Waste of time. Who has the owner come out (I hope your illness is in remission), then schedules their number 1 guy who then proceeds to describe in detail how the job will be completed, then issue a quote then call and say they dont want the work. What company does that. Update considering companys response: Your right 1 star isnt fair when I never saw your work. I cant do 4 or 5 because you never worked but a 3 star seems reasonable. My point was that you were very detailed in your estimate process. 2 people visited me. One of them, your most experienced person, described in detail how it would be done. For example, taking 4 inches below the tile line plaster (not paint) off so the finish would be even with the tile line. Now how would I know something like that if he wasnt reviewing the job in detail with me. Then issue a detail quote and when I say lets go you say our work crew has declined. Maybe shouldnt issue quotes without work crew review????

I had a sprinkler system installed by Elite Coastal Landscaping some time ago. I recently noticed that a leak had developed in an underground water line. I called Elite Coastal landscaping for a service call and they had a repair crew out within 30 minutes to repair the leak. This leak was not their fault as it had been installed some time ago but I would use them again without hesitation because their speedy response time proved that they genuinely care about their customers after the sale. If youre looking for a company that cares about their customers they are one of the few. Thanks Elite Coastal Landscaping!

We contracted Elite Coastal Landscaping to xeriscape our backyard with rock due to erosion issues. The work was finished quickly; however, the rock we were given was completely the wrong. I requested multiple times that the rock s color be light (as close to white as possible), South Carolina rock was recommended. Unfortunately, nine cubic feet of tan (almost orange in some light) rock was delivered. I was told that the rock was dirty and would eventually lighten-up, which it hasn t. Big plans for our dream backyard space included incorporating gray & blue tones in the furniture, textiles, an outdoor kitchen, & two water features. Now we are stuck with sea of ugly tan/orange rock in the backyard, which will not coordinate with any of our favorite colors we wished to finish that space. The only solution offered to rectify this situation is to pay more money for new rock. Why should we have to pay for their mistake?

Elite Coastal Landscaping went above and beyond my expectation. The team placing my paver patio were kind, neat and did a great job. I lost My dad and he loved the outdoors, sunflowers and being a police officer. When I asked them if they could do the sunflower with his shield number in the center they TOTALLY CAME THRU for me! The entire culdesac I live on sloped to my driveway so after each rainstorm I had a bass lake but not no more. Had a grated drain and sump pump installed and it is all hidden from view and driveway grate is aesthetically pleasing.

Elite Coastal Landscaping did a retaining wall in our backyard. The crew was extremely courteous, cleaned the job site everyday before leaving & I couldn t be happier with the end result! I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future !

Terrible experience. Terrible job! Would not recommend!!!! Pictures do not lie. You told me that it was not your responsibility to get the marks out of my driveway but the company who dropped it off. You never ever said that the company would come back initially. You pressure washed it and this is what it looked like afterwards....you have this same exact picture that I sent you and said it still looked terrible. After I called and complained you said you would see if the company would come back and they never did. If you are hiring companies then it is your responsibility to fix anything that is damaged. I hired you, not them. As for the grass....that is the damage you did to it. I even mentioned it to the guys when they came to clean up and they said it should come back on its own....why dont you ask them!!!!! There is no reason that that much damage should have been done. The sprinklers were relocated terribly and I complained and you sent someone and I still had to fix them. I even sent you the pictures and you never even responded..check your email dated 5/23/24! You told me my materials were in and when you showed up the blocks for the steps were different so I do not even have the blocks I chose. I could not even get my driveway cleaned so I surely did not expect you to fix anything else.

We hired Elite Landscaping services in April of this yr which included the purchased of 4 palm trees, mulch, and replanting. Their level of professionalism is top notch. After experiencing an issue w/ one of the palm trees they had planted in our front yard, we contacted them and they promptly replaced it. I am giving them 5 extra stars on top of Googles 5.

We love our patio! Phylicia was great to work with from beginning to end. We had a few challenges at the start of our project, but in the end, the final install crew s attention to detail was amazing. They are true craftsmen and take pride in their work and it shows. We had high expectations and they made sure the final product was done to our satisfaction. They truly want the customer to be happy and work to be sure they are. It s rare to find customer service like this anymore. We will call on them again for any landscaping projects.

Elite Coastal Landcaping NMB did a great job at a competitive price. My neighbor and I had paver patios installed on the same day. Craftsmanship was amazing and the team was great to work with - highly recommend!

