I've been using Fairway Lawn for 3 years now. My technician is always friendly, responsive to my calls, questions but most important, he ensures he contacts me before service so I can ensure my dogs are secure from the chemicals. When I am gone, He treats my pets as though they are his. The Company has also been respective to my military service and medical issues. Fairway Lawns is just a good lawn service who I have never had any issues with.

I've been using the services of Fairway Lawn since the summer of 2023. At first, I was really happy with their service in the first year. Their Google reviews were great when I first came across them. However, this year, in 2024, I've been disappointed with their services. That's why I'm leaving this comment. You might wonder why I had a positive comment last year. Well, shouldn't a company deliver what they promise for the money? It's their responsibility, after all. And this year, they didn't meet those expectations. First and foremost, Fairway Lawn's Google review average this year dropped to 3.9. So, they have failed to satisfy many of their customers this year. If you read the negative reviews from the past few months, you'll see that others have experienced the same issues as me. So, what I'm sharing is not just my personal experience; others have had similar negative experiences too. We pay a significant amount of money to Fairway Lawn and expect good service. Unfortunately, all through the summer, my garden was overrun with weeds. I've shared my concerns with them multiple times, but there hasn't been any improvement. My neighbor across the street takes care of his garden himself and has a beautifully green lawn. Even though I'm paying for professional services, I haven't been able to achieve the same results. When I brought this up with Fairway Lawn, they suggested that I ensure sufficient watering and regular mowing. Last spring and summer, we had plenty of rain, and I mowed my lawn regularly every 5 days. However, the results didn't change. My lawn never turned out as green as my neighbor's, who didn't receive any professional services. Interestingly, when I stopped using the service in August and relied on the rain, my lawn turned a lovely shade of green. It makes me wonder if the chemicals they used were hindering its growth, although I cannot be certain. What made me terminate my contract with Fairway Lawn was when the person who came to spray my garden left after only two minutes. Yes, the individual sprayed the entire garden and disappeared after just two minutes. Of course, that's not possible! After I informed them, they returned about a week later and sprayed the garden for a proper duration. After 4-5 days, I examined the garden and found various weeds and fungi still present. In that scorching weather, the plants should have absorbed the chemical and died immediately, but they didn't. So, I contacted Fairway Lawn to express my dissatisfaction and informed them that I no longer wanted to continue with their services. A few days later, I received a bill for $120 from them. I called them 4-5 times to explain the situation, express my dissatisfaction, and share my strange experiences. Each time, they assured me that they would investigate and get back to me, but they never did. Suddenly, out of the blue, I received a letter from a collection agency demanding $120. Not only did this huge company fail to provide the service they were supposed to, but now they were also pursuing payment for a service they couldn't deliver. Paying $120 is not a problem for me. I just went ahead and paid it. However, I hope that this honest comment of mine is worth more than $120. Lastly, the last time I called their customer service, the person who initially listened to me for a long time and said they would look into it and get back to me suddenly changed their tone when they realized who I was. They asked me to stay on the line unnecessarily, and I eventually got bored and hung up. To sum it up, I cannot recommend Fairway Lawn.
I have several large commercial properties that Chris is currently taking care of. His communication with me is excellent and he’s always willing to help anyway he can. I would definitely recommend him and Fairway Lawns. Below is a before and after of a problem area.
My yard has never looked better since using Fairway. What is also critical is they work hard at addressing any concerns or issues I feel I’m having with my lawn. I appreciate the “no hassle” working relationship.
We have used Fairway Lawns for over 16 years for lawn treatments. Their prices are reasonable and our lawn always looks great in the spring and summer with no weeds. They provide excellent customer service and I highly recommend them.
I would not recommend their service. I had been with them for over 10 years and this year was the worst. When they serviced my lawn they used poor or down graded products that did not even affect my weeds. The last tech that came in last week was caught on my camera not even spraying the entire front lawn and was is such a hurry he was gone I just a few minutes and left no lawn sign. Called office for supervisor, two hours later spoke with him and told him of my demise even sent him the videos. It’s been four days now no one has returned my calls to even try and work out solution to my problem. All I ask that they come back and spray the rest of my front lawn. Today I am paying the bill and canceling my services.
I would not recommend using Fairway Lawns. I had beautiful green grass before using Fairway Lawns, but I had a few weeds beginning to come in so I began service with Fairway on 6/1/23. After a year of using Fairway, they have completely killed all of my grass and this is now what it looks like (May 2024). It took weeks of the manager “checking notes” to get a response and finally they admitted they didn’t test appropriately for any diseases or communicate anything about curing the diseases - even though that is exactly what their company is supposed to do. Their remedy to to continue to use Fairway and pay for their services and it would “eventually” grow back. Completely unacceptable.

