Great service by Jason. My lawn has improved greatly in the past year. TruGreen cares about my lawn and their customer service has improved over the past 2 years.

Daniel S. Did a great job this morning treating my lawn; even though the conditions werent the best, he still pushed through.

Jeanna asked me if I had any concerns. She advised me on wintertime lawn management and explained the treatments applied. She is an excellent technician.

If it wasn t for Jeanna I would ve already canceled my service with TruGreen. She is always very professional and courteous i unlike the previous Technicians that have been here. I m also extremely disappointed with the fact that TruGreen s customer service Representatives and Technicians are not on the same page because they both give me conflicting information on numerous times. I am not happy that TruGreen has not been able to eliminate the many weeds in my lawn. I have lost faith in their ability and have given up on them!

4th service for mosquito treatment, and not a single one has been performed as promised. one of them has been a retreat and still wasnt done properly. no contacts to talk to, and no one seems to care about it. if I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND. find someone else.

Trugreen has been treating my lawn fir 2 years. It has gotten worse each month. They said theyd refund this past year if it didnt get better. They lied. Ive sent several emails and texts to them about this and get no responses. They have totally ruined my yard. It was the best in the neighborhood now its the worst. Im the only one in the neighborhood that waters every day but it seems like a lost cause.

Been with company for long time and husband is not happy with service of spraying or killing weeds.

Guy came out and left and did not perform service and said he did.tried to reschedule on a day that fits my schedule to be home never showed up.and the service has already been paid for.the Guy name Daniel has a bad attitude.

Their service manager came in to evaluate our lawn, and told us that our account will be put on hold and we wont be charged for them to come in and remove the weeds. But we were charged $81.41 today and told that we dont put account on holds when I called TruGreen...seriously?

I was looking for a quote on the website, didnt like services and prices and next day, without advance notice, a technician knocked my door. I think that is very dare, because I didnt request any lawn service.

I was just on the website because I wanted to see the what kind of service they provide and how much it cost but in order to know the price you have to type down your address and phone number. Like I said, I was just checking the prices and I neverd set and appointment and this morning one their employees was in my park way to offer an inspection a price. That was very unprofessional to use my information and appear out of nowhere to try to sell me a service that I never requested. I dont want to see any of you again trespassing on my property again without my permission

They charge me for a year instead of a month on 3/22/24 with 658.63. I called then back that day. I received a confirmation email saying I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days. I never got my refund. I called them back on Monday 4/1/24 because the days were over. They said that it is pending, but everything is on schedule. The person was very short with me as if I was the problem. I called back on 4/3/24, and now they tell me the refund was in the system incorrectly, and It will be an additional 3-5 days. Why did you not tell me that when I call on Monday instead of having an attitude? GIVE ME MY MONEY!! I ask to speak to a supervisor, and they said I cant. I asked for the supervisors name and they refused. I asked for a number to file a complain and nothing. I still do not have my money or even a way to complain. FOR THAT REASON I WILL HAVE TO GO ON EVERY SITE AND TALK ABOUT IT UNTIL ME MONEY IS RETURNED.

Good service without having to worry about scheduling. They do a thorough spraying for weeds.

I cannot tell you how Thankful that we discovered TRUGEEEN! Their employee, Jeanna is so very professional. She always shows up with a smile. The whole time she talks to me she is all smiles. You can tell she is passionate about her job and is very knowledgeable. She always makes sure that I have no questions and she remembers things from our last visit. Constant solicitation in North Little Rock. There are no licensed peddlers approved in North Little Rock.

I use the TruGreen sprinkler service. The technician that came to my house was friendly, and professional. He got my system winterized in short order, and gave me some good tips for next spring. The service was outstanding, and Im looking forward to adding in more services this coming year. Alas, after that experience it went downhill. Their lawn care people wouldnt stop pestering me multiple times a week. I called, asked them to stop, and for about 1 month they did. Then the calls again. Ive cancelled all their services. Harassment was just too much.

Dwayne was very helpful and extremely polite. He identified several issues with weeds in our lawn. He not applied the necessary chemicals to kill the weeds, he made recommendations on how to control and possibly eliminate future issues. Dwayne is an asset to the company and I would recommend him for you lawn care needs.

We experienced 3-inch of rain fall the day of our first application, noticed large amounts of run-off of water running through the yard. Now unfortunately we are not sure if the application was effectively; evenly distributed in the process. Can you please assure us the quality of application we paid for was applied properly. Great job, thoroughly treated both the front and back yards, even hit a hornets nest the tech noticed but I did not! Friendly, knowledgeable tech, and alot less mosquito bites in the first month than the 6 months I spent with another companys service. Very happy so far!

I love the text notification and the map on where they are. Helps me to do what I need to do to accommodate them.. Im just ready for my lawn to look good as they indicate.

Do not even think about contacting this company unless you want to deal with their endless phone calls and harassment. Inquired into one of their services and they will not stop harassing me with phone calls despite requesting to be removed from their call list multiple times. I have received 4 calls before noon (edit, got two more by 1:30) after saying I wasn t interested in service and requesting to be removed from call list during the first call. This is after talking to them yesterday and saying I am still price shopping and I d let them know.