I will use them again on my next project. I scheduled an estimate and they came when they said they would. Once we were approved by our HOA they started the work within 2 weeks. They showed up on time, the workers were professional courteous and friendly. I am super happy with the work they did.

We forgot to have Elite install one of our gutter downspout extensions. They showed up the next business day and got it done. Now the water is carried away from our foundation and into the yard. Their work ethic is second to none. They show up when they say they will, and do what they say they will do.

If you are looking for a landscape company who does incredible work, Elite Coastal Landscaping is the company for you. We hired them to do pavers on our porch and install a privacy fence. We were so impressed with their work, that we are now on our third project with them. They show up when they say they will, their workers are very polite and courteous, and their craftmanship is second to none.

Upgraded our driveway and landscaped the front yard. Elite Coastal was easy to work with and met all my expectations. Robert was especially easy to talk with and understood what I was looking for.

My dogs had tore up my yard so it was completely dirt. I had Elite Coastal Landscaping install a good quality artificial turf. They schedule the appointment for the day after the product came in and they were done in one day and did an excellent job. The dogs love it! After a day of watching them run around, I was concerned that my rather rambunctious dogs would end up pulling up the edges at some point and asked Elite what nails they used so I could get more to add to what they had done if I saw a spot that the dogs might go after. They came out right away and added more to so I wouldnt be paranoid. They were great! Highly recommend.

Professional and accommodating from start to finish!

We had a Patio installed in October, 2022. Very happy with the outcome. At the same time we decided to have some landscaping done. We wanted some plants in the front of the house relocated to the side of the house and the front redone with a more tropical look. Took the advise of the owners daughter of what plants would look nice. Looked great when they completed it. After a few months, the 3 hedges they moved to the side of the house - died, need to replace them. The 3 plants that were recommended in the front - died. I looked up possible reasons why they would die. Main reason - Do not plant in October. Best result - plant in May. Went out this week and replaced them for $120. They planted 4 Yucca plants - died. Need to replace them, another $100+ to spend. Not to be planted with other plants that require water, they will develop root rot. They like dry soil. Now we know why they dont guarantee their plants. They need to be more educated on when to plant certain plants and plant plants that are compatible. Use Elite for Patios, not for landscaping.

Elite helped us visualize the best paver design in order to expand our driveway and to enhance the look of our front porch and walkway. They were responsive and prompt! Phelicia and Andrew were so wonderful and easy to work with. Their crew was very efficient and hard working! I m not gonna lie, pavers are expensive. But Elite gave us the best price by far! They did such a great job that we immediately had them back to haul in some dirt and sod for our back yard!

The nut grass that was embedded in the mulch they applied keeps growing back. We have been on on our hands and knees twice to pull it up. I would recommend them for ever thing except mulch. Obviously they laid a contaminated batch on my yard. The owner was incorrect in his response that it was weeds that happen under the mulch. The rest of my yard does not have this infestation. it is only in their mulch. NEW UPDATE 8-16-23 They did a good job on design, lighting and drainage. They removed a large part of grass in my yard, added a ground cover, and mulched over it and added ornamental plants. Problem is the grass has grown back through the ground cover and the mulch bed is now full of grass. I am having to spray it and get on my knees and pull it up around the plants each week. I was trying to get rid of the grass and all they did was create more work for me. There are things to like about them, but for this reason, I cannot give them a glowing recommendation. With regard to the owners reply, it is not weeds growing through the ground cover. Your own rep came out and checked and said it was grass. It is apparently the grass regrowing that was supposed to be eliminated when it was scrapped.

Elite installed artificial turf and we are very pleased. It looks beautiful and is low maintenance. They came when expected, had great communication, and cleaned up superbly after the job was done. I highly recommend this business! See photos.

Elite Coastal Landscaping recently installed a retention wall in my backyard. They completed the landscaping between our fence and our wall that you can see in the pictures; graded and added sod on the other side of the wall; and fixed drainage through my yard. They were very responsive from the beginning. Everyone from the office to the crews working on the install were very professional and kind. I had other concerns I was looking to address with my house, and they were on top of helping and providing assistance/advice on what could be done. The price was fair, and even adjusted to be lower at the end of the project due to resources not needed. I would highly recommend this company for projects you may want completed. We will be using them again for future projects.

