on the day of my appointment to find out due to weather my appointment had been canceled. I asked why I wasn t informed and the woman said you received a call notification stating you needed to reschedule. I explained that I had not gotten a call, email or voicemail. She got very annoyed with me and told me that she knew for a fact I had. Her attitude was so poor and basic customer service skills were awful. I asked to speak to her manager and she informed me that she was the manager. I was amazed! A manager offering such poor customer service and a horrible attitude?? WOW! She did not give me any choice for reschedule except for Friday...which annoyed me. Having received no call, being out of state and having to work with my renters to accommodate it seemed she could of done more or at least been better at pretending my business was important. I then asked to speak to the owner, who she said wasn t in but she would have her call me when she was in. Needless to say I received no call from the owner and I have now found another company who was happy to have my business even if it wasn t installing a new system. Omni Sprinkler Service is great to work with. They provide efficient service and great communication. They have provided sprinkler winterization and spring and turn on service at my home. They arrived promptly and were friendly.

We had a old sprinkler system on a well that we had to manually turn on and off and change the zones manually. We were told years ago that because the sprinkler is on a well manually was the only way we could do a sprinkler. Omni was able to hook up the sprinkler, still on the well, to a timer with several zones. It is so nice to watch my water come on automatically in the morning. We will be using them again to add more zones and get better coverage. Excellent customer service!

Very efficient tech

We moved into our new house less than one year ago, and the yard needs a ton of work. The sprinkler system was all mixed up, and the Omni team came out right away last summer to check out the entire system and get it up and running properly. We had them out again this spring to turn on the system and check all the zones. They replaced a couple heads and got the system working exactly how we wanted/expected. The technicians they employ are experts in their field, very polite, and a pleasure to work with. Their follow up and general customer service is extraordinary, and Omni will always be our first choice and first recommendation for sprinkler and landscaping services.

The staff were wonderful to work with. The install was done in a a really nice time. We originally were scheduled about a month and a half out and I asked if we could try and get it done sooner, they gave us a call when they were able to fit us in on a Saturday, a month before the scheduled date. We would definitely recommend using this company for sprinkler install.

We ran out of time during his first visit and have scheduled another appointment for him to come out to finish revising our system so that it works more efficiently.

Omni put in our sprinkling system in the yard and in the garden. They also laid sod for us and did some other landscaping that looks very good. The garden the sprinkler system was not laid in a way that allowed for the garden to be tilled. Unfortunately due to employee changes it took about a month to get our concern addressed. Finally I spoke with Gayle and she made an appointment within a week to have it fixed. Will, the technician, a great asset to this company, came out. He thought he was going to replace the sprinkler heads but we needed the lines moved from the middle of garden. Being unwilling to leave without doing the job he dug out the lines where needed and reset them around the edges of the garden. It was one of the hottest days we ve had this summer but he stuck with it. I can now give this company a much better rating thanks in large part to Will. The sod has been great and I have very much enjoyed the design layout for and dog run and area around our 4 person swing.

Mike, from Omni, took the time to not only adjust all of my sprinkler heads, but also replaced some that needed to be larger. He even dug one out and moved it so the spray would hit the corner of the lot better. This was in 95 degree weather. I couldn t be happier with their service.

Oh gosh, this place is such a mess. I called in two weeks ago and asked about whether they do maintenance work on yards and was told yes. We scheduled for someone to come out to do an estimate and he never showed up. We called the office and they said they didn t know where he was but offered to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following week. Phil showed up and I started to go through the maintenance work that we were looking for. He responds, we don t do maintenance work right now, but we plan on starting next year. I was obviously annoyed at this point that I had wasted two days to make sure I was home for their estimate, which didn t happen either time. For some reason my fiancé decided to give them a third chance when we realized one of our sprinklers broke a few days later. We called and scheduled for them to come out and Ryan even took the day off (again!) to be there. The company no showedd AGAIN. When he called the front desk they had the same story as last time that he wasn t answering his phone and they didn t know what happened. We are confused why this company has such great ratings but we had horrible experiences with them THREE times.