We have used Fairway for years. They have my husband s credit card on file. They made a mistake somewhere and didn t take it out of our account. We got two phone calls after they were closed saying they needed to ask us about our account. The first time, my husband checked his cc account and saw that they had payments out as usual. After the second call (which was also after business hours), my husband called them during business hours. He told them that you always charge it to my account and my account hasn t changed. Whoever he talked to asked him if he wanted them to put the charge (that they forgot to charge) on his credit card. He said yes. Matter settled, right? Wrong. Today, we got a letter from a collection agency. We never got a letter from Fairway over the matter. My husband checked his credit card and they did take it out after talking to my husband last week. They just lost a long time customer.

A young man came by our house last spring and offered to treat our yard and give us a discount if we signed up. He and all of the Fairway Lawn people have been professional, courteous, and responsive to our requests. They came out to do spot treatments when we requested it. Highly recommend.

I have used several lawn services for weed control the last 22 years. While others failed at the task; these folks succeeded. My lawn has never looked better! Very happy with the service and the men who come out apply their product. I have three types of grass in my lawn; all are doing very well.

I have used them now for several years for both lawn weed and pest control and for all the same our shrubs too. They are very responsive and do an outstanding job!! They always are pet aware and always check and lock gates. Think we were the first home on the street to use them and when I walk the dog now on the day they service our street their signs are everywhere!!! Have personally recommended them to many of our neighbors. Will certainly continue to use them!!!

Not a good service!
They mislead about their service and did not explain what those services are. The manager refused to admit that their fault and attempted to cast blame on the customer for not being informed of what services are provided. I said I need whole yard done, back especially its wild. While all assuming yard was mowed and treated. Was never told exactly what they do during call, just agrees with anything I said to attempt a sale. Do not use if you need actual lawn care or dont want to be talked down to for being misled. Edit: there is even a selection for lawn mowing in these reviews, which they do not provide.. Edit: 2 Months Later, after calling and them refusing to admit, after listening to the call, that they didnt mislead, when I even said that the backyard is was really needs taking care of most, never being told the whole call they just spray for weeds. (which they didnt even do when they showed up.) They are now harassing and threatening collections. Avoid this scam of a company at all costs.
I tried to use them but after delays in coming when they finally came they went to my neighbors house instead. Sent me an invoice with the work they did but I have cameras that can see my neighbors yard and they did nothing. When I spoke to manager he was rude and said he wouldn t discuss that I saw his man did nothing even at my neighbors but yet sent a bill for what he claimed he did. BEWARE!!! Not great!!! Go somewhere else.

In a matter of weeks they had my yard looking the best on the block. During the growing season I am cutting the hard every 5 to 6 days and my yard is beautiful. No weeds. I love the service. My yard looks great. I do NOT love the accounting. I set up autopay to pull the monthly payment from my account. It worked fine for several months, then stopped working. I received no phone call, no letter in the mail. They turned me over to a collection agency. Very poor service on that end of the business. Unfortunate, because the lawn service is really nice.

I believe your lawn will have little to no character at all, when going the course of treatments provided here. Your lawn and gardens are the clothing of a home. The styles applied from here, are a poor way of expressing pride in your residence. I also worry about the ecological effects on common areas to treatments applied from here. Just because the state licenses something, doesnt mean it is healthy. Better buying state licensed liquor and drugs than this here.

I had no issues with level of service with fairway lawns. I experienced a 7% price hike and then an 11% price hike the following year. They also just downgraded their pretreatment material which is disappointing. It bothered me enough that i switched companies (i rarely do) and found that all companies quoted me were cheaper with the exception of Ultra green (crazy expensive). I am going with Picture Perfect lawns and will let you know how that goes at a later date!

My neighbor had her yard treated and the technician who came out sprayed my pregnant dog in the face and the company is NOT willing to do anything about it. Even tho their Chemical compound could potentially cause my dogs puppies to have birth defects or be stillborn puppies. They do not care at all. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! And mr John carrs excuse as to why he doesn t believe me is because the tech is a GOD fearing Christian man.

I have used Fairway Lawns + Command Pest Control for years in multiple locations: Conway, Little Rock, & Rogers Arkansas. The local employees are terrific, professional, and very friendly. However, the management running the company is absolute garbage. They would rather turn over your account to a collection agency instead of taking 60 seconds to pick up the phone and call you to resolve a delinquent account. When confronted with the above customer service I was told thats standard practice and how we do business The company needs a serious overhaul of its standard practices

My specialist is NICK and he is the most knowledgeable lawn person and is honest and friendly. I offer him water or anything cold when he is here and we talk just like family. I have used Fairway for many years. Steady and rapid decline in condition of my lawn after my long time, responsive tech is no longer there. Once lush green, healthy grass is now weedy and bare. Tree and shrub guy caused all sorts of permanent damage with his treatments. They are very skilled at making up an excuse for the condition on the spot. Every excuse is different every trip and do not line up. Their work over the past twelve months will cost me a bundle.
I have been a pleased customer for more than 8 years but for the past several months I haven t seen anyone or seen a placard in my yard indicating treatment. I have also not received any bill with further instructions placed on my door following the yard treatment. However today I got a bill for services previously not provided plus a bill for future nonsense to be AI rendered on June 30, 2020. My yard now has weeds and dead areas for the first time. Until whatever is causing a complete failure of this company I will pay their new money scheme and try a recoup later but my sane solution is to cancel this sub-par service.
Our grass is so much healthier. When we moved in, the sod had some seams in it, but they made it green up so well. Check them out. Call for a free estimate.