Every time someone comes out to my property they look around and leave. I had a lady come to my home this week. Look around in my windows to see if someone was home and jumped in her tru greeen truck and left. Never sprayed my backyard or even opened the gate. This has happened with multiple try green reps. I have one on camera fake like he was doing the job and never sprayed a thing in my yard. I ll never use this company again. Wish I could rate it 0 stars

Customer service is nearly non-existent

I ve had nothing but issues ever since I switched to Truegreen. Typically it involves not spraying the entire yard or leaving ruts as they drive across. This time it s a technician walking across the top of my handrail and jumping off, instead of simply walking down the steps. It s what you d expect from a child, except my children know better.

Great job on our lawn. We will continue to use them.

They came the first day it was raining they had to return to do a part of the yard they missed well they still didn t and didn t do the treatment that was missed they have been nothing but problems starting with the first service. They can before the schedule date and charge my card before the schedule date and didn t give me the discount.

Unauthorized charges and the reps are incredibly rude on the phone.

Id have given 0 stars if it was an option. Services arent even low quality - its a scam. Half the time they dont even step on your lawn, but pretend they do. I was already suspicious before reading some of the reviews, but after viewing my security cam footage, I was sure. I cant believe how theyre even in business with the amount of BBB complaints they have. Stay away.

We have had services that are paid for in full not completed, but the technicians leave behind statements that the service had been done. Monday we supposedly got mosquito treatment. Tonight we have mosquitos all over the place. I never heard the fogging equipment running while the technician was present. Earlier in July, we were supposedly treated for insects on our Crepe Myrtles. Discovered aphids and white fungus within days. Appointment was rescheduled 3 times until August 1. That was when he came to retreat bushes and mosquito treatment. Seems to me they only do have the work and leave paperwork stating otherwise. I should at least get a refund for nonservice.

I tried using these guy. First they came and sprayed my yard 30 before it rained when they say wait a couple hours before water to let chemicals set in. I paid them for that and they promised me a fee spray and never came back. They came to aerate my yard and I told them to wait til spring time. They charged my bank account for a service I never got and made my account over draft. I did get paid back for that but They promised yet another free service that never happened. And now I just got called from a debt collector about a fee I have already paid. The communication and service is poor would not recommend.

Literally a scam. Dont engage with this company unless you want to have to spend hours dealing with a run around if there are any issues with your service. You can find many more locally owned reputable folks to deal with.

I purchased the bug and mosquitoe package this past summer when they had a sale on them for mosquitoe awareness week. Unfortunately, I wish I never did. They took my money, and they came out here and sprayed something. Not idea if they ever even did because I was never home, just had to take there word on it. I dont know if they ever did because the spray never worked. They came out a couple times and I called them to come out for the free sprays they offer a couple times. So within 3 months, they came out 4 times, 2 of which were free. I called them to cancel because not only was the spray not working, they were blaming me yard for not holding the spray which was causing it not to stick. This made no sense to me because the company LITERALLY is a yard company that ONLY works on yards. To me, it seems like fraud and a scam. I called after 3 months wanting my month back and they told me that I can get my last 2 sprays back. I told them that the package was 5 sprays, only 2 were used, and none of them worked. They ended up saying that the 3rd spray they did will be comped and will get my money back for that. So in the end, I still paid for 2 sprays that did absolutely nothing. In fact if anything made life worse since every time I opened my door, about 5 new mosquitoes flew into my house. This company is a sham, scam, and fraud. I still lost about $200 for them to absolutely do nothing. I will NEVER be doing business with them and I will never recommend this company to anyone. I will do the opposite and tell everyone I can to not use them due to high prices and terrible services. Absolute joke of a company.

The yard specialist knew to the weeds in my yard and explained how some would die due to the treatment and some would dies due to an increase in temperature.

Just bought a house and found out that TruGreen serviced this property so we continued the services. Been having issues, a different tech comes to treat yard and leave no recommendations, left my gate open twice. One time they left it open after I had a stroke and my dog got out and I had to chase my dog down. I believe that I am on the wrong treatment plan but TruGreen wont send anyone knowledgeable out to property to ensure that we are on the right plan to service my needs. I have called on several occasions and issues not resolved. No callbacks. They just send a different tech and then charge me. In the process of canceling but they always try to resolve and it never works out because nobody is listening. I am so over them! See pics

The technicians completely missed a fungus developing on our front lawn. What started as a minor problem was not addressed when we asked about it and now it has nearly killed our lawn. Very disappointing.