Omni worked with us 2 years ago. We wanted to have sprinklers installed on two sections of our property, a fairly large paver stone patio, a water feature, stairs going from our side yard to front garden and a pathway to the back area. We are on a well which required some extra work to connect to the system. Their quote for the job was higher then we anticipated but they worked with us to make it more affordable without having to compromise too much on what we wanted. It was a hard job on hard and uneven ground and they did a great job. Some glitches along the way were taken care of right away and to our satisfaction. Since installation we have had three seasonal turn ons and two turn offs that happened without a hitch. They let me ask as many questions as I wanted and always had a good response in explaining their work and why they were doing it. We had other vendors give us bids but we really liked the Omni people and how they related to us. We will use them for our downstairs patio installation next spring. Everything doesn t go perfect when having these type of jobs done but Omni did provide us with good service and took care of the issues. The products they used are good and appear to be holding out most satisfactorily.

We are so pleased with our sprinkling system refresh from Omni Sprinkler Service and Landscaping! We had a hodge-podge of solutions in the non-grass areas that completely wrap around our backyard, plus a small hill and pond in the middle of the patio area from drips to emitters to sprayers mixed all together on each of three zones. We were constantly adjusting and repairing things, and it never quite worked the way we wanted, plus the lines kept showing through the bark since we didn t bury them. It was a mess. We were looking for a good sprinkler company to fix it, when lo and behold, we won the Home & Garden Show drawing for service from Omni Sprinkler Service and Landscaping! They came out and completely redid all three zones for us, replacing all the old crud. We now have a zone dedicated to our vegetable garden (now we can water it and nothing else whenever it s looking a bit wilted), plus two zones of in-the-ground pop-up sprinklers to water the rest of the non-grass plantings. No unsightly water lines snaking around, or stray spray heads sticking up here and there just our beautiful yard. It was way beyond what we could have done ourselves, with trenched lines and deep pop-up sprinkler heads. They also made some improvements on a fourth zone that was pretty much working but had a few issues, and they moved three sprinkler heads in the front lawn. The work team was very professional they took care to prevent dirt dug from the trenches getting in the grass areas or burying any plants, and they were very careful around plantings that were in the work area. They cleaned up everything beautifully, and re-mulched in areas that had been disturbed. While we did have some miscommunications initially, Omni was very responsive to the concerns we voiced and addressed them in full. We would definitely recommend this quality company.

I have used Omni for several years. In fact before Omni when they were part of Deans. They have always been fair in their treatment of me. I continue to use them primarily for shutting off my extensive sprinkler system and for any needed repairs. They are always on time and perform careful work which they complete promptly. On the most recent call for repairs, they quickly diagnosed the root problem which had shut off one head and cut one root. (the tree is doing well) Last year the tech was new to me so I showed him how to work my system. This year he returned again and this made it even easier. I will continue to use them and I find the office personnel are friendly and helpful also.

Omni promptly responded to our request for a sprinkler system install estimate. During our initial meeting, I was provided with several options at different prices. They fully explained the components to be used. Once I decided which way to go, Omni was able to schedule the installation quickly, during a period of somewhat nice weather. The equipment they use to pull the underground line disturbs the soil and existing grass as little as possible (no huge trenches, though there are obviously some unavoidable signs of grass trauma). They took only 3 days to complete a full install on a 1/3 acre lot, including some additional landscaping we requested. They gave me a brief tutorial on how it worked, then offered to come back to start it up when the weather warmed up (which they did this week). They provided a hand-drawn layout of the sprinkler heads, and followed up with a computer generated layout, which was much clearer. Weve only fired it up one morning, as we couldnt wait to see it in action, but it appeared to work great. The control box is located in our garage and is pretty user friendly. All of the heads (rotary and pop-up) work great and supply excellent coverage. As with any contractor, you may find some construction debris floating around, but they did an acceptable job with cleanup. I also like that all of the trucks at my house were labelled with the company logo. It looked more professional than having 8 random cars with subcontractors. When I called with questions, I received a response as promptly as is reasonable. We are thinking of having a paver patio installed in the future and will look to Omni first.

Omni Sprinkler was fantastic. They arrived between the window they had said they would arrive. The only thing that was inconvenient was that the window they provided was 4 hours so I had to sit at home for a while unsure of when they would get to me. The technician Shaun was great. He knew exactly where everything should be around the house since I did not know and he would have been in and out in 10 minutes had it not been for one of the sprinkler heads being buried under the new sidewalk put in. Nonetheless, Shaun took the time to find the buried sprinkler head and was able to fix the issue. Overall, great service!