Elite is the company to go to for all your landscaping needs. They completed the project in 2-1/2 days where most companies would take a week plus. They started when they stated and continued on the project until it was completed. The quality was outstanding, and I had great communication with them.

Update: This company installed our lovely patio last spring after patiently working through all the changes we made to our initial plan. COVID did present some challenges with product availability but the wait was worth it. A year later a problem with a sprinkler head popped up. Less than 24 hours after I brought it to their attention, Andrew had Victor come out and do a fast fix for us. We couldnt be more pleased with our experience with this company and their entire crew. Thanks to all! Initial Review from May 2021: Our new patio turned out better than we imagined! We met Andrew on an unrelated job and liked his concern over doing a job right. Along a fence I had installed , I needed a retaining wall made from stone and had landscape beds placed. They did really nice work. The slope in my yard made it difficult and they were able to create nice lines. They also recommended and installed sun and heat tolerant plants.

Cant say enough about this amazing family owned business. Contacted them after not having any luck with other companies responding or following up. Called Elite and they responded quickly. Came out and did a written estimate on the spot. Workers were prompt, installed a beautiful patio and cleaned up neatly. Was so impressed we called about installing an irrigation system. Again, prompt and did a quality job with all of my existing landscaping now well watered. If you want a hands on company call Elite. Tina kept us up to date and Andrew visits the site. True on hands owners. I highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend this company! The installation of the sub pump was done efficiently. Had some issues with equipment, which is not the company s fault. They dealt with the issues promptly. What can I say, not enough. Andrew, Tina and the entire crew were friendly, professional and honest from start to finish. So much so that after we completed our patio renovation we asked them to return and double the size. Andrew took the time to sit with us in our home and go over all of our options in making our vision a reality. There was a slight miscommunication in color options where we thought we were ordering multi color pavers but really ordered solid and did not discover this until they were laid. This is where the honest and above and beyond parts come in, they placed a rush on the additional colors, removed what was needed of the tan pavers and laid the new color pavers at no additional labor or material cost to us. Another thing that stood out was how clean the crew left our yard after the job. You could not even tell we had work done. They replanted my flower they had to uproot for the job in its exact place and watered it. My patio furniture was replaced neatly and they left behind no waterbottles or debris. All we had to do was step out and enjoy!

Elite did a great job on our sidewalk from driveway to front door. They put pavers along the walkway with caps on top and lights underneath the caps lighting our walkway. Along with this, they added outdoor lighting around our yard, that really makes the front of house a great view at night. It took sometime to get scheduled, but well worth the wait. The crew was excellent. Hard working and good quality. We have used Elite before and glad we returned to them for this job. They have also done many other jobs in our neighborhood recently and all look good. Highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with how beautiful my Belgrade Cambridge Savannah patio turned out! The technicians were very professional and skilled with re-arranging some sprinklers and termite prevention ducts when installing the patio. They arranged the blocks in a complimentary pattern resulting in a comfortable level patio. Definitely makes my backyard more comfortable! My visitors always compliment my patio! Elite Coastal Landscaping has performed two major projects at my home. The first was to build an outdoor patio with building a retainer wall with pavers, lighting and a palm tree and plants. The work was performed in a timely manner with meticulous workmanship. The second project was to remove my concrete driveway and replace it with a paver driveway and a paver overlay on my front porch. They also built an outdoor shower to match the siding on my home. All of the work that Elite as done has exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this company. Great employees and a family owned business.

My neighbor and I recently had a pathway put in between our houses. It looks stunning; we could not be more pleased. We selected two different colors of pavers which adds to the design. The workmanship was excellent! I would definitely recommend this company

This is a local family owned business. The entire team at Elite Coastal Landscaping from the office staff to the site supervisors to the stone and landscaping installers all contributed to a project that was completed ahead of schedule. The communication was great. The landscaping looks exactly as designed and the patio work was also done exactly as designed. The stone work was installed by a team of men and women who really know their craft. We could not be happier.

Buyer BEWARE. We used Elite Coastal Landscaping for several jobs. At first we were pleased, but quickly realized that every project had to be repaired in some form or fashion. And, as far as their communication and scheduling, thats none existent. They just suddenly show up without communicating...most times we werent even home. When we complained, the owner Andrew just said most people are happy we finally showed up. NOT GOOD! On the other hand, their communication is outstanding when they want their money. Officer Manager and wife of Andrew, Tina is excellent at collecting payments ON TIME! There are plenty of landscaping companies out there, shop around.