I had used Ultra Green for years, but every spring I had the same old weeds. And they consistently said, We sprayed, and it will die out in the heat. As I suspected, that was solid B.S., so I turned to Fairways. Within 20 days, my lawn was greener and weed free. And my Fairways lawn specialist (Rodney) is a fine young man, who explains everything - and even watches out for my small dogs in the backyard. Would I wholeheartedly recommend Fairways? Absolutely!!

Update: I talked with John who is the area manager. He was passive aggressive and more bent on bragging about their company than addressing the issue. Yes, people/businesses make mistakes John. And they apologize and offer compensation in business -- particularly to customers who have been with a company for over a year. They came out for first treatment. Didnt correctly identify weeds. When I asked for a follow up to nutsedge, I was told 2-3 days. They didnt show up. After calling to inquire, I was told they didnt want to damage lawn with another follow up. That isnt what I was told when I signed up. 1. Could not deliver on time commitment. 2. Would not offer credit.
We bought a house in March that needed some pretty extensive lawn care. We hired Fairway Lawns using Google research. They offered cheaper pricing than most I called, so I signed up and prepaid for the whole year. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN WHAT WE GOT FROM THEM. We used about 6 months of service and then cancelled. They skipped treatments, customer service was lacking always telling us We will have the technician to call you and never getting calls back. I even witnessed the technician service the house 2 doors down and then leave, without treating our yard. That was the last straw. No progress on weed control in 6 months. In the heat of the summer, there should have been *SOME* browning. Not one type of weed died. Our new local lawn company, Superior Lawn Service in Searcy, AR, treated our yard on Monday of this week, and in 4 DAYS, we are already seeing our weeds begin to die. That tells me that Fairway was not treating it as needed, even when we called to receive extra attention to the areas of weeds that were the worst. So BUYER BEWARE! If you sign up with Fairway for the cheaper rates and the guarantee of good customer service, you will get what you pay for... LAZY AND WATERED DOWN SERVICE!

Do not use them for your lawn service. They killed my brand new sod and after multiple attempts never replaced my entire lawn as promised. Their management team is rude and demeaning when speaking to women. Don t do business with them. My backyard is a muddy mess thanks to this company.
When we bought a house four years ago, the backyard was so full of sandburs we could not allow our kids play in it. We started using Fairway shortly after we moved in and have never regretted it. The burs are completely gone, the yard looks fantastic, and the technicians have always been courteous and professional.
Continued spraying our yard for two months after contract ended and then billed us. Also, spread lawn feed on top of leaves during the Fall so it didnt reach the actual lawn. Our yard was lush and green before their service, just wanted it maintained. Now its scraggly with brown patches... However, when I complained to their office, they did dispense the bill and end the service. There was no offer to repair the lawn, tho...
Our yard looked so much better after about 4 applications
I started a lawn service with Fairway in February. They came out to treat the weeds in my yard. They killed my entire front lawn and want me to wait for their fertilizer to regrow the dead grass that is dormant in the soil after MORE then a year of service. They dont actually help grass they just kill weeds. Now my lawn is a barren waste and I have to re-sod and they wont help. It wasnt with a competitor unless Louis is the manager at another fairway lawns in little rock. My customer number was 396630.
Ive tried other lawn services and these guys were a lot more responsive and down to earth than any of the other lawn jockies out there. I told them up front what I wanted and their great customer service delivered.
My neighbor uses their service. They block my drive way when they come. Spray 3-4 feet into my yard with herbicide... On multiple occasions.
Lewis at Fairway Lawns did an excellent job of keeping our lawn in great shape! The centipede grass in the back yard was more difficult to keep weeks out, but it still looks good!

When we first hired Fairway Lawns to treat our lawn, we were getting 3 or 4 applications/year at a cost of about $250. Within a few years, the applications were up to 10-12/year at a cost of over $800. No one ever consulted with us about the increase in cost. They also leave an annoying little sign in the yard that I have to throw away. When we developed a dead patch of grass, Fairway took weeks to come check it out then did nothing to fix the problem. We cancelled their service, and our lawn looks just fine without them.