We used Omni for several services - sprinkler repair, general clean up/lawn rejuvination and a new concrete walkway and patio. They were awesome to work with! I enjoyed and trusted everyone who was here and they went out of their way to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. When the concrete came out a funny color (because it unexpectedly snowed and the color powder stayed on too long) they came up with a variety of solutions and made sure we were happy and thrilled with the end product. Their prices were excellent - not bottom of the barrel, but not the highest either. They were extremely reasonable for their service level. I cant recommend them highly enough!!!

I had an appointment to meet their salesperson at 3pm Friday. They explained to me that Omni had a minimum of $2500. I said that is fine as my budget was around $3000-$3500. So at 1:30 the sales guy called me & said he was on his way over but wanted me to explain to him exactly what I wanted done because his company didnt like him to be spending his time on small projects. I told him that I arranged my day to meet him at 3pm, not 1:30 & that the office told me my size project was ok. I told him that the reason I wanted to meet is to get his professional opinion as to what can be done within my budget, but he didnt like that idea, & wanted me to explain over the phone what I wanted to do. I told him to forget it & hung up. I called the office & they seemed sorry that this happened, & wanted to keep the appointment. I told them I was not interested in meeting their sales guy after it was obvious that he wasnt interested in my size of job, but I was told that there was no one else to meet me to day & to reschedule. Rescheduling was very inconvenient for me, & again she said she was sorry, but there was nothing she could do. I didnt even get the courtesy of a manager or owner to talk with me. Be very careful with contracting with Omni as they apparently only want large projects. I hadnt told them that I have many rental properties as well as my own home that need landscaping work and if they did a good job & would have many more for them down the road. Ill be sure to advise anyone I talk to about Omnis small project problem. Randall Agazio

Ive used several contractors before to blow out our sprinkler system, getting to show up and not waste my time is half the battle. Omni and Dave Cohen are by the most responsive, affordable, and helpful landscape contractor weve used.

Decided to redo my front yard - new sprinkler system, new sod, and new plantings - and also needed to replace a damaged valve on the sprinkler system in our back yard. Called around to get quotes from a number of contractors. Omni was not the cheapest, but they were the most responsive and seemed the most professional so we chose them. David Cohen did our estimate, and he was very thorough and very happy to talk over all of the details with us. In the time between accepting their bid and the start of work, David put together a list and suggested layout of the plantings. He did not mind at all when we went back and forth several times until we got exactly what we wanted. He also sent someone out to fix the back yard valve ahead of the scheduled work for the front yard. The crew that did the work on the front yard was very professional, finished the job on schedule, and gave us a new front yard that looks great. I would happily hire Omni again because they really did treat me with respect and really gave me the impression that their main priority was to make me - the customer - happy.

Wont be using Omni to replace our sprinkler system! I had a bad experience with Tim. I took a half-day off work, which isnt easy to do, to meet with Tim who came out to give us an estimate to do some repair work on our sprinklers. After Tim came out, a week went by and no one got back to me with a quote, so I called Omni. Someone then emailed me a quote which was around $700 to get our current sprinkler system repaired. I was really looking forward to getting this done, and booked the soonest available appointment which was a month out. Tim was the one who came out to do the repair work, again my husband had to take off a half-day of work to be there with him. But once Tim got out there, he said they couldnt do the repair work for $700, and that we would need entire new sprinkler system. While that may be true, I wish he wouldve told us this from the beginning, and not wasted both mine and my husbands time. Very unorganized and inefficient. We chose to go with a landscaping services that places a higher value on their customers time.

Omni has been great with our sprinkler system! We got a new system installed 3 years ago and they have been great with our turn ons and blow outs each year. This week I needed some heads replaced and a leak fixed and the guy that came out was very knowledgeable and fixed it. I signed up for the service plan and scheduled my blow out with the office. Would def recommend them!