Update: I m leaving the 1 star rating. The TruGreen supervisor was supposed to call me within 48 hours and failed to do so. This is what to expect with this TruGreen. The service rep claimed they tried calling a 501 area code to reach me, but that isn t my number and the service rep has no idea why they called it. The service rep Rain, mission # 129603, cancelled my service on 5/29. Good riddance. Read what happened below. Original incident: The technician, Brandon H, pulled up to my house, sitting on 0.43 acres, at 3:02pm (before getting out his equipment) and left my house at 3:07pm (after putting up his equipment) to apply weed treatment. This was faster than TruGreen in Los Angeles when I had a yard of 7500 sqft, so I knew something wasnt right. I was working from home and watched as Brandon H completely skipped my side yards and back yard. I figured something was up and decided to watch him because my last treatment was also Brandon H and was only 10 mins (3:330pm-3:43pm). Well I was proven right, they are skipping 3/4 of my yard. Not sure about the other technicians, but Brandon H is not recommended. I called TruGreen to complain and I am supposed to hear from his Supervisor Justin W in the next 48 hours. I will update this review after I have spoken with the Supervisor. Right now they are pretty much stealing money from me, since I am definitely not getting what was paid for. I may not keep the service here in the Little Rock area, since Im not sure if I can trust them to do their job. Again, TruGreen in Los Angeles was awesome, expected the same here, but am disappointed.

Fertilized my shrubs and a tree; shrub has several dead spots and all the leaves on the tree have died. They were green before they were sprayed. The person I spoke to said it wasn t dead but sure looks like it. I asked to speak to a manager three times, they said they had escalated it but they never called.

TruGreen lives up to their promise to make it right. We have had some issues where our Trees and Shrubs and Lawn retreated. That is making it right for us. Yesterday, Aaron (our favorite Service Tech) arrived. Aaron is easy to work with, knowledgeable and diligent about his service treatment. He does an excellent job. The truck Aaron was using was great. Using this truck allowed Aaron the ability to treat not only the Trees and Shrubs but the lawn as well. It was a great change and made the whole process seamless. I have been a Trugreen customer for over 7 years. I had questions concerning my lawn care and have attempted almost daily over the last couple of weeks to have someone either call or contact me in person. My efforts have been unsuccessful so at this point I am strongly considering canceling my service. Extremely poor customer service.

I wish i could post pictures of the way my lawn looks. TruGreen has been coming through all spring and summer to spray and nothing happens other than them charging me and my yard looking like trash. Huge gaping holes where grass doesnt grow. Its a pathetic situation at best.

Last Friday I received a text indicating I was receiving a lime treatment and the technician was at my home. I walked around the house looking for them and found the truck sitting on the road about 450 feet from my property. 14 minutes later I receive a text indicating my service was complete! They never got out of the truck! To make matters worse, my credit card was pinged within an hour. Have tried for five days to get someone to call me! I will be taking this to the Attorney Generals Office as I have photos and video. Makes me wonder if my yard has ever actually been treated.

This local office is relentless. I dropped their services 2 years ago due to them telling me they would treat a bare patch of grass in my yard (which they termed a fungus) and re-establish the grass in that area. the grass growth in that area never happened. Whatever they applied to my yard basically just killed the weeds, and the fungus persisted. Over the last two years, I have had at least 6 different individuals from the local TruGreen office call me, wanting me to give them another chance. I blocked them from calling me on my phone. Somehow, they got through again, and I told them as late as 2-7-20, that I would not be using them as I was using another company/individual. I again blocked their number. I Cant recommend them for weed control/ fertilizer or any type of lawn care. I obtained services from a private individual who had started his own lawn care business. My yard never looked better.

Worst company ever. They will charge you full price and treat half your lawn. Do not use this dishonest scam of a company! They treated only my front yard 3 separate times and said it was completely treated. Theft and horrible customer service!

I don t recommend this company. My personal experience with Tru Green is awful. I normally don t get involved in reviews but this time is critical.. I sign up for lawn maintenance. However after the third application to my yard I still have same exact weeds. The funny thing there are in the same location in my yard. I m beginning to wonder what or if they providing the service to my house. RUN!!! Please read other reviews that don t review back yard! I want out of my contacts!

Samual Schalchlin treated my lawn yesterday. He was very through and did an excellent job. He devoted the time it takes to do a nice job and fulfilled a special request to walk with a backpack spayer and shoot some weeds i couldnt seem to irraticate. I appreciate it. I would like to be assigned to Sam or future treatments.

When technician comes out uses spray bottle to spritz one bush. Then puts tag in door saying used gallons. Needless to say treatments do absolutely nothing to stop mosquitoes. Weve called numerous times to cancel, still someone comes back out to spritz again, call again, same thing someone again comes out. Even with cancellation number, they do this all while sending you bills for service you did not request. Their services stink, they do not do what they say will do, they do not use the amount of chemicals they say they sprayed, they do not listen to complaints and do not abide by cancellation of service. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone, go with mosquitoe Joe or someone else do NOT use this company.

Terrible service-we ve had weeds in our lawn all summer with no resolution. After calling four times over a two month period with no change, we canceled service.

Courteous people; that go out of their way to help and assist in servicing your lawn.

TruGreen is finally making their work evident. I definitely feel that I am indebted to Chance Collier with whom I talked before the repeat weed control was done. Many of the weedy grasses are beginning to die and I have hopes that others that hang in there (or were missed) will follow. I had been greatly disappointed to have more weeds than ever after contracting with your company, but Chance assured me that he would see to it that effective control would be done. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK and THANK YOU.