I hired this company to take care of a drainage problem by doing grading and creating a swale in the area where rain water is supposed to drain in my backyard. The job was done poorly. It s uneven, looks terrible and the water still doesn t drain properly. I contacted them and tried to get them to fix it and they won t. I paid over $3000.00 for this job and now they are ignoring my calls. I am definitely not satisfied with their work.

Elite Coastal Landscaping came out and gave me a fair price. They were very professional on the job site, everything was cleaned when the project was finished. The office staff was very professional and kept me informed through out the process. I would recommend them to family and friends, and would definitely have them do more projects!

Did an excellent job

We contracted Elite Coastal to install crush and run in our driveway. After contacting several other companies, Elite seemed to be the only company that could answer our questions professionally and could show us their other jobs. They were professional, hard working, courteous and cleaned up after they finished the job. They came in, didnt fool around and got the job done and before I knew it they were finished and gone. Our neighbors have been complementing us on how beautiful the front area of our house looks. I would like to thank Joseph and Tina (who runs the office) for a job well done.

I did choose this company on the basis of the other reviews they had. I believe in prompt communication, and I did have an issue in that area but they made up for it because of the outstanding job their employees did. It rained a lot in our area prior to them installing my patio and the job got pushed back to a weekend that I was going camping. The installers were at my home even when I was not. The patio is amazing, and just what I wanted. No damage to anything, and I honestly cannot believe how well they cleaned up after. I thought I would find paper, a water bottle (it was hot!!), nothing. My neighbors told me how hard they worked, and it shows. I would highly recommend this company.

Work was incomplete and Andrew became unresponsive. Spent over $80k on a travertine deck and one year later have tiles cracking, deck warping and not level and weeds growing between tiles. Worse part is unreturned calls and texts. Would never use Elite again.

I wholeheartedly recommend Elite Coastal Landscaping. They removed our old concrete pool deck and replaced it with a beautiful deck of pavers. Andrew was quick to give us an estimate and then stuck to that quote. Tina was always responsive, both by phone and email, and kept us updated on work status and dates. The work was done in a timely manner, and with a clean worksite. And we love the new deck!

The owner Andrew and his awesome employees went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy throughout the whole process. He has a very hardworking and respectful crew. They were always on time and cleaned up every day! I love that this is a family run business - Tina, in the office, was very kind and helpful. She kept me updated about the schedule and progress of the job. All my neighbors have asked about my yard since it was completed because it looks like something out of a magazine! Elite Landscaping did an exceptional job in fulfilling my wishes to create a tropical paradise. Andrew and Tina were awesome! Wow!!! Our yard looks like a million dollars. We just had Andrew and his team do three days of building / installing retaining walls and a large planter box. Great ambiance and the food is amazing!

We had a paver patio and fire pit installed along with our beds mulched and bordered. As you can see from the pics, the job turned out beautifully! Workers were wonderful! Job was completed in a timely, professional manner. Highly recommend!

This is our second and most wonderful experience with this company! They installed our fence at our first location in North Myrtle Beach, and it was top notch! We just recently purchased a home in Little River. We now have a beautiful patio for our new Hot Tub. The customer service, quality, and just overall a great experience!!!

10/08/20 Andrew and his wonderful crew came back and did our unusable back yard, what a transformation, and it came out better then I could have imagined. Many of my neighbors agree! We have a grill/bar area, multiple fire features, and a quiet corner with a Boulder waterfall and artificial grass. Just unbelievable!

Elite Coastal certainly lives up to their name. After receiving a very competitive quote, I wasn t quite expecting the finished product to be so perfect and so high-end. The workmen who labored on the project were friendly, professional and totally accommodating. I ve never seen a crew so meticulous in their work. The owner, Andrew, was very hands-on...checking in regularly to ensure the project was completed perfectly. Andrew has a great eye for detail and design, and really helped pull my ideas together. I can t say enough good things about my experience with Elite Coastal Landscaping. I only wish there was a 6th Star to give them.

Thank you Elite Coastal for transforming our track home backyard into a restful respite. The palm trees bring a tropical vibe but its the roses and Camilla that bring an elegance. Joseph did an outstanding job in design. The free form paver patio compliments the landscaping and adds to our backyard entertainment.