Had someone come to estimate a job, and that was fine. The problem here was we had to call after 4 days of hearing nothing only to be told they dont do jobs under 2500. Thats fine, but for as long as these guys have been around, doesnt take a genius to realize they job we were asking them to do was under 2500. Gave them a 1 because I couldnt figure out how to give a 0. Worst customer service experience Ive ever had and Ive been in a Walmart before, so no, that statement isnt a mistake. I set an appointment for this past saturday and they call me back two days later and cancel the appointment. They inform me that they can move the appointment to Tuesday, so I say ok, you know what no big deal its not an emergency. So Tuesday at noon a guy by the name of Tim calls me and is very helpful, very informative, and tells me 4pm today, I say ok, youre sure 4pm and he confirms yes (Note, i made sure to reiterate that to Tim because its important). So Tim tells me his guy will be there. So I leave work early to meet the repairman and 4:14pm rolls around and I call Tim back and ask him if someone is still coming? he says he will check and call me back, he calls me back at 4:32pm and says yes someone will be out at 6:30pm, so I said you know what I left work early because you told me 4pm, I wouldnt have cared if you had told me 6:30 before, and his response is I didnt tell you to leave work early however in all actuality Tim you did whether you realize it or not, so I said forget it because I would rather lose money leaking out of my sprinkler system then deal with Omni Sprinkler ever again. Never again.

Weve had multiple issues with Omni, and are finally done giving them our business. We had them tear out and lay a new driveway earlier this year. They laid a tarp over the top of the cement as it dried and it caused the coloring to change to an orange-ish/yellow color. We basically had tiger stripes in our driveway. When asking them to fix this, it took them over 2 months to finally come out and correct their mistake, and they corrected this by laying a thin coat over the driveway (I cant wait until it cracks). At the same time of the driveway, they treated our lawn. Only issue, they didnt do what we had agreed to have them do. All they did was lay seed, and called it good. We never got that issue corrected. Finally, today we had scheduled a sprinkler blow out. We thought wed give them one last chance since they installed our sprinklers. They gave us a 4 hour window for this, which I took the time to be home for. No one showed, no one called, and I have wasted 4 hours of my work day. Needless to say, we are done with Omni. We gave them multiple chances and they failed practically every time.

Omni sprinkler was great. Doug Charlie (we pretty much demanded his card!) was very helpful and gave us great tips about lawn care. This will be our new go to yard service place.

Talked with David Cohen and Jordan LaGrone in the summer of 2014 requesting an estimate for sprinkler, sod and a new cement patio. I was impressed with the time David took talking to me about my plans, challenges and options. He also measured exactly and hand drew what the plan was. He was very good at offering alternatives. In early march 2015 i contacted David again and made plans to move forward. During the landscaping the crew was very professional and on time. Everything that was quoted was done correctly. Minor changes and issues were dealt with right away by David, Jordan and the landscaping crew. 2 months in we are very happy with our new back yard and looking forward to a summer on our new cement patio and backyard.

We had a very positive experience with David and his crew from Omni. David helped us to design an irrigation system to meet our needs and our budget and was very helpful when our budget changed and we needed to regroup. Daniel came out (after a phone call an hour after our scheduled appointment time) to estimate a pretty large project. He was very friendly and so we thought great! He said he would email us an estimate. He came out on a Saturday. I waited a week and still no estimate. I called and of course he wasnt in. The young lady I spoke with assured me he would call when he was back in about a half hour. No call. I waited another week and called again. Spoke with another woman who, once again, assured me he would call me back. No call. I called again almost 2 weeks later, spoke with the same nice young woman and she stated he was gone but i will make sure he calls you tomorrow. I am so fed up that i just said never mind and i will look elsewhere. Very unprofessional. The office staff is super nice but taking almost a month to get a simple estimate and being promised phone calls and not getting them returned is just poor business and customer service. Very disappointed in this experience.

Everyone seemed really nice. They came out for a bid and showed us many nice photos of their work and brainstormed with us. After about two weeks they replied to set a time to go over the bid/plans. I emailed and called to connect with them but did not receive a reply. After about a week of waiting we gave up and decided to go with another company. I dislike having to chase someone to give them work. I hope their current and future customers receive better customer service. I realize landscapers spend a lot of time in the field but better communication could have secured us as a client along with a positive review.

