Needed a couple sprinkler valves replaced. Heard of Robert via another repair company that was book through the end of the year. Mr. Miller came out repaired replace the two bad valves, found an additional and replaced that as well. Well priced and very knowledgeable. Will use him again.
I had a different experience than everyone else. Robert took my call and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. He showed up the next day on time and fixed the backflow. I will be using him again. He never asked if I used him before. We are a new and happy customer.
a few years ago Robert came to service our system. he put his information sticker over the top of the sticker in our garage for another company. Over the last few years I've called for service and he says no. Today he said he wasn't taking any new customers. I said we weren't new. He gets the address and says he will come, but is furious that I'm not there even though my tenant is. I called him and he rudely told me that he gets paid directly after service, not 30 days later, and he has never serviced this house before and said he isn't taking new customers. I reminded him that we aren't new and this is our rental. He said he wouldn't do it and hung up. He then told my tenant that landlords are usually jerks anyway and texted me that, "my customers call me every year not every 3 years". I had called every year, it just took 3 years to get an appointment! I will never call again, I can assure you.
Rude and demeaning. I asked a simple question, and he gave a lecture about how important he is and to find someone else.
I've had Bill Miller blow-out my sprinklers every year for the past 5 years. Today I called to get this year's blow-out scheduled and he refused. Claims he's too busy. Bye bye Bill, I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.
I will show up on time. I have 38 years experience. I read some of the bad reviews and I remember these people. I am in business to earn a living. I do not work for free. Then they shop for the cheapest service and call back to cancel the appointment. If you want great service you are going to pay for it. I will explain to you the pros and cons of good water usage. How to program a controller, best sprinkler heads to use so there is no wasted water. If you want to really save on water usage I highly recommend using a Rachio WiFi Sprinkler Controllers and use Hunter MP Rotator Nozzles. Wifi sprinkler controllers is the greatest technology available. They communicate with a Weather Station near by which in turn gives programming information to the controller for proper precipitation the day of watering. It is awesome technology and it is affordable. Many water districts are giving 50% rebates for using WiFi controllers. I am personable, and polite, and if you need additional help I will answer my phone and you can speak with me directly. If you have to leave a voice mail I will try to call promptly. I have over 1000 customers who are satisfied and call me for service year after year and many times per year. Start up and shut down. I have systems that I service that cover up to an acre of turf and have zero problems year after year. I think it is time to retire from this awesome career. My current customers beg me to stay on one more year. Who can they trust to give them great service and trust when they are not home. I am the most honest trust worthy person you will ever meet.