Deans installed a hardscape, lawn, sprinkler system, and a retaining wall. We worked together on the design and they really listened to our desires and concerns. They installed everything in good time, and adjusted items when we had concerns or minor alterations. They did a great job and were very happy with the work they did. Recently Tim came to trouble shoot our sprinkler system and was very courteous and very helpful.

We were very disappointed with our service from Deans Sprinklers. They installed and serviced a sprinkler system at my mothers house. We learned today that there was water leaking into our neighbors property and going under their foundation. Our first priority is to have the sprinklers adjusted so this does not keep happening. My mother called them to come out and they said they could not be there for 5 days. Then they called me and said that they did not want to come out and get involved in any situation that could have a potential lawsuit. When I spoke with them they said my mom (who is elderly) was inept at describing the problem, however she described it perfectly. We were calling in an expert to learn why it was leaking into the other property and what we needed to do about it. I am very disappointed that Deans Sprinkler Service would not help us rectify this problem. I called Mile High Sprinkler and they said they could be there within 2 hours. Deans did not stand behind their products and gave us very poor service.

I want to start by saying that I do not normally write reviews. However, our experience with Deans was so bad, that I felt compelled to do so. I would also like to point out that won $5,000 in free landscaping from them from the home and garden show in Denver and that is the only reason we went with them at all. The $5k is really where it started. Sounds like a great deal and that it was all easy street from there, right? Wrong. So we met with their landscape designer (Myles) and the first meeting went really well. We told him what we were looking for. Pretty simple. We wanted a quote for a stamped concrete patio, a lawn with a sprinkler system, edging and river rock along the fence, and a cedar fence with a run of 36. He took notes and later scheduled a follow up meeting where he would show us a design mock-up and a quote. We got the quote and it was a bit more than we expected: $13,000. So we trimmed it down by about $7000. Thats when things started to go a little downhill. E-mails were responded to more slowly. We finally met to pick out the colors for our patio and scheduled an install date. Just before the date, we changed our minds regarding the patio. We decided that we wanted regular concrete vs stamped, since the cost was the same for a larger patio. After some emails back and forth, they agreed to make the change without charging us a cancellation fee since weather had already made them cancel the original order anyway. So the installation day comes and the team gets to work on everything. They couldnt get their rototiller working, so they just raked some amendment on top of the clay. The sod was left with gaps, weeds and unadjusted sprinkler heads until I was able to get them to adjust them. The concrete should have been postponed since it was so unseasonably hot out, but they delivered and got to work anyway. At first, it looked OK going in, but after they were done and I watched it dry, my satisfaction continued to drop. It was uneven in color, in texture and in application. The stairs had lips at the kick. There were dents, and it wasnt all broomed the same. The color was different in spots because they had to keep watering parts of it to work. Since it s not perfectly flat and has low spots, water pools on it near the steps. Emails were responded to in a few days when I would receive a very brief email (this was how it was from the moment the patio was laid. To get a timely response, I would have to have the main office track him down and call me). They came out to look at it and determined that they could rip it out or just knock $300 off of the bill. We agreed to $500, since after seeing how they deal with concrete, there was no chance that I was going to take a gamble that it would turn out worse. This is what happens when you have landscaping people (and not concrete professionals) install concrete. To say we are unhappy with the patio would be an understatement. This ended in May. We have since agree upon a final price, but have not yet received the final breakdown of the bill, despite having already paid. Also, because of the crazy rain we received, the soil underneath the patio sunk because it wasnt properly compacted, so I spent a few hours over the weekend packing it with concrete to fill in the void (which was 3+ inches in spots). I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. We received decent service in the beginning and were excited, but we feel like after they realized they werent going to make any money off of us (because they were so expensive on every aspect of the project) that they just didnt care, and we got their backup crew for the installation and thats why weve had the issues we have had. As it is, Im very unhappy with the service and quality of installation. If I had to pay full price (throwing the $5000 out the window), I would be absolutely livid.

Deans installed a sprinker system at my elderly Mothers house as promised, with minimal fuss and without drama. A few days ago, I asked them to come back and set up a drip line. One of their service staff (Robin) did so and went far above the service agreed upon and checked out the entire system making several adjustments as needed. He patiently and respectfully explained everything to my mother and sister in very accessable terms. In this day and age where everything is just a point and click away, that kind of customer service has become rare. This review is just to note that it is still appreciated.
